    Aldo stole my deposit !!! Tried to buy a car, put a deposit down then drove 600 miles to find out that Aldo lied. Car had a bad transmission the engine smoked and it wasn't even in his name. He kept my deposit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!

    $750 out the door. The dealer wanted $600 for the thermostats alone. These guys never price gouge and do excellent work. They have serviced our aging Caliber for 7 years now without a problem. A tip. if you need same day service you need to show up in the morning. They schedule the bays out in the morning and are usually filled up by 10am. The sooner the better. They are always busy for a reason. Quality service, excellent price and no BS.

    Swinson's Window Tinting
    I contacted Chris on/about 7/6/15 to discuss having him give us an estimate for our home windows being tinted.  We discussed the difference between ceramic tints vs metallic tints... etc.   Although the ceramic tints are good at heat rejection they also appeared to be much more expensive.  SO Chris and I discussed what I was trying to achieve with the film, and made several recommendations as to possibilities.  He came to the home the next day, and brought with him film samples so that we could actually see the film darkness or reflectivity and see if we wanted it on out home.  At the front of the home, we wanted something that prevented people who walked up to the front door from staring in the DR windows.  On the back ( west) side we preferred something a bit darker- but not so mirrored.  Chris was able to show samples in both types.  He showed us his samples and left us a quote for what we had asked him to do.  Once I reviewed the quote I decided that I would like to know what it would cost to do the other two windows on the home.  SO I called him, and Chris just adapted to my request.   He asked if I was happy with the samples, I told him YES- but that the windows on the side of the home we just figured we would get done to make it a complete job.  We had no excess sun heating on that side so we were going to "Skip" those windows for the savings on the budget.  Chris told me he could do them, and gave us a very fair price.  SO we told him we would add those to the job.
    We scheduled our tinting for 7/13/15.  Chris told us a time that he would be there, and he arrives precisely at the time he stated.  He worked all day doing the windows, and ( due to the couple additional windows) it was running late.  It was decided that he would leave and come back the next morning to finish the sliders.  Again, he arrived on time.  He completed the entire job in a bit more then an hour, and was ready to go.
    Chris is a very professional person to deal with.  He is knowledgeable, punctual, and a talented technician.  He is very much a "people" person and will take the time to discuss the process, and outcome with you before you sign him up.  He will discuss the warranty of the film, and how it is used should you become unhappy. 
    Chris is the kind of person you can feel comfortable being in your home doing work, while your family is there- even if you need to be away.  Actually- I am not sure what more I can say that that..... My wife felt safe in the home even though he was working for several hours while I was at work.  WOULD I HIRE, SWINSON's AGAIN?....  ABSOLUTELY....

    The entire experience was a pleasure. All employees looked and behaved professionally. The owner was especially courteous. He showed me the presence of a metal piece of hardware (wood screw, I believe) in the leaking tire. I authorized the repair and the tire was plugged to my satisfaction. The tire is holding appropriate pressure to date, which has been 6 weeks now. The waiting area was clean and free of tobacco odor; in fact, I do not recall any tobacco odor including outside the office.

    The entire process went well and took around 15 business days from start to finish (this included the Memorial Day weekend). Background: The amplifier failed, could not be repaired locally, and was shipped to an out of state contractor. Auto Sound accomplished the following:

    • - Preformed audio system check
    • - Determined the amplifier had failed
    • - Removed the amplifier
    • - Coordinated the shipment to contractor for repair and return shipment
    • - Installed the repaired amplifier
    • - Installed a compatible replacement sub-woofer (purchased through Auto Sound)

    The $17 coupon oil change was actually $24 with all the fees added on.  They are a large facility and they service a lot of cars so I made an appointment, pretty easy to do on their website.  I can't say having an appointment saved me any time 'cause they didn't tell me the car was ready.  I just kept waiting.  All the people are very nice, friendly, and professional.  But, it appears the unfortunate service advisor right inside the door is overworked.  I had to wait to be in processed although perhaps a dozen other advisers were standing around idle.  When I noticed my car was back on the lot and asked if it was ready  I again had to wait for the poor guy at the door as he helped another customer in front of me.  Luckily another adviser saw me and was happy to take my credit card and check me out.  It was over an hour for a scheduled oil change but that may be because I didn't see it in the lot and ask about it.  A pretty good service facility with nice people.  I'll go back again except try not to get that poor sole at the entrance door who seems to get all the work.   .
