    Handyman the Fix-it LLC
Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end. I received an estimate beforehand, made some adjustments, and scheduled the work. Walfredo and his crew worked steadily and diligently throughout the whole project and did a great job. I am very pleased with the finished results. He is also going to come back after the carpet has been replaced and add some new baseboard for me. I plan to have them do a bathroom remodel after the current list of projects is finished. If you are looking for someone who does an excellent job for a reasonable price, Walfredo is your man.

    WindPro Windows & Doors Inc
Excellent. This was by far a great process from beginning to end. Steve took a great deal of time on his first visit to explain all the options and give advice about products and installation. A couple of weeks later I was questioning my own decision about the type of installation. Steve came back out and answered all my questions and concerns again, re-measured, and we made a decision to go ahead with our original plan. Although this was a delay and an inconvenience to him, he never was anything but professional, thoughtful, and cooperative. Due to typical Florida weather, he and Dave parsed out the installation over two days which was not a problem for me. They both made every effort to pay attention to detail and workmanship which resulted in a high quality finished product. Both doorways are beautiful, done right, and with high quality materials that will withstand all types of Florida weather -- sun, wind, rain, and hurricanes. I am extremely pleased that I ended up choosing WindPro to do this work. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

    Bozarth Contractors
The whole experience with Bozarth Contractors was amazing from start to finish! Austin Hendrickson was my salesperson who met with me regarding a quote for 11 windows and two sliding glass doors. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient as I asked him so many questions. He was the only salesperson that followed up with me after my in-home estimate and I interviewed five different companies. Once I signed the contract, they came out within a week to take final measurements and as promised, the windows arrived within 8 weeks. We scheduled the installment the following week and it took the crew (Darren, Justin and Major) two days for the installation. Not only did these guys work quickly, but they also provided quality workmanship and cleaned up after themselves! After the installation, Austin came by to take a look at the windows/doors and to make sure that I was happy and let me know that if I needed any assistance in the future, that he was just a phone call away. I did call the office to have them check one of the locks on my sliding glass door as it was locked and I was scared to push it down too hard to try to open it as I didn't want to break it. Mike came out first thing the next morning and adjusted the lock so it would open easier for me and my family. I was amazed with how quickly they responded to my request and Mike told me, "When it comes to a customer's door, your safety is our top priority." I am a very happy customer and the customer service provided by the employees that I encountered was remarkable. The communication updates by everyone throughout the process was a breath of fresh air, not to mention that my new impact-resistant windows and doors look beautiful! I would highly recommend Bozarth Contractors to anyone thinking about getting new windows and sliding glass doors. They get an A++ from me.

    WindPro Windows & Doors Inc
We are replacing all the windows and a French door set with impact resistant windows. We contacted WindPro and setup an appointment for an estimate. Arrived promptly on time and did an initial walk through. We have a few unique windows, so he said hed want his partner to come and take a look later in the day. They returned within a couple of hours and walked thru all the windows again, working out the technicalities of our unique windows. They seemed genuinely interested in our project and were very personable. They left saying theyd have a quote within a week or so. He called back the next day to ask a question about our stained glass window, which resulted in my texting him a picture of the window in question ... and thats the last we heard from them. We waited over a week for some kind of response and when we didnt get one, contracted with another company.

    S & W Kitchens Inc
We used S&W in Palm Harbor. They made the kitchen renovation painless thanks to a Mike (supervisor) and Sarah (designer). They were in contact with us constantly to let us know the day and time each person was scheduled to be at our home. All the workers were prompt and courteous especially Tony, Chris, Brian, Paul and Andre. The work was even finished ahead of schedule. When we are ready for our bathroom renovation, we will be using S&W!

Thank you WindPro for being above my expectations on our installation of windows and doors.

