They always showed up when they said they would. They were extremely friendly and really made sure we were happy with each detail. The entire team from Peter, to Jason, to everyone else on the team. We had just finished working with a different company for other items and it was such a relief to have found Regal Painting since they made the entire process stress-free. AOne Of A Kind Carpenter IncHoly cow are these guys amazing! The amount of polish and attention to detail that they put into every project is incredible. They don't just get the job done right, they keep going and get it to look like brand new construction, with every single angle looking perfect. They were fairly priced, communicative, punctual, tidy, friendly, professional, and organized. The owner and head honcho Chad is a master carpenter and problem solver that treats your home like his, and his near-obsession with perfection and correct execution is infectious. I had no idea a repair job could look so good afterwards. They use only the highest quality materials. In fact, I imagine Chad is the kind of top-of-his-game professional that attends home remodeling trade shows and conventions to keep up with emerging materials and technologies that push the boundaries of what's possible in home building and repair. He's educated and knowledgable about his craft and it shows in everything he executes. I've dealt with dozens of repairmen in the past but Chad and his team are the ones I've observed that actually seem, well, passionate about getting it done right, making it look professional, and educating you on the process and materials. This passion for the craft and joy that they bring to the job site is truly one of a kind. Chad is the kind of pro that the This Old House crew would trust to feature on an episode where some big nasty problem needs real outside the box cleverness and intelligence and cutting edge tech or tool to get the job done correctly and fully. And if he can't figure it out you know he's going to research the **** out of it and get the job done - the man and his crew are careful, meticulous problem solvers and skilled craftsmen who are always thinking five steps ahead. Like I said, they don't merely know what they're doing - they really like what they're doing and it shines through. The level of quality work and detail they do would easily meet the obnoxiously high standards of our local Disney World theme parks. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Chad and his crew have worked on some theme park projects around here. Scheduling, paying, and communicating was a breeze, too, thanks to Dale. She was so kind and thoughtful and organized through the whole process, handling all of the paperwork and orchestrating the crew behind the scenes. Top to bottom this is a professional organization and their reputation for excellence is well deserved. You get every penny's worth and so much more - the peace of mind that you did not hire some knucklehead that's going to cut corners or miss something on the job site. Basically, if you are picky picky and your eyes go straight to small details out of place or blemishes, then you won't have anything to annoy your eye when they're done because after they leave the whole place feels fresh and transformed and you can relax knowing that everything was done correctly. AMF Industries LLCMatt is AWESOME!! Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and a problem-solver. Could not ask for a better guy for the job. He was flexible and understanding of our schedule. He gave great advice about how to deal with our stair nose problem and reducing the noises from upstairs. When we had a late request to help address an old creaking issue after some new planks were laid, he was not only willing to listen, he also came up with an ingenious solution that solved the problem. His work with the pony wall removal and patching of the baseboard and wall was impressive - you can hardly tell that something had been done there. The rates and pricing are also very reasonable. We will definitely be asking him to help with more jobs around the house and recommend him without reservation.- Grace T.

AJ R Home ImprovementJR was amazing from the start. He came to see what I needed, measured and gave me some initial pricing and time line. Throughout the entire process he listened to my needs, offered suggestions and answered all of my questions. On installation day, JR and Lucas arrived when promised, removed and reinstalled doors, ran to the store to get an added accessory that I wanted on short notice (and didn't even charge me for it), cleaned up, gave me instructions and again answered my questions. They then took all old materials away. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will call them back when I need the other doors in my home replaced. Exterior painting of my small house was completed within 2 1/2 days. Marcel's crew arrived each day promptly at 8 am, performed work expertly, and were pleasant and respectful. Work was completed this morning - I had to write a review immediately because I am thrilled with the results! This was a very important project for me: Even though times & finances are difficult right now, since I've been saving for this project for several years, I decided to move forward now because I knew how much a beautiful freshly painted house would lift my spirits.
