  Sunstate Pressure Washing Inc

  My HOA hired Sunstate to pressure wash our townhomes over a three day period. Individual homeowners could pay to have their driveway or cement courtyards washed separately, and I agreed to pay $40 to have my courtyard pressure washed. When I came home from work, I found my solar gnome statue and solar light stake that had been in a small garden area between my and my neighbor���s house, both displaced and broken. These items were not in an area that the homeowners had been asked to clear out in preparation for the cleaning. When I sent pictures of the damage to the owner of Sunstate and asked for $10 to be taken off the $40 I agreed to pay for the separate cleaning, he refused and I was told ���it happens��� and if the statue was valuable to me I should have removed it. I didn���t ask for them to comp out the cost of the courtyard cleaning I didn���t ask them to reimburse me for the full price of the broken items, I just asked for $10 to be taken of the total, which did not seem unreasonable. I cannot recommend a company that is so careless with homeowner���s personal property and so unwilling to acknowledge it.

  Jon immediately responded for an estimate, completed work as scheduled and did an excellent job . He removed tree root growth from under driveway, leveled the ground, replaced pavers, bleached, added sand and sealed the driveway and pool deck. Our 12 year old pavers now look like new. Highly recommend.

  Hector and his team did a fantastic job. His communication was awesome throughout the process. We had about 4-6 quotes and he not only was competitive but his professionalism and attitude for the job were what sold us on picking him. He was able to provide a quote on his first visit and shoot over one in writing the same day. I had other companies that took 2-3 days to get back to us and wouldn't even provide a "ballpark" price while at the property. This was important since we were on a time crunch to get this done and Roundhouse was able to get the job done quickly. I also needed some light stucco repair and soffit repair. He was able to find some guys to take care of that and include it into the price. I felt it was a fair price for the extra repairs. He would stop by the house on a regular basis to check on the progress, so it wasn't like he just took the job and sent guys over to complete. On the final day we did a walk around and noticed some small details that needed to be taken care of and he personally took care of it before taking the final payment. Wourl definately recommend and use for future projects.

  We love Nick! Nick and his crew (Felix and Joe) did an exemplary job prepping and painting the exterior of our one story home. We also had our barn style wood shed, aluminum Florida Room, back yard landing, garage door and double front door painted. Our home hadn't been painted in 15 years and was very 'chalky'. The job took three days...day one was prep (masking and pressure washing), day two paint soffit/fascia and first coat of house and shed, day three paint second coat of house, shed and front door. Nick and his crew were very professional and pleasant. Some repair work was needed on the doors of our shed and Nick had a guy come in and fix them prior to painting. Nick visited our home three times before prep day to make sure we got what we wanted. Communication was great. When they were finished with the job you couldn't even tell there was work done (other than the great looking paint on the house) because they did not leave any mess behind. Nick provided a quote and did not ask for any money until the job was completed and we were satisfied. A walk around the property with Nick and we were definitely satisfied! I highly recommend Sunrise Quality Painting for exterior home painting needs! Thanks again Nick!

  Wow!! I found this business from a list of potential cleaners. I made the call and Jeff Gagne came out that same afternoon and gave us a quote. He came the next afternoon and performed all services I was quoted.He said he would move items off the patio, and replace them when he was done. Unfortunately, it started POURING rain with LOTS of lightning so we told him not to worry about putting things back. He did an excellent job and was very professional! I love that this is a son and father business. Absolutely will call him again.
