The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I dealt with sewage backing up into my bath tub for four days. These guys came out the first day and snaked through the roof. I showed them the catch drain behind my house and they did not snake it from there. LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER the same issue came back. They came back out and did the same thing. They double charged me for a job the didn't complete. $370!!!! This company then told me that I would have to have them run a camera and some special head down the drain and that it would cost $850! LESS THAN 24 HOURS after the second time they came out, IT HAPPENED AGAIN! I spoke with the owner and he told me that they can not warranty their work. THAT IS SUPER SCARY! I would not EVER let these people step foot on any property I own. They clearly have no idea what they are doing. I have ZERO plumbing experience and went to Home Depot and rented a Roto-Rooter and within 20 minutes of doing it myself, the problem was fixed! This company is completely worthless and they will try to take advantage of you when you are in a desperate situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

    Southern Drainage Systems
The job went very well. The ending cost was higher than original estimate but was justified and discussed with me as issues were encountered. The most significant issue dealt with was the amount of oak tree roots that had to be cutout and removed to provide for proper drain pipe flow and location. Laser device was used to ensure proper depth of pipe being installed. The job site was left in safe condition each day and the cleanup after completion was excellent. Before the new system was installed, we were dealing with flood water coming off our pool deck moving into FL room. Since we had the new system installed we have had absolutely no drainage problems. Note that I waited to submit this review after we have had a chance to test the new system with the summer rain storms. Passed with no problems!

They did a great job making everything look aesthetically pleasing and professional. They definitely knew what they were doing and did it well. I would recommend them both on price and quality of work.

    Keystone Excavators, Inc
According to our project manager, our Co-Op Board of Directors would like to commend Jon Winowski, Project Supervisor, and his workmen for the excellent and professional job they did. They excelled in their work in difficult areas of space, tree roots, etc. When they encountered our unmarked water pipes and had a break, the repairs were done in a timely fashion. Working in a residential area of senior adults can be challenging and Jon answered the resident's questions and addressed them professionally. We would not hesitate to give them a referral and in addition, would have them back in our community to do any future work in this area.

The work was steadily progressed over several weeks. Eric and Jose were pleasant, courteous and worked each day they were on the job till dark. The start of each day was late morning or noon, but they communicated well and seemed truly interested in doing a good job. Eric was transparent on the price of each small project giving me the ability to add or subtract work to be done as my budget allowed.

I would use Eric again. He was reliable and thorough, though slow in some aspects, the quality of the job and customer satisfaction seemed more important to him. As a small business owner, Eric had to manage and plan the next job daily which seemed to take a portion of his time. We were in no rush to complete the job, wanting a quality job more so than just getting the job done fast. Eric and Jose met our expectations.

    Plumb Crazy Plumbers
All work was completed in a timely and professional manner.  All stub outs to fixtures were Grade "L" copper and reinforced for stability and all fixtures reconnected.  The new main from the street to the house was Schedule 80 PVC burried 18".  All PEX connections were expansion joints made using the expensive electric expander vs. the one you have to "pump" (no crimp or clamp connections whatsoever).  Believe me, I did my research on materieals, contractors, and methodologies.  Andrew and his assistant did a first class job in every aspect.  No short cuts taken and no scrimping on materials.  Cut dry wall was kept to a minimum and most in locations not normally visible.  They do not repair/refinish drywall as this is not customarlly done by plumbers.  Uponor makes, arguably, the best residential PEX material and includes a 25 year warranty IF the plumbing contractor has been factory trained and pre-approved by Uponor - and Plumb Crazy Plumbers meets that criteria.  A letter of recommendation has been provided to Andy with my contact information if desired.  This report and my written recommendation were not solicited by the company and no "rewards" were offered or accepted (which does sometimes happen).  Master Plumber certification, license, and insurance were all confirmed as active and valid prior to work commencment.  (Note:  This review was written by my husband).

This company is wonderful. The owner and his helper worked hard and continuously every day for 4 days doing this work. He gave me a very accurate estimate before beginning the work. He knew exactly what needed to be done when I showed him the areas of concern, He was careful with my furnishings and plants.

They were on the job every day at 8 AM and worked through the heat of the afternoon. They left everything neat and tidy. And the drain works wonderfully.

When they did the service it was fine but getting them here when they first came he basically first assessed the situation and quality needed and then he said it was too late that evening to do anything. He has some kind of a personal thing to do that evening and I said, "that's fine, don't worry about it" and a week later he was supposed to call me back on a certain date and he never did. So I had to chase him a little bit to finally get him here but once the final service was done the actual job itself, that was absolutely okay.

Bill was the initial service tech and was great.  We ended up having the main lines jetted due to the age of the house.  The first service was not done properly and required the service manager to come out and inspect.  After his visit the job was done again and done properly.  Everything is running well and with Bill assuring me and saying that if we ever needed anything to call him was great.  Over all very happy with individual performance with Bill and happy with Companies performance for the follow up and ensuring things are done correctly.

Overall, I think the work is excellent quality. The drain works extremely well. The concrete work looks good and is barely noticeable because he blended it well with existing concrete of the porch/pool deck. Also, he did not destroy our pool screen/cage, which I am pleased about because that saved us an extra headache of fixing it. The new boat parking looks really good. It took him about 2 days of 10hrs working (about 20 hrs total) to finish this project.
My only complaint: He is hard to get in touch with. We had called about 2 months prior for an estimate, was told ground was too wet to do the project and he would call us back in 2-3 weeks to set up a date to come out. He never called back. I called again early December and it took about 3 calls to finally get with the owner and set up for the inspection. However, once he gave the date he would come, he was punctual and professional. He came in within 2 days of giving the quote and started working, and once he got started the job was done very quickly and to specifications. The work came in exactly the price as was quoted. Also, his workers were all very nice and respectful.
