He took the time to explain why my water heater had failed and to make a customize recommendation as to which replacement heater would work best for me. Well I’m not a plumber myself, he seem to work very efficiently and effectively uninstalling my old water heater and installing the new one. I was really impressed that this company sent out a repair person the same day I requested one. He even came very late in the day and stayed Well into the early evening to get my water heater installed. AD.R. AppliancesEric did an amazing job! Our dryer wasn't working correctly. We had tried cleaning the vent and dryer ourselves, but it still wasn't drying the clothes correctly. Eric cleaned the van and found that it was loaded with lint that we had not gotten out with our wet/dry vac. It was a fire hazard, and we didn't even know it! Eric also cleaned the dryer and found all kinds of things inside! Very quick and professional service. Would highly recommend!- Linda Z.
