    Home Heating Service Inc
Was quoted $422 to replace 1 regulator. They will not put $95 svc call towards that amt. Despite purchasing $1200 water heater from them 5 years ago. Never heard back from office manager. Went with another company that replaced 2 regulators for $210.

    Eustis Quality Plumbing
I have used Tom Walsh five times and always been happy with his work. Last month, one of our toilets just began leaking from its base whenever it was flushed. It was gross. I called Tom. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me an estimate. I needed a new wax ring seal. Tom removed the toilet, replaced the seal and re-grouted it in about two hours. He cleaned up afterwards. You would never know there was ever a problem after he finished. The toilet worked perfectly. I heartily recommend Tom. If I have any future plumbing problems, I will call him, again.

Dunstan & Son Plumbing Co Inc
I had called 8 am Friday 9/15/17 and was told would be out between 11 am-1 pm. 1 hour after I called got a call that the plumber would be there within the next hour. Mike showed up about 45 minutes later (at least 1 1/2 hours early). I guess due to hurricane Irma, service was fast. The office calls the customer ahead of time when the Tech is heading to your service address. Mike diagnosed the problem immediately. When our kitchen was remodeled, the person who did the plumbing under the sink cut the pipes too short and they were lose. Mike re-cut the pipe and secured the other pipes. So far no leaks. Mike was here for no more than 45 minutes. He was very polite and did an excellent job. If I ever have another plumbing problem, Dunstan & Sons Plumbing from Leesburg, FL would be the only company I would call. Very trustworthy and professional company. Payment options are Cash - Credit Cards - Check.

    IZZI BATH & SPA
Izzi is out of business. They were bought by a company in Tennessee who doesn't service Florida and were not helpful. First got a local plumber who said the problem was electrical. An electrician found a loose wire and it works now.

    GS Tile & Remodeling LLC
We had a plumbing problem that required digging up the foundation. The plumbing company we used did the work and cemented the floor and left us to complete it. I called GS Tile/Remodeling because of the reviews on Angies lift. When the old double vanity cabinet was removed there was mold on the wall. George cut out all the bad pieces and removed a medicine cabinet. He patched everything including several holes where we had removed old fixtures, he patched everythingperfectly so I could paint. After the tile work he installed the double vanity, faucets and backsplash. We had to replace the old light fixture and he graciously put up the new one. It was on an exterior wall and required some drilling into concrete. George was extremely neat, no dust and he always used tarps to keep my floors clean. He always vacuumed everything so it was a clean as when he arrived. The second bathroom vanity was removed, new tile laid underneath and he added the plumbing for a second sink. He installed the double vanity, faucets and backsplash and new light fixture. He disposed of the old cabinet which was a great help. He did such a great job I will not use anyone else when we remodel the kitchen. I have given his card to several neighbors.

    GS Tile & Remodeling LLC
Highly recommend George. Professional, in every way. He removed old floor tile and installed a mixture of glass and ceramic on floor and walls in a complex shaped room. He also installed a wall mounted vanity that required rerouting the plumbing. I will definitely use George for future remodels.

    Rocket Rooter Plumbing, LLC
Very professional. I appreciated that they had a print out of the prices so they obviously weren't just making them up on the fly. Cost was still was outrageous. I guess plumbing just is. The work was done quickly and they explained everything to me and were courteous. Work done neatly and they cleaned up after themselves. Will use again if needed (but i hope not to.)

Kiley & Sons, Inc. A Full Service Plumbing Company
I live in Orlando and purchased a rental property in Leesburg.  I called Kiley and Son's for an estimate for a total house re-pipe.  I told them I had a lockbox on the house so that they could come by and give an estimate at their leisure.  I was told that I would have to be present for the estimate so I arranged to take a Wednesday off work to drive to Leesburg.  I was given a time of between 1 and 5pm.  At around 3pm I had a reminder call from them so I thought I would just give them a call to confirm and make sure I was still on the schedule.  At first when I called she said they don't normally do estimates on Wednesdays.  She put me on hold and came back to tell me that they were so behind that they were still on the morning calls and could I change my appointment to Friday.  I told here that I lived in Orlando and that I could meet them on the weekend.  She said they don't work weekends.  She then asked someone in the office and they made an exception since they were behind that they would come out and give an estimate without me being present. So come Friday morning I received a call from someone confirming my address.  I asked them if they were told that I would not be present and they said no.  That afternoon I called to ask how I would receive the estimate as I had not heard back from anyone.  They said that it would be emailed to me.  I said that no one had requested my email address so I gave it too her.  My previous estimate from another company was given on the spot.  It is now 3PM on the following Monday and still no email or phone call.  I have made the decision that this is not the company for me.  I shouldn't be chasing down a company to take my money.  They either have a communication issue or too much business.  I own multiple rental properties and need a plumber that is going to be there when I need them.  I will stick to a small business plumber.

Terrible. We wanted to sign the contract about May 25 but the salesman said he would come to the home for us to sign 5/31, and we gave him 50% deposit. They were supposed to have a person to remove the window and install glass blocks, but could not get one so we scrambled to find a decent contractor. They also could not locate a vanity or sink we wanted so we got our own (a dresser on legs from Pottery Barn and a square surface mount sink.We were promised we'd be contacted "Monday or Tuesday" by the scheduler. When we called we were told :1. He was in the hospital  2:Production was backed up and our schedule cold not be met. We said we would cancel the order, they got irate. Tear out began 6/9. They delivered the pan, but we rejected it because it had a crack in it.On 6/30 the walls and fixtures were installed but the plumber would not install the sink (we found out later that despite salesman's promise he was ordered not to touch it). The shower was installed higher than the glass walls, so we "insisted" they put in the proper height of 76", they wanted more money and we said no, that it should have been put in properly. Meanwhile, a neighbor and I installed the sink and did the plumbing. Due date for glass installation of 7/20 was missed, and when installed 7/22 the glass company noticed the wall where the door is mounted moved in and out.. After much "buck passing" and numerous calls they came out, removed the glass and chipped the glass. The Jetta stone wall developed a crack. The drywall/texture people were supposed to come 8/7, but did not arrive until 8/10, we couldn't paint until 8/11 and finished just moments before WWK&B came out to install the new Jetta stone wall. Glass Co. came out to install door 8/20 but could not do it because WWK&B took the hinges. There were many other problems, too.
