    Geico recommended A1 Body and Glass, which turned into a nightmare. I allowed A1 Body and Glass to attempt to fix my front bumper twice. After the second time, I was done with A1 Body and Glass poor attempts to fix my car. I ended up sending my car to the dealership. According to BMW, My car was missing clasps on the bumper and my door was damaged during the accident. A1 Body and Glass didn���t notice my door was damaged and they didn���t fix it, so my car ended with severe water damage.

    I took my vehicle to Mike when I first purchased it so that he can apply C-Quartz. He did a fantastic job. Since then, I���ve had some serious tree sap that was stuck on the vehicle for three days. Instead of trying to remove myself, I took it to him and he was able to quickly remove it. More recently, a small portion of the panel was repainted and afterwards I took it back to Mike to reapply C-Quartz. Each time he was courteous, professional and really cares about his product. Thanks again Mike!

    It went great! Nicole was very responsive and helpful. The carrier she provided called me twice to update me on their arrival time, and they arrived right on time. The driver was very nice and helped me position the bike on my carport when he delivered it. I would highly recommend them.

    Had my 2008 Honda Fit with 203500 miles on it towed in Tuesday morning when it wouldn"t go into gear. Had it back Wednesday afternoon. They gave me a price quote, did the work they said they would, and charged me exactly what they quoted. Thursday I got a call from Chris the manager who told me that his tech noticed that the compressor for the AC was going bad.  Cruise N Cool had put it in for me over a year ago. Chris said that he and Rich the owner felt like that was too soon for the compressor to be failing and had me bring it back the following week to replace it under warranty.  Let me be clear.  The compressor was failing but hadn't failed yet.  They were under NO OBLIGATION WHATSOEVER to fix it for me. But that's exactly what they did.  They'll be servicing my vehicles for the foreseeable future.

    Mike answered the phone immediately & we arranged an appointment for the next day.   He called an hour before the appointment to give me an update.  He arrived punctually, we agreed on a price and he performed the repair.  Mike took the time to ensure a perfect outcome.   Would definitely use his service again & highly recommend.

    UPDATE:

    I went to another mechanic to have my alignment look at for the 3rd time shortly after this review.  The mechanic showed me an alignment printout after he realigned all 4 tires properly; they were SEVERELY misaligned.  Apparently, the alignment machine at Auto Tech and Body may not be calibrated, throwing off the correct numbers.  After the 2nd mechanic fixed the alignment, the shaking decreased considerably (next to none).  However, during the time between the first alignment and the final alignment, all 4 of my tires became bald on certain edges and need to replace all 4 of my brand new tires because of Auto Tech and Body's mess.  

    Today (12/9/2015), I had a flat tire and when AAA came to replace it with the spare, apparently 3 of the 4 bearing bolts were cross threaded (tire not properly screwed on when Auto Tech & Body replaced the tire for a new one) and now I need to 1) replace the bearing bolts and 2) buy 4 new tires. 

    I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with one mechanic shop.  They did refund the charge for the 2nd alignment (shouldn't have been charged to begin with), and I doubt they will replace all 4 tires and the bearing bolts for no charge.  Based on this experience, I will NOT have them touch my car again even if it is free of charge.

    Purchased 2 synthetic oil changes at this location in hopes of securing a trustworthy and quality mechanic.  
    Chose this location based on the positive reviews on quality of service and overall prices.  
    Underwhelmed by both and will not return to fulfill the synthetic oil change coupons because of the poor outcome.  How difficult is it to properly conduct an alignment?  
    Inflated body work estimates and long waiting times in the morning.  
    Lost my business, and my husbands, and will not refer any friends or family members to this location.  
    As a result of this poor experience with this vendor, I will likely discontinue my subscription to Angie's List.  Reviews may very well be saturated with biased opinions.

    I purchased the deal. Scheduling was quick, not far from home. The job seems very good after one week. T he owner was on site, open and with good advice. No creature comforts for waiting, however there is a very nice sandwich shop just north with ESPN, sandwiches, and even a post office. The neighborhood is improving.

    White Honda looks great.  Removed all the Exterior stains and discoloration. Shampooed Carpets look great.
    Every nook and cranny of interior was cleaned.  Great job. Highly recommended

    I HAD EXPLAINED ORIGINALLY RIGHT AFTER PURCHASE OF THE DEAL I HAD GONE IN FOR SPINAL SURGERY AND AFTER THAT I MOVED TO THE WEST COAST OF FL. I HAD ASKED IF I MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO COME OVER THAT WAY IF THEY WOULD HONOR THE DEAL THEY REFUSED SAYING THEY HAD NO WAY NO VERIFY IT WAS EVER PURCHASED BACK THEN. I TOLD THEM I HAD PROOF, THEY DIDNT CARE.
