  • They put on foot covers to eliminate dirt in house given it was a wet day and did a great job with the installation.  They then cleaned everything up prior to leaving and removed the unwanted old mount.

  • We received a $400 estimate from this company for the complete installation of an over-the-air antenna system. They installed the antenna using old black coax that was left over from a prior cable installation and a length of new black coax that runs up the side of our white house to the antenna on the roof. I am not a fan of the black cable running all the way up the side of the house when white coax is readily available. We also thought since they used old coax for the run to the TV that the price should have reflected that with a discount of some sort.
    In any case, we were ok with all that had transpired with this company, until we discovered that every time we turned our dishwasher on, we were getting interference on the cable and we made the mistake of calling to ask if the installation using the old coax could be a problem. Rather than respond to us professionally, the owner quickly became defensive and immediately said he could come out and run a new coax but that it was going to cost us. At that point, we were taken aback and asked why it would cost us more for a new coax given that he had quoted us $400 for complete installation. He said installation NEVER includes new coax because every house has existing coax. He then began berating my partner and I for tag teaming him and whining about all the pains he had taken in making the sale, which had required two emails and a phone call.
    I was admittedly furious with his tone and approach and things only went from bad to worse when he began telling me that he has been in business for 27 years and knows all about customers like me. He wouldn't let me finish a single sentence because he said he knew exactly where I was going with everything.
    It was a terrible interaction that didn't need to be that way. We really had not intended to get in any big fight over this, but were simply looking to troubleshoot the issue.

  • This is a company that definitely wants to please their customers!  I originally had my computer serviced on November 6th because I was not able to open my Juno e-mail.   They resolved that issue, but I had neglected to let them know that I was also unable to open PDF files.  Because my computer is so old, I did not want to spend any more money on a service call and said in my review that I would not use this company again.   I received a call from the company and they offered me complimentary remote service to resolve that issue.   It took them a couple of hours to resolve this problem due to the age of the computer and technical problems, but I am now able to open PDF files and print coupons.  They certainly lost money on me and  I would definitely recommend this company to others!

  • I have a Vizio smart TV which is only two years old and was in good working condition when I went north in May.  However, the power would not go on when I returned in October.   I called Cason & Gaskins TV after reading their reviews on Angie's list and received a quote of $25.00 diagnostic fee to look at the TV in their shop and was told this would be applied toward cost of repair.  They called back with a price for the repair and had it ready within a couple of days.  I felt that the total price of $125.00 for replacing a main digital PCB was reasonable and would definitely use their services again.

  • Jerry is always the one who answers. He has been here twice this year. He is here when he says he is going to be here, and when he gets on the computer, he finds this to be done and that to be done. He answers you as soon as he can, and he usually answers the same day. The price is reasonable too.

  • They are getting ready to change it to optic, but they haven't done it yet. I used Comcast before, but it is not available where I live now. I have a satellite which I did not want, and I wanted cable, but I could not cable, so I had to go with satellite, so every time it rains, it goes down. The computer is also very slow, and a lot of people around complain about it. I haven't had much dealing with them.

  • I can get more football than what is offered, and it is extra, but I can get it without any problems from them. The times I have called them, they have answered my questions satisfactorily. I don't get the movie channels and stuff like that. I only get the extra sports.

  • It is a nice little shop. They are close by, and there is multiple things you can get done there. You can get your nails, and pedicures done there. The hair dresser was located somewhere else and she moved to Little Bo-tique, and she says that they are nice people. She likes it there. They have other things like plants and furniture for sale there. I have compared prices, and they all charge $80 for the same thing, so their price is competitive. I called for an appointment, and I went the next day.

  • They were here when they said they were going to be here. They got me to the airport on time. They handled my luggage because I cannot walk,and they made sure that I had a contact in the airport before they left me there. They made sure that I had somebody who would get me in a wheelchair, and take my luggage, before they left. It's a reasonable price, and they will get you there on time.

  • After initial contact, Mike asked for a picture of the chair which I texted to him.  He then called back to say what it would cost and an appointment was scheduled. Mike called prior to the time to say he was on the way and confirmed our address. He arrived within a half hour.He was very friendly.  I asked if he minded us watching him work and he said "no" he wanted the company. He started his work and explained every step. It was a great learning experience watching his magic being performed. He did not leave until the job was perfect. He also warranted his work for three months. We were very pleased with the outcome.There is no way anyone could tell where the damaged area was. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to my friends.
