It is more about the actual groomer than the company. We used Aussie for years and had an amazing groomer. She recently quit so they sent someone else and it was a horrible experience. Our dog has no history of aggression at all but for some reason the groomer said our dog kept trying to bit her so she muzzled her. Remember they are mobile. They were right in our driveway and she never came to the door to explain what was happening. I don't think anyone should muzzle someone else's dog without getting permission first. The owner seems to support her decision so that was a disappointment also. Made no attempt to keep my business.

It went Perfectly! I pray that they stay in business, expand their operation hours, keep their current groomer, quality of service and prices! My neighbor had brought her two miniature/toy Maltese to this establishment for grooming and was very happy with their grooming service. Since I also have a Maltese and a Maltipoo, my neighbor recommended that I check them out. I was moving and needed a pet sitter when I had to go to closing on my house so I did a search in the area. My Maltipoo is a rescue so he doesn't do well in Kennel type dog care or resorts. My Maltese wasn't happy in her luxury Kennel last time we vacationed at a no-pets allowed with my family. So, I really was looking for someone to pet sit them at our home. But, none of my neighbors or friends knew of any. So, when I Googled the area dog resorts and dog sitters, I found out that the CRCC also provides pet sitting beside grooming and training. I was happy so I spoke to them on the phone and scheduled them. On the day of our closing, they called to double check that we were in fact bringing our puppies in. They were very enthusiastic about having our puppies there for the first time and said they were looking forward to meeting our puppies and us. Upon arrival, I asked them about their grooming service, so the groomer came out to meet and greet us and told me that if I wanted them groomed, she would need to have more time than only 3 hours because she had other dogs scheduled for grooming ahead of us. I told her that it wasn't a problem and I could pick them up later. She said that 5 hours would give her enough time to fit my puppies in. So, since I was busy with my closing and move, that was actually a Godsend. Both the groomer (Renee) and the owners (Nathan & Chris) were very friendly and happy people. They smiled when they met us and made our puppies and us feel very good and comfortable about leaving them there. They had a cute little puppy "living room" decorated with little puppy lounge chairs and murals, cute puppy furniture, what you would expect to see in a "country club" for dogs! They said that they would take them out for walk and just running around and give them a full groom and they would be separate from large dogs. There weren't very many dogs around anyways. A couple were outside on their training playgrounds with their trainers. Anyhow, I showed up at 5 promptly and they had our puppies playing in the little puppy lounge area together, clean as a whistle. They are white haired dogs so they get dirty quickly and when they get cleaned up well, it shows well. We bathe them ourselves at home every week. But, our puppies were washed and groomed beyond our expectations, better than what we do at home, better than what we had had before with a couple of other groomers in the area. Their price is reasonable and slightly ($5.00) cheaper than the 2 other neighborhood dog groomers. We paid extra afterwards for our Maltese because her hair apparently had had some knots that had to be brushed much more than a normal groom offers. I was OK with that. Our Maltipoo had not had a groom this beautiful ever! He looked like a different dog, a much cuter and handsome dog. That was a great sign for a talented groomer who bought the best look of our Maltipoo to us. She knew exactly how to make him look his best! He is a very cute and adorable puppy but he is now just gorgeous! Our little girl, our Maltese, has some short bangs around her eyes and the groomer had put a double pony for her which was an excellent option to get her shorter bangs out of her face without pulling them too hard. I was so happy with their grooming, I couldn't believe it! Then, the gave me another great news. Nathan said that since we had them in for grooming and sitting (for 1/2 a day) and they actually had a 1/2 off deal for customers who did both grooming and day care on that day, we would only pay 1/2 of the normal 1/2 day sitting fee instead of a full price. Their 1/2 day sitting fee is very reasonable anyways. If I remember correctly it is $15 per dog. With the deal they had, we only paid $15 for both of our puppies sitting for an entire afternoon! Our entire bill was $120. That's how much we normally pay only for their grooming once a month. And here, we not only got a great service at a much needed time with lots of hectic but were impressed with their exceptional pricing offers and grooming quality. I told my son, if I were a puppy, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere better than this place. The grounds are beautiful, like a large ranch with old oak trees and red barns. You really feel that your pets are being pampered and they do get pampered here. They get the royal treatment but not for the royal prices! It just can't get better than this! Or, maybe it can. I know that they are trying to expand their hours so they have pet sitting every day of the week. Right now, they are only open for service on certain days of the week. I hope every one in the Lakewood Ranch, Myakka City, Greyhawk Landing, Mill Creek, Country Creek, Rye Wilderness, etc. areas start using this establishment's services so they continue to grow their business and not only keep their doors open but also become a full time establishment. I believe that the owners and the staff have the passion and love for what they do to ensure that their services and business just keep getting better with their growth instead of worse! I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to take my puppies there when needed again and again!

    Great Cuts for Mutts
Very friendly and good with my dog. Listens to what I want. Cut is a little funky. They take way to long for a bath, cut and dry. They overbook! I had appointment @ 9:30 and was not able to pick her up until after 2:00

Tough to get a hold of sometimes but well worth it when you do. My vet recommended Diva Dogs and it was a really good experience. The boys(2 yorkies) came home and were not all stressed out and wild eyed. They were calm, and they looked adorable. I am a very picky puppy mom.

Casey gave Lucy and Ethel their first grooming after our recent move from NC to FL.   She did an excellent job in every way possible.  They came back to us clean, neatly groomed in the puppy cut as we requested, and with cute purple plumes on their heads.   ADORABLE!!!!
The dogs were quiet and behaved well during their visit which is a telltale sign of a groomer who is able to set the dogs at ease during a stressful experience.  Casey immediately recognized Lucy's hair loss as being associated with Cushings Disease, and expertly worked with it.
Mike and Barbara (the shop owners) are very personable and are eager to please the customers (dogs and their humans as well).  The shop is well it, clean, and attractively decorated.   And it is filled with all kinds of wonderful things for dogs from food to leads to beds to home made treats.
The last part of their visit was Lucy and Ethel's favorite.  Barbara sent us home with two home baked treats for each dog.   Can't beat that for pleasing a little doggy.

He spent 2.5 - 3 hours on my dog. He cleaned my dog up phenomenally. I have had bad experiences with prior groomers, but Thomas did a great job. He was so nice to work with and also had a very reasonable price.

They did it in about 2 hours. After they were done we were very shocked at the results. Our dog smelled like dirt. They didn't wash our pets before giving them hair cuts. We found matted hair after they had left that we had to remove ourselves.
