    I was in need of upgrading my home alarm system, so that I could monitor remotely, and in researching my options I found LiveWatch.  The rep that returned my call was Taylor.  Excellent customer service skills.  Very knowledgeable and patient with me.  I wanted to explore my options before making a decision.  No problem there...Taylor gave me his direct line and I was able to call back to have all my questions answered, and when I was ready to complete my purchase everything went very smoothly.  I was previously with ADT, and after weighing the pro's and con's I chose to purchase new sensors vs trying to switch it over (especially since the equipment I had was somewhat dated).  I like the idea that their system is not only wireless but cellular based.  The system arrived next day vs 2nd day which was great.  Everything was labelled, took no time at all to install the sensors.  The keypad is easy to use; everything so far as been very user friendly.  The appointment to activate and test the system went very smoothly.  They email you and telephone you to make sure everything is ok.  The communication is great.  Everyone has been very pleasant to speak with. I did order an additional sensor after the initial set up and adding it as a new device was easy. Cost wise, it was a blessing to find LiveWatch.  ADT required a 3 year contract to upgrade and an increase of my monthly charges.  LiveWatch was able to meet my needs at an affordable monthly rate.  Thank you for the great service!

    So I got this through an Angie's List deal.  Seems like kind of a cheap system but takes advantage of the internet.  I like that you can add on other elements at a later time.  The installer was like 17 years old and just not very "polished" Nice enough guy but not sure he was super well trained.  Certainly an opportunity for improvement there.  The system itself uses a lot of sticky tape and pulgs into a standard outlet.  The whole thing just seems sort of cheap.

    I have a condo in Lighthouse Point that Dan renovated for me. Repaired the damaged walls. Then he painted everything, the ceilings the walls and the doors. He put the crystal type tiles on my wall in the kitchen for a backsplash. He repaired some electric outlets. Installed a new vanity with plumbing. He put a new sink on an old vanity base. Installed new outlet covers and a new smoke detector.There was a wall AC unit removed a long time ago. The repair to the wall was hideous. Dan grinded the mess and made the wall look like it should look. I had a couple of small things like blinds to be installed. Dan was there to stand behind his work. He never had a problem with coming back to resolve any issues. He was able to complete the job on my schedule. If I have anything in the future to be done Dan is DaMan I will call.

    When I called the company to speak about an alarm system for my home, I was connected immediately to Rory.
    I explained my situation, and Rory spent plenty of time explaining what he thought I might want in the way of an alarm system, and then we made an appointment for him to come by the following day. 
    He even called me to explain a 5 minute delay of our appointment, due to a traffic accident.
    When Rory came by, he explained what would be the best alarm system for my needs (wireless), and he explained all the charges, and I signed the agreement for the installation.
    The installers, Mario and Ricky, came this morning (during the scheduled time).
    They worked clean, and were very knowledgeable, PROFESSIONAL, and courteous.
    After they finished the installation (they work very well together) in the time frame as scheduled, they explained to me how the alarm works (in easy to understand words!!!).
    I am very pleased with this company. 
    I feel very secure in the knowledge that I have "state-of-the-art" protection for my home.
    I will recommend them to my friends.

    I sent APT a fax cancelling my contract. Within 24 hours, they contacted me and told me they would put in an entirely new system. I declined and told them I would just go back to using my old company. I told them that my old company was coming back the next day and I asked them if they wanted to send out their technicians to dismantle their system. My old alarm company ended up having to uninstall APT's system and reinstalled my original system.  An APT technician did come by later that day and picked up their system and gave me a receipt. I asked for my check back when I cancelled my contract and they didn’t comply and wouldn't respond to my request. They cashed my check and increased the amount that they charge me for by 3 dollars and changed it from a check an ACH transaction without my permission. I called my bank and  my bank suggested that I change my account numbers to bar this company from any other fraudulent charges.

    The sales person, David Winepol, came out and went over everything in great detail with me. The installer came out to make sure everything was in working order and fixed the areas that were not. They validated which 'zone's' were for the different areas of the house. Very professional.

    I felt the price was reasonable compared to the other estimates I received. The office people were friendly and helpful and the installer was very competent. My only complaint was that he arrived later then he said he would.
