    Wife & I purchased a mattress after 16 years on a waterbed. Coming from a waterbed, it was hard to pick the right mattress. Thought we liked a softer mattress. After a couple of nights sleeping on the mattress, I developed lower back pain. A few weeks later after evaluating when it was the mattress or any other factor, I determined that it was the mattress. Since Fox Mattress had a comfort guarantee, we decided to exchange it for a firmer mattress. I was concerned that we���d get some push-back on exchanging the mattress and to my pleasant surprise; Chelsea was quick to help us select the best mattress to exchange it for. There was no hesitation in wanting us to get the best mattress for us. This is a pleasant surprise in today���s world. New mattress feels so much better! I will not hesitate to recommend Fox to others.

    When I called this contractor just by talking on the phone I felt confident bye talking to the tech that he really understood what I wanted ,and was not disappointed you do not often See this quality of workmanship, the care taken bye Nick for the job to be completed with great care. The price was great to , I will now be using this contractor for maintenance on system they installed (I did not buy system from company had already purchased) and using them for my A/C maintenance. Great Job Thanks Nick

    They're horrible. When they delivered it, it had black marks, like marker on the cushion. I insisted on a new sofa. So, they left that here until they could deliver a new one. The new one, I watched the guy get it off the truck and the legs were falling off of it and he couldn't get the legs to stay on it. It was broken. So, I suggested to them to take the cushions off of that one and switch off the cushions and I would have been perfectly happy. They refused to do it. So I said, "Well, take them both back then." They said, "Oh, we'll have to get the warranty people to come out." I said, "No, you will not. You will take them both back today because I don't want them in my house anymore." They were going to pull that switching stuff on me and I was not about to have it. Their pricing was okay.

    Estate Sales in Orlando
    I called this business, spoke with Patty Lowe.  Explained I had antiques for sale such as a dining set including cottage chairs, antique china, armoire, odds and ends of small antiques and some furniture.  Told her I would like to make an appointment for someone to come to my home and give me an appraisal.
    Patty said they are not interested in individual items, only whole house estate sales.
    I told her that her web site states i"it does not need to be an entire household......    If you have only a small quantity of items we may offer to buy them."
    She did not respond.  I assume the web site is incorrect.

    Arrived as scheduled and I was amazed at how quickly the work was completed. It was also interesting Ed's Headliners was not only rated by Angies list but was also the one recommended by my mechanic (Olympia Auto Repari). The price quoted over the phone was actually a litte below what I was expecting and this was obviously not the first one of these style vans they had done. I was completely satisfied with the work done and the finished result and would recommend Ed's Headliners to anyone needing they type service. The fact that they also come to you to do the work was just an added bonus!

    All Stars Moving Inc

    I called All Stars a few weeks before our move and subsequently called a couple of other times after that with questions. A Michelle answered the phones and answered everything and called right back when I left a voice mail. The truck with the three guys were spot on with the arrival time and moved the furniture, piano, and personal belongings in a careful and efficient manner. They were all pros and  friendly at the same time. After we closed on our Longwood home we headed to DeLand in a few hours and closed on the new home. As soon as we closed I gave the word to the movers and they were here within 20 minutes. They moved us in the same way they moved us out in the morning. They did a fantastic job and the price was right. No need to even look at other companies when it is time to move.

    Everything went smoothly. Jason & Joe were the two people who moved the piano.  They wrapped it up and considering the issues with the terrain, as the location of the piano was in a small cottage and there was no cement walkways,they did a very good job.  Thank-you.

    Braden Richter said he would now fix the sofa free of charge. However, he expects me to get it to the store and then retrieve it from them when repaired. He said,
    The warranty for the piece that I ordered was limited and clear on my receipt. I just looked at my receipt for the sales order rand there isn't any statement of limited warranty on it. Looking at the receipt also reminded me of how much this sofa cost; $1,210.00. When a sofa costs that much, I expect a spring to not pop out 2.5 years after I purchase it. Also, it shouldn't take multiple people calling and arguing with them for them to choose to repair the sofa at no charge. I will be happy when they pick it up, fix it, and deliver it at no cost to me. This was not a cheap sofa and I was assured at purchase that it was quality and worth the cost. 
    Purchased a couch here in the fall of 2011. A few weeks ago I noticed a spring had popped out of the bottom of the couch. Spoke to someone on the phone about it and they said to email them a picture. I did that. After waiting almost a week for any kind of response I called to ask if they received the email. They said they did and had been busy. They responded that day. They said: "I apologize for the delay, we have had a packed production schedule.  I did speak with the owner regarding the issue and we have had some significant manufacturer changes since your purchase.  Your sofa was purchased from Jaxon when we had all of our pieces produced with a company Archetype.  They unfortunately went out of business about 18 months ago.  Our warranties are extended to our clients by our manufacturers and therefore are void when the company cannot honor them.  With that said we would be happy to repair your sofa springs for our cost of $250.00 and we will cover for the pick-up of a local delivery. Also with the repair the springs will then be under our warranty. After repair we can arrange for a delivery return and you will pay them directly. Please feel free to email me back or call. I can have the Sofa Picked up on Saturday and Returned within the week." This is absurd. 
        Their website states: ""Who needs middlemen? We ARE the factory." - Victoria Richter, Founder" Wait.....they are the factory and manufacturer??? If there are no middlemen then why aren't they fixing their lemon furniture??? 
        Their website also says: "We think our founder said it best. Victoria knows that furniture should be lived in for a lifetime and that's why our team is committed to outstanding service and quality product that lasts. We're so confident and proud of our designs that we guarantee a no-hassle Lifetime Warranty on all non-upholstered furniture. Warranties for upholstered items are as follows: Frame & Suspension: We guarantee a Lifetime Warranty as we're confident in our sofas' and chairs' durability for as long as you own it. Cushions: We offer a 3-year warranty for cushions. If you find that your cushions sag or lose their original appearance, bring them back and we'll replace them for free - no questions asked!" 
    When I brought up the warranty with Christine on the phone she said that their website is not the same as their store. They put the website on their business cards. That makes no sense. Nowhere on their website or in their store does it say the two are different. 
        If they took so much pride in their furniture and work then why wouldn't they fix this couch at no cost to me? If they do not do so, I will be getting my couch repaired elsewhere and suing them for the cost. The lawsuit is easy for me as I am an attorney. On that note, I will be telling all of my attorney friends to not purchase furniture here.

    We are new to Asheville having just bought a home here. We will be moving a house full of furniture. but need several pieces to fill the new home. Went to Tyson Furniture based on recommendations of several people in the area and Internet reviews. We meet our sales representative Tracy Griffith when we first entered the store. She was very helpful taking a lot of time to understand what we were looking for and exactly the styles we were interested in. Tyson���s has a broad and varied selection. Tracy very quickly helped us find pieces that fit our exact needs. The prices were very good. There was one piece that we needed to check between one of two size options. We were given very clear measurements and prices for the size options. There was also a piece that Tracy needed to research for us. We heard back from Tracy on the piece that needed research and she was able to find the
    right piece at a great price. Tyson delivered the furniture exactly when promised. The delivery people were courteous and careful. We will definitely be doing more business with Tyson Furniture and with Tracy Griffith.
