He took the time to educate me on the repairs that were needed on my system. We will be replacing our 19 year old system in future using Health Air Services as well. Highly recommend.

    Mr. Gorgal is always willing to go above and beyond what anyone would ever expect of an AC technician and company owner. He���s polite and courteous and always answers my questions. He offers to teach me about my AC units and guide me on important maintenance tips I can complete between annual maintenance to prolong the life of my AC units and save me money over time. I had to look for a new AC company after the company I was using for 10+ years changed ownership and their service declined. I have not been disappointed by Gorgal AC. I plan to switch my home and the rest of my rental homes over to his company for our annual maintenance. If any issues or problems arise, I know he is responsive and able to resolve in a timely manner with sound advice and affordable options. What is most surprising is that you feel like every customer is a priority with Mr. Gorgal. He���s never rushed and takes his time with each person he sees.

    Perfect. Mr. and Mrs. Bender work as a husband and wife team and did an incredibly thorough inspection of the property on which I have made an offer and would like to purchase. In a small property, they spent over four solid hours inspecting every corner, crevice, hiding place and places I did not know exist. They showed me where there are possible problems in the future and explained why, in layman's language. They followed this with a detailed report, with photograph, showing everything and anything that could be considered a possible need or reasonable expectation for the structure, power and appliances within, Now I have the information necessary to speak with the Seller openly and directly regarding any concessions either of us must make in order to make the deal we have decided on work for both of us. The Benders have show me, page after page, what must be addressed immediately for safety reasons, what can be considered immaterial because it is cosmetic, what might require repair or service in the reasonably near future but currently is functioning correctly. Wow. As a consumer, I feel informed and absolutely empowered and cannot think of a better way to have protected my interests in this transaction, because other than me, only two people actually worked only for *my* benefit: Mr. and Mrs. Bender (Michael and Jennifer Lynn). FYI: Couldn't meet a nicer couple. Just good, old fashioned, salt of the earth people. I selected them based on an amazing reputation: it is all true, and they are two of the nicest people in any business.

    Joey the technician was outstanding. Prompt, courteous, and explained all the issues found during the service. Cooling coil had small leaks. Joey sealed the leaks, replaced Freon, replaced outside and inside capacitors. AC works great now.

    The installation of the heat pumps and air handlers exceeded my expectations. David, the installer, was very professional and his work was exceptional. Everything was so well done and looked great afterwards. The units worked flawlessly. Due to unforeseen circumstances I sold the home shortly after the installs. The buyer hired an inspector who had several items in his report about the newly installed A/C system. I called Bill Carver (owner of the company) and he walked me through each item. The inspector was wrong in every case. Bill came out to the house and provided detailed documentation for me to give to the buyers real estate agent. I was extremely pleased with the install and follow-ups. You should definitely give them a call if looking for a new A/C in the Brandon FL area. You will not be disappointed.

    We had called a different company about a month ago for the unit not working, ergo I was a bit annoyed about it having an issue again. My mom, who is also an Angie's List member, recommended this company to me. She gave them a glowing recommendation so I was hopeful that this time the AC would be fixed. I called and spoke to Cathy and explained my problem. She was very courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I was lucky that this was sort of a slow time and she was able to get me on the schedule for the same day. She was super nice. When Robert came out (he also had another tech with him whose name I did not get, my apologies) he listened to my explanation of the issue very attentively. He already had an idea that our drain line was plugged, but he said he would also check out any other possible issues. The drain line was plugged, and I asked if this was something that should have turned up with our previous call to the other company. He explained that a lot of companies only flush the drain from the outside with a hose, but that they use a vacuum to really get the drain clear. He also noted that the previous tech had left a cap off on part of the AC. Additionally, he explained in great detail how my set up is a little different since we have a gas furnace, and that other companies may not take into account this setup when they are servicing the unit. They had the unit running in about 15 minutes, but still completely checked out the unit in the garage, and the compressor outside, which is how they found out about the cap. In summary, they got the unit working VERY quickly, performed maintenance on the unit, explained everything very thoroughly, were very nice,professional polite and obviously abundantly knowledgeable. A pleasure doing business with them, and I would HIGHLY recommend.

    The company has not been able to resolve issues covered via their 2 year builder���s warranty by repeatedly missing service appointments and changing scheduled appointment times without communicating the changes to me. The HVAC system was not balanced properly upon install so certain rooms are much warmer than others (can be around a 10 degree or so difference). I have been trying to get a hold of the customer service manager since I have not been able to resolve these issues working with the scheduler but he will not return my phone calls. The company has missed a total of three service appointments. Also, upon informing the builder who hired the company to install the HVAC system about the issues I was having, the customer service manager made slandering remarks to the builder about me and fabricated stories claiming I made derogatory remarks to the scheduler, which is not true. The company has not been apologetic about these circumstances, has been very unprofessional, and lacks basic customer service.

    Everything was excellent. Called to let me know when they would be onsite, and were on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable, gave us an estimate beforehand. Offered recommendations to help the unit perform better. Considering it was late on a Saturday night, the technician was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend them.

    At first Kevin was very responsive and very informative. We have AHS and they sent Air Boss out to inspect our broken ac unit. He never tried to upsell me on anything, he was very honest and offered a lot of options and suggestions. My airhandler is in the attic and Kevin had to rebuild the whole airhandler by piece and didn't charge extra. Now that the unit has been installed (over a month later) he still hasn't come to pick up the old unit. I have sent a few emails and text messages about that and also about the TECO discount for installing an energy efficient ac unit - he hasn't repsonded to that question. I went to the TECO website but Air Boss was not listed as a provider.
