    Park Avenue Landscaping Pros
They looked very professional coming in. The crew was very nice, courteous, and professional. They are great communicators of there would be an issue or if they were running late. Cleaned up after themselves well. Offered direct line to the owner in case we had an issues afterward. Great company.

    Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Clearwater
My new LED warm lights are absolutely amazing....much brighter than I would have thought. I like them so much I'm calling to get more. Robert the owner knows how to run a business. The guys who did the install were great. I couldn't be happier.

    Mister Sparky
I called at 9am and had the serviceman at my house at 11am. Jonathon Zayas diagnosed the problem and determined that the sensors on the flood lights were not working and the ballast in the garage light had died. He recommended LED lighting for both and installed them the same day. Jonathon was very professional, courteous, informative, and cleand up after he was finished. I will definitely call Mister Sparky for any other electrical issues I may have in the future, and ask for Jonathon if he is available.

    Bolt Electric

I received a vague estimate of 3,000 for landscape lighting, with exceptions and assumptions that they could use my existing old wiring and that transformers, without much detail as to the product performance or warranty.  It included 700 for new wiring, and said that more money would be needed IF my existing (4 yo) transformer could not be used.  Basically, it was an open ended bid of 3,000 or more...depending on all sorts of things that should have been specified.  If my wiring is good, then say so, if not, then say so.  If my transformers are good, then say so, if not, then say so. I have no product information.  Just a worthless open-ended estimate.  I used BOLT before to install a motion detector, and it took weeks and 2 returns to get it working.  I should have known better.  don't waist your time with this group.

    Creative Landscape Lighting USA
We hired Creative Landscape Lighting to highlight our newly
installed pool in the back of our home. The owner, Dave, personally came out
and installed our system. He did such a great job that we had him install
landscape lighting in the front of the house as well.   I dare
you to find one wire or cord hanging from our fascia or lying on the
ground.  The quality of work was
    impeccable.  Highly recommend this
company for Landscape lighting GREAT JOB.

    Bolt Electric

Bolt came out to give me an estimate on some work I needed done on a home I just purchased in Seminole. My main need at the time was for a canister light that I want removed and replaced with a standard light box. The access is in the attic and I don't want to go anywhere near there in this heat. I also need a new panel (this was confirmed in my home inspection - it's hard to tell which switches turn off which areas of the house at this point), a few outlets replaced (which I can do once the panel is replaced and properly tagged so I know power is off), check for ceiling fan bracing, and a few other issues.

I was told originally that the new panel would run $2400-$2600, but that somehow turned into $2400 plus another $800+ for a surge protector (which I can apparently purchase myself for $150, or Bolt offers deals on for $100), and a "grounding system" for the panel. I couldn't seem to get an answer on what a "grounding system" is, and would have assumed that's part of installing a new panel. They wanted to charge me $68 per unit on replacing outlets that I had purchased (I am no expert but I know how to do this when the power is off and it takes me 5 minutes), and if ceiling fans were not braced, that would be another $600, plus a few more items that seemed astronomical. After questioning the cost on the $68 per outlet, 100+ per light switch, and a few other charges for items that I had already purchased, the technician was nice enough to knock a few hundred dollars off the quote. Great - now I'm down from $5300 to $4900.

I happen to be fortunate enough to have a neighbor who is a general contractor who told me the panel with everything should be no more than $1200 or so. Combine that with the "I'll replace that outlet for you for $68 each, and I'll replace the smoke detector for $100+ (which I had already purchased, and again I could do in 10 minutes once I can confirm the power is off), and that was enough for me. I am sure their work is good based on reviews here, but I'm guessing when some of these technicians see a single female homeowner, they see dollar-signs. I can't be sure this is why the estimate was absolutely insane. The technician tried to contact me to discuss the quote after I sent an email to the company to cancel, but honestly - if I can't trust you enough to give me a reasonable rate for work to be done, I don't want you in my home. Very short-sighted in my opinion, as I had a lot of work that needs to be done.

    See More Green LLC
Great Company! I have used See More Green for the last three years and my yard always looks great! Being that I am prior military, I always appreciate the edging and how sharp my lawn looks. The companies proactive approach has saved me a great deal of headaches. I had a tree issue that Jason pointed out to me. It was something I would've never noticed that could've caused foundation issues if it hadn't been discovered. It is nice to have a company that treats your property as if it was their own. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who takes pride in the property.

I really can't say enough good things about Peter Klinkenberg and his team. From start to finish, this company provided excellent service in all aspects. My property had been neglected for years, and Peter transformed it into what several people have described as a park. He first provided a detailed and well-thought-out design and estimate. Once I had agreed to move forward, his team quickly took my yard down to bare soil. They removed a number of large root systems (and even a small tree!) then graded the soil level.
Peter even offered to meet me at the nursery he uses so he could go over the plants he had chosen in case I wanted to make any tweaks. I took him up on this and it was great. We selected some of the actual plants at that time.
Then over a matter of days, the magic began. His team of employees installed a beautiful new landscape that has already drawn compliments. His crew is composed of very polite, personable young men who showed up on time, worked hard, and always left things neat and tidy. They were a pleasure to have around.
Peter was EXTREMELY responsive to any request I had, large or small, and could not have been easier to work with. He is very knowledgeable about both plants and landscaping. I can't recommend him highly enough. If you want a beautiful landscape done right with no headaches, Floridigenous is your company.

Three people came to do the work and it took about four hours.  They worked very hard and fast. I never saw anyone standing around.  They cleaned up everything so there was nothing left for me to haul away.  They arrived on time, were diligent, and they were just terrific.
