    It went smoothly and quickly, plus it was less than I thought because my service advisor Nick Schettino found me money-saving coupons.Also, because my car had only three months to go before the 50,000 mile / five year bumper-to-bumper warranty expired, Nick had my car thoroughly checked over and asked me if I noticed any problems, so they could be fixed free of charge under the warranty before it expired. I have had Nick several times as my service advisor. I think he really cares about his customers. Nick Schettino is great. I am very happy with him and Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg. They may cost more than an independent mechanic, but I found them to be worth it.

    I've been going to them twice a year since 2012. They've been right at the top since I started using them. They're reliable. I'm comfortable that they'll get the job done and without solicitation they will go out of their way. One time they replaced the steering wheel before the warranty was up.

    they installed a Nissan factory reconditioned CVT transmission in a reasonable time for a fair price, we thought. There seemed to be an issue so we took the vehicle back to have it checked out and were told it must be an engine problem because they couldn't detect any error codes from the transmission. That was the first red flag. The second was that they didn't connect the linkage to allow full functionality and wanted more money to do that - that was a total deal breaker for any future business or recommendations. Craig was the contact person, someone who likes the sound of his own voice above all others.

    They have been very good to me, because I have been back many times. If I had something else wrong, I would go back there too. They have come to the house a couple of times to look at my car here, because I am on wheelchair. They are only open during the week, it is not an emergency place.

    Steve's Auto Electric
    The mechanics at Steve's went over the list and checked off every single thing on it.  They told me that there was nothing wrong with the car at all and gave that statement to me in writing.  They are a very honest and hardworking group!  Auto mechanics, good ones like these, are hard to find!   I will always go to Steve's for auto repairs!!   In their field, there are numerous opportunities to cheat people.  They did not do that in any way.  I am grateful to have found them (referred by a local car salesman).  It has been three months since I took the car to them.  The car has performed beautifully since that time (obviously they were correct about nothing being wrong with it) and I would recommend Steve's Auto Electric to anyone who will listen!

    It's good to have a professional check the car over once in a while. But in hindsight, I know that I can check and replace my own air and cabin filters. If you have them replaced at the dealership it can be very expensive compared to doing it yourself. Still, I prefer the car dealer service department over the tire and lube shops. I've had and heard of too many bad experiences. When you take your care to the dealer it may be a bit more expensive to have what you need done BUT, they only do what you need and don't manufacture problems like the tire and lube places have been known to do. I will go back to this dealership for service but I will service what I comfortably service myself first. They would get all A's from me if their prices were a little more reasonable but I'm happy I only have to pay for what I truly need.

    When I picked up the car later that day I was told that after checking out the car it was in good condition. The oil change was all we needed. Last year I had new tires put on the car and the dealer told my husband we need tie rods. Because we only trust Bill and his crew to fix our car we brought it over to South Bay for the repair. We paid the bill and later that day I got a call from Deb saying she owed me some money. As it turns out the car didn't need tie rods and I was reimbursed for them. Evidently, Deb notice that the parts were still on the table and hadn't been used. This is why we have been going to South Bay Auto for over 10 years. They do very good work and are as honest as the day is long.
