Oil change, rotate tires and 21 point inspection.

In the past, I haven't had my work done at a dealership, but this dealership is very good in terms of prices and they are very responsive in getting you in. If there are any issues, they provide a loaner car. I like working with this dealership, it's not more expensive than going somewhere else. I've been doing business with them since 2011.

Routine 50,000 mile oil change for 2005 Lexus RX330

Oil change went fine. During oil change was called by Service that car needed front wipers ($27), rear wiper ($20) , timing belt package ($685), battery ($135) and that the power steering rack was leaking and needed alignment ($1,416). Declined this additional $2,283 in service. Fast forward to today. Yesterday had same car in Lexus dealer for 55,000 mile service. Lexus Dealer checked all of items Phillips recommended changing and reported NONE need to be done. Bottom line, will never go to Phillips again.
