    Y&A Quality Service LLC
It went great! The installer arrived on time. Explained the entire process to me. Installed outside cameras as well as inside cameras, motion sensors, and window/door contact sensors. Made sure to not leave any visible wires (cameras). Cleaned up after himself. He also installed all my window blinds as well as blinds on 2 fresh doors. he also installed my mailbox (thank you so much!!!) & changed the locks in my house and reprogrammed my garage door remote. (I Just moved in to my house) The work performed was great, installation was fast! He made sure all my cameras were connected to the online server before he left.. I am going to use this company again to install the screens to the lanai. He exceeded my expectations and will definetly have a repeat custom from me!! recommending to all my friends and family!!

Lehigh Lawncare was excellent, superb, did exactly what I asked and was very patient with me when I had to get some things in order for them to complete the entire remodeling of the home. I would recommend to all my family members, friends, co-workers, social media, also if they were able to travel long distance they would have an A+ recommendation for my husbands family as well. Well priced and willing to work with you. Lehigh Lawncare you are my handyman when in need as long as you are around. Excellent job very professional.

    3T Services
We had tenants who turned out to be very filthy, and they made a mess of our beautiful house. I contacted Angie's list for a handyman. This was the only one I found. In the beginning, it was ok, until he sent invoices that included things we did not ask for, such as 2 bathtubs, and didn't include things we DID ask for, such as fixing the hole behind the refrigerator. We renegotiated our punch list because his estimate was so incredibly, unreasonably high. I had my realtor go over to check so he could get the house re-listed. He gave me a list of things 3T never did, which included the garage door, removing the cable wires hanging in living room, kitchen light bulbs.. I contacted 3T, and he wanted more money to fix garage door (already paid!!!). He never really checked the water system. If he did, he would have found out there was bacteria in the tank and it needed a new filter, with an ozone gen, and a flushing of the hot water heater. I ended up paying $3,432.00 to this person. THEN, I had to find a different company to fix the water system for $2100 more. Now, I have to pay yet another handyman to fix the following: Replace the garage door opener, replace the kitchen light bulbs, replace one toilet seat, replace shower curtain rods; replace mini blinds, clean the whole house, fix the front porch exterior ceiling fan; hang the bedroom closet doors up; replace vertical blinds on sliders; replace exhaust fan cover in one bathroom. I wish I had run a search on my own of this guy's criminal record. He seriously had no problem stealing money from me, especially about the garage door. I have kept all emails and texts to show what he's done and may end up filing a complaint to recoup some of the money. Horrible experience.

    SCI Of Lee, Inc.
I had received an estimate prior to work being performed. The owner assured me that this was a firm quote. After job completed, tried to charge me an extra $75--we settled on $50 more. The shower door itself was installed properly. However, I had just had my bathroom remodeled and they broke a tile and damaged the wall adjacent to shower door in two places. They did not offer to repair the damages that they caused to my home! Owner was not concerned when I talked to him. Would not hire a 2nd time.

Gutters were wrong color. I told the gutter man that, but he showed me his order (sub-contracted) and it listed white, not brown. Anyway, high for so-called "Handyman" services. Asked for another estimate on other work, even higher, and when I politely said so, he gave me a VERY sarcastic answer, in my opinion.

    All Around Home Care
I couldn't be happier with the service.   He was on time, friendly, and professional.  He cleaned the vent both from the dryer and on the roof.   He shortened the dryer vent hose because it was too long, and straightened out the dryer on the pedestal for me.  I will definitely use All Around Home Care again!

    Handy Vets
We purchased a BIG DEAL back at the end of April for $249 for 6 hours of carpentry from HANDY VETS. Between the two of us we have had much difficulty in getting this item completed. We first wanted to wait a bit, to get things settled into our new home. Then we called them and they came out to look at the job (Later August) then they handed us an estimate requiring a large amt of additional cash to complete the job. This caused us to pause for a bit while we looked into things. We were trying to get the materials that would be needed. At this time, a major personal family change came up also. We very well may be selling our home, due to getting our grandchildren given to us as guardians/adoptive parents. Due to this change we would not be needing this service. I wrote to Craig of Handy Vets and asked him if he would be adverse to returning our funds and cancelling this job. He told us he would allow it and even support it but that I needed to talk to Angie's list and allow them to do the refund to get the full amount back. Following the delays that have occurred we cannot use this item. The people at Handy Vets are very cordial. They are being very supportive with our attempts to get a refund. We got no service, and due to circumstances we could really use the refund to tend to the other family item mentioned. THANK YOU!

Very professional group of guys.  Had some stuff fall through the ceiling in the garage. Needed drywall replaced.  They did the work in an efficient manner and didn't try to "milk" the job.  I was very satisfied with the service.

    Paradise Handyman Services
Ryan removed our 1970 era  cabinets in our very small kitchen. Installed new cabinets. countertops, replaced tiles, minor electrical work. Installed a dishwasher and re-installed an existing garbage disposal.  He installed the microwave X2 (the first did not work properly). He was able to come up with creative solutions to greatly expand the working space. He was even able to "make the cabinet" work when the water heater unexpectedly was discovered in a "dead space" in the kitchen work space!  Punctual ! Fast! Even vacuuming the drive way !

gator pressure washing and property service
While getting a new property ready to rent, dave noticed that my hot water heater was leaking (that was what had damaged the drywall, and not the toilet we had thought) so he went to town, got the water heater and noticed that there was a special on ceramic tile in a complementary color, so he called me and proposed laying a tile floor in the bathroom since everything was already out of the room. After negotiating price, I agreed. In the end, he installed a new wax seal under the toilet, tiled the bathroom and installed the water heater (went to town and hauled all this to my place and hauled old material away) for $275.00. I paid for the material. It did take 2 days as you tile one day and grout the next.

I have used Dave  in the past to rescreen a porch, replace drywall, install a garage door opener, change locks, what he doesn't do, he makes arrangements to have done. His range of contacts is broad. His price is fair.  He gets the job done and his skills rival my own.

His no nonsense new York manner might put off some of the more genteel members, but if you want the job done Dave is your guy