Clear Choice Windows & More Inc
Back in October 2017, we ordered over $21,000 worth of PGT hurricane windows and hurricane doors. The salesman appeared to be very knowledgeable, and the quote was comparable to others we received, so we signed the contract that night. We decided to take out a loan with GreenSky and completed the loan paper with the salesman. He told us the loan would be open for six (6) months, and would make the deposit (half the total) that day, and the second half after the job was completed. We were told shortly after we ordered that the windows would be delayed due to PGT being shut down for a couple of weeks due to Hurricane Irma, and should be in near the end of December. Mid-December I contacted Nick to see if the delivery date was still accurate, since we had not received any follow up calls. I was told the windows would be delayed, and Clear Choice should be receiving them on February 6, 2018. This was not a huge deal, but an update phone call would have been appreciated. A couple weeks later, I was notified by GreenSky that the loan would close on February 2, 2018, which was only four months after we opened it. After some phone calls, I discovered the salesman gave us inaccurate information regarding the loan timeframe, and now we had to make the second payment before the loan closed before the product was even delivered. Since we didnt have the extra $11,000+ in hand, I called Clear Choice and made the payment the last week of January, and had reassurances the product would be delivered and installed just as if we still owed them the remainder. The windows were delivered on time, and we set a three day installation for February 22-24th. The first and third day went fine and the lead guy was very nice. The second day, one of the workers was not very competent, shattered one of the old windows while removing it, causing glass to fly everywhere inside and outside, and then later he literally ripped out blind brackets for no reason, leaving huge holes were the wall anchors had been. My husband cleaned up the glass because he did not trust the guy to do so (we have a 2-year-old) and another guy patched the holes (he did a pretty good job). After the installation, we waited to hear from Clear Choice about the inspection, but never received a phone call, so I called them. County inspection was scheduled for mid-March, and were told we failed because a screw was missing. Waited to hear back from Clear Choice to see when they were going to come out and rectify it. No call. My husband called on March 26th to ask when someone would come out, that he was home all week because of spring break. Nobody every showed up or called. We called again and got someone to come over the following Monday, April 2nd. They claimed they thought someone had already taken care of it. The technician that came out did not know what window failed, nor did I because I wasnt there. Luckily, I was able to get a hold of my husband and directed him to where the screw was missing. So with that we waited to hear from Clear Choice again about the new inspection date. Still no phone call. We called about a week and a half later, and they blamed the lack of a phone call on a new computer system. Got the second inspection scheduled, and we passed. No call from Clear Choice so my husband called to find out when someone would be by to finish the coils on the front window and put the screw covers on. Again, blamed it on the new computer system. No one was available until April 27th, between 11am-1pm. My husband came home early from work and waited. No one showed up so he called around 1pm. They said they would have to call the technician and call him back. After waiting awhile, he called Clear Choice and said he needed to go back to work, but if and when the technician was going to our house, to call his cell phone and he would meet them. Over an hour later, the technician called my cell phone, not his, and left a message that they were at the house. I was in a work meeting, and didnt get the message for another 20 minutes. By then they had already left the area. So here we are on April 30th and our installation has still not been completed. We called today, waited five hours for a call back about when someone would be out to finish the job. Allegedly someone will be by this week to install the coils, and on Friday to finish the job inside. Well see if it happens. The product is nice, and the installation seems to be sound, but the communication and customer service are horrible. I would not recommend this company.

    Power Home Remodeling
On time, efficient, and neat. Wiring not compatible w/ available Programmable thermostat so not installed. Good clean-up of job site. Wind brought in film of fine powder which they were not aware of. If you get this kind of work done (where PVC is being sawed) cover furniture during construction and don't hang around breathing the dust. The workers were very nice, polite, and careful of their surroundings.

    Karoly Windows & Doors
When we started our process of selecting a contractor for impact windows and doors, we went to several home shows and paper advertising. We met with five different companies. After listening to the fourth presentation, we were becoming frustrated. The presentations lasted roughly 3 hours each, and primarily consisted of explaining all the negatives of the competition. Our last company was Karoly Windows and Doors. It was refreshing to sit and talk with Karoly and have him explain the pros and cons of the different windows he offered. He is very knowledgable of the windows and installation. We also liked that he was a small business and a hands on owner. After deciding to go with Karoly, he was available whenever we had questions and concerns. The installation was professional and quick. We had an issue with one window, but Karoly ordered a new one and came and installed it within two weeks. We purchased double hung windows, a pocket slider, a front door with side lite, and a garage entry door, all impact resistant. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Karoly Windows and Doors. UPDATE: After two years, we noticed the hinges on our garage man door were rusty. I contacted Karoly and he was out within a couple days and replaced the hinges. He definitely stands by his workmanship and products that he sells.
