DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Aalmark LLC was the general contractor for a turnkey kitchen overhaul with American Kitchen.  He and his teams and subcontractors scheduled and did all the work.  - Demolition  - They removed all appliances and cabinets electrical fixtures and flooring.  They took it down to bare walls and windows.  - In addition they removed a full wall from the kitchen, as well as an existing closet/pantry.    - Installed white oak wood flooring in the kitchen and hallway plus completed all transition finishing work.  - New electrical throughout kitchen - ceiling-backsplash- peninsula, walls + undercabinet lighting and all fixtures and outlets; enhanced plumbing for new ice/water refrigerator and sink hardware  - Installed custom cabinetry, including all carpentry for finishing work:  crown molding, footers, undercabinet trim, custom facings for cabinet sidings.  - installed granite countertops and backsplashes...plus granite tile in kitchen garden window.  - all Carpentry Finishing work to fit new kitchen cabinets to new 'open' concept, like adding a niche/plant stand because it needed it  - all carpentry finishing work for built in's for all cabinets, including, rolling shelves, utility insets, stationery shelves, spice racks, sheet racks, hardware  - installed all new appliances
