  Extremely professional and caring.  He quickly unlocked the car and charged his regular fee.  He came over around 9:30 PM and didn't charge any additional fees like others do.
  We have used his services before for re-keying entry doors and he is always very professional and reliable.  Highly recommend A-1 Lightning Locksmith!

  Ace Lithia Locksmith

  The provider failed to provide the service.  He told me he was going to drill my lock after repeated attempts to pick the lock.  I contacted another locksmith that was immediately available.  The 2nd locksmith had the door open with a credit card in about 15 seconds.  Furthermore, the locksmith admitted that he was not provided adequate training and asked the 2nd locksmith if he would hire him, because he needs to learn from him.  I was disappointed that the company charged me a cancellation fee despite their employee's lack of knowledge of the job.  I called the office soon after and requested that they not charge my account.  They said they would call back but never did.  Also, if appeared on Google that this was a local company, but in fact, it is a national company that assigns jobs to various locksmiths all over the nation.  I searched for an address to this company but could not find it.

  I unfortunately called a different lock service initially.  The company sent a young guy that seemed to not have the appropriate tools or the knowledge to do the job, so I contacted Doug.  He came over very quickly, since he lived nearby.  After Doug arrived, the door was open in about 15 seconds from the time he arrived.  He gave me a break on the cost, since the first company charged a cancellation fee.  I have used his company before and was very satisfied in the past.  I recommend calling him, even if you have to wait a little while for him to come.  He will treat you right.

  A-l Lightning Lock Service was selected based on the Angie's List  excellent customer ratings, the close proximity to my home, and previous services performed in my neighborhood. After a brief phone call explaining the problem, Doug arrived promptly at the agreed time. He surveyed the locks needing work and quickly disassembled and picked the locks.
  The locks were then taken to his fully equiped truck where he rekeyed the seven locks and cut the matching keys.
  An unexpected and very much appreciated bonus was that Doug offered suggestions on home security.

  We have had the pleasure to have found Lightning Lock and Doug King. Not only is his service throughly professional and always is done right the first time BUT the price is not inflated when he comes out. In the past we have found that many times when we called locksmiths they quoted  a great price over the phone or in their ad but when they got out to our home or car we paid much more. We have NEVER had to worry about that with Doug King. He has always given us a fair price, great service and even cleaned up afterwards! I recommend Lightning Lock as the best locksmith service you can call first without having to worry about price, service or who is going to show up. He has worked on all types of locks for us but most recently fixed our sliders and added an extra security lock. Very prompt, professional and always a great vlue with NO bait and switch!

  Affordable Lock & Security Solutions

  I needed all the locks changed at my fathers house. Chris from Affordable came out and did an excellent job. It is very difficult to deal with my dad and he was very professional in handling him and taking care of our lock situation quickly and courteously. I will most definitely use this company again.

  Due to the loss of a house key we felt it necessary to rekey our entire home. I called Doug on Tuesday afternoon and he was here the next morning. He was very professional. I was in a hurry to get this done and did not get an estimate beforehand. Luckily Doug did not take advantage of this. The work took him well over 4 1/2 hours and he tuned a few things up that our builder had not finished properly without charging us.

  I CONTACTED THE FIRM ON THURSDAY AND THEY QUICKLY MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO ADDRESS MY NEEDS ON SATURDAY MORNING, WITHOUT CHARGING ME EXTRA. SAM STANFORD WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. HE GOT RIGHT DOWN TO BUSINESS AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. HE ALSO ADVISED THAT MY LOCKS HAD NEVER BEEN REKEYED AND WERE STILL KEYED TO THE CONTACTORS KEYS!!!!
