    The website advertised a prescription cost of $45.00 for 1 month supply. It normally costs $200.00 or more. The instructions on the website appeared simple. Have my doctor submit the prescription, then set up an online account. Setting up the account was a 2 step process, requiring me to do a complete account set up in two places on their website. It was less than clear how to go about doing this, but after much time hunting through their site, I was able to complete the process. I asked my MD to call in my prescription for Zioptan, per Eagle's online instructions. My MD is very reliable in taking care of such things. I checked my account over the next few days to see if the prescription had been filled. There is no record of the prescription ever being submitted. So, I called the customer service number. After waiting on line for about 20 minutes, they hung up on me. So called again, this time leaving a voicemail. No response. 2 days later I tried again, with the same results. This is the worst customer-no-service I've had. I can only assume they do not want my business. I'm going back to my regular pharmacy. The price is high, but at least they talk to me, are helpful and fill the prescription.

    The low dose antibiotic 250 mg AZITHROMYCIN 5 day pack did not clear the chest cold I had and I called for a refill and for consideration of a higher dose.  Dr. Vargas did call me back and declined to provide any additional antibiotics for my condition that I advised was still ongoing and that was still sick.  Dr. Vargas stated that she would only do a chest x-ray and simply left me standing in the wind as she suggested that I WAS FREE TO SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR.   I was left not only still sick but with the feeling that I was on my own with this situation and that she had washed her hands of me and of my still ongoing medical condition.

    Their in-store pharmacies are by far the best option available. Believe it or not, the pharmacists over there know everything about my prescriptions. They are very good at answering questions. They are always available and they're really on top of it. They're very highly service oriented and compassionate. I feel like I can ask them anything. The one I go to is the Publix Pharmacy in South Florida. I've been using them since 2003. I would rate them top grades all the way down.

    Everything goes well and I get the best treatment I could ever ask for. The doctors and nurses are very nice and professional.

    The rooms are always clean. The nurses or someone comes very quickly when I turn my light on. The food is always hot and fresh and very good. No problems with checking in or checking out.

    It is a very fine hospital.  It is run entirely differently than usual hospitals.  It is patient focused.  They treat me according to what my problem is and treats me in a specific way, so the outcomes are what I need to have.  I had a knee surgery, therefore my outcome was walking and exercise where someone else might be walking for inspection or blood clot or pain release.  It is a beautiful hospital design and these mini pods, so the patients are in a specific area for their specific problems are.  Each room is a private room with a beautiful view.  The patient gets the best of everything in the pod to do.  They have a lot of staff.  They have a whole holistic approach to the medicine.  They are very proactive in regards to stopping smoking, weight reduction, heart disease and diabetes.  They use lots and lots of educational tools of all different kinds. It is also a take a less hospital, so everything is electronically based.  I can pull up all my medical information and doctor too.  It is immediately available and it is available to everybody who is involved in treating that person.  They spare no expense.  They have destination treatments.

    The ER had been redecorated since my last visit about eight years ago. And heavily advertises as one of the best in the nation. Don't believe the hype. I waited 30 minutes before being seen by a nurse, even though I arrived with a note on my doctor's letterhead and the staff member that checked me.in commented on my face and said she would prioritize me. Once in with the nurse I had to listen to all of the ER nurses complaining about others, sharing very personal details of their lives, and two making fun of a patient that had just left. When a doctor showed up after another 30 minutes he ordered a bunch of tests and I was bounced from department to department . They were fairly efficient but non communicative and cold. I finally left hours later with exactly the diagnosis My doctor had sent me in with. The nightmare came when I was trying to contact patient accounts to pay my bill. The online bill pay never was working, and the shortest wait time I had on the phone was 29 minutes on hold. The place looks better but the service and efficiency are still crap.

    I have all my doctors there from primary care physicians to gynecologist to a dermatologist. They are excellent. Their wait time is pretty much non-existent. Most of the time I am in before my appointment time. They are very punctual. They schedule the right amount of people to see the doctor. All my doctors have been great and my therapists are really good. I have nothing bad to say about them.

    Their customer service is pretty good. They get busy sometimes so it takes a little bit to wait. I've never really checked with anybody else but I'm sure their prices are a little higher than other people.

    It was a trying experience. My daughter was sick and on an antibiotic for several days when we noticed before bed that she had little marks on her belly that itched. We thought it was bug bites and it would be ok later. But we had to take her at 11pm to the ER. They said it was an allergic reaction to something and give her benadryl to help with the itching. Well it hurt her so bad that we had to make another trip because she was in so much pain and the hives were swelling and multiplying - they again couldn't tell us what was wrong. After a 3rd trip they finally admitted her and she was in so much pain, crying, screaming and nothing they were doing helped. Finally her regular pediatrician saw her at the hospital and said it looked like a reaction to amoxicillin. The doctors at the hospital couldn't figure it out and it took her regular doctor to give us an answer. But overall the nurses and staff were helpful.

    Son had surgery at the tampa location then we had a follow up at Lakeland, Tampa and then St. Pete hospital (because of doctors availability) but it was worth the trip (a long ride from polk county).  Doctors are very knowledgeable and would not second guess them.
