    Guerra Services
Omar was fabulous. Very knowledgeable on all types of appliances and repairs. Pricing very reasonable. He provided quote that included a replacement part. Once he was on site, he said the door only needed adjusted. Repair cost was much lower than he originally quoted. Very honest. Also advised us on about a simple fix for our washer.

All Brands A/C Refrigeration & Appliance Services
Today is the third appointment they have not kept! Five Star hired All Brands in Winter Haven and sent them the necessary parts to repair my range but they have yet to show. When I called they made excuses and promised to come out but as I said they have kept none of the appointments. Five Star is now searching for a new repair company. For all I know they are great technicians but one thing I know for sure is that they are unreliable. Do not bother using this company.

    Guerra Services
Excellent technician, honest, punctual service. Called late Friday afternoon thinking that our 8 year old refrigerator needed a new gasket. Discussed other important issues with unit and Omar came out on Saturday morning to check. Temperatures kept rising and ice forming, Omar took entire freezer apart, found a new fan needed in refrigerator but more significant component in freezer was jammed and needed replacement. Said that a new refrigerator was needed and discouraged repair work which would've ran to about $1,000. He mentioned there were still some Presidents' Day sales at vendors in our area, and I was able to purchase a brand new model at a reduced price.

    Trinity Appliance
When our 14 yr old fridge was not cooling as usual I looked on Angies list 10:30 that evening and found Trinity Appliance Repair with good reviews and location in my city. Marco returned my call immediately! He came out 2 days later to assess the problem. He then gave us an estimate, ordered the replacement part on the spot and made an appointment to return when the replacement part arrived. The repair guy who came a couple days later was terrific as my husband says. The fridge is working great! Thank you for being prompt, courteous and professional.

    Arce's Appliance Repair
Mr. Arce repaired my fridge back in December 2017, and he did a phenomenal job. Unfortunately while I gave him a good review previously, I cannot do the same now. I called him for the past 3 days regarding my broken washing machine. He replied to please text him the information. He replied once that he was busy, and would contact me later. He never did. I will not recommend him and will never hire him again.

    Cannon's Appliance Service
Worst experience Do Not contract this company ever!!! They came onsite 4 times did not fix the issue at all, I feel because they get paid per job by MFG they were not doing it correctly. issues was the fridge was not making any ice, best buy replaced the ice maker which did not fix it so we had to get an "Advance Repair" which Whirlpool contracted this joke of a company. 1st tech Tyler was good as you see from the comments about this company, he explained to my wife what was needed and the process that was supposed to take place. The 2nd tech no personable skills, gets mad when you ask him questions because he is only here to fix stuff. He was here 3 times even though the dispatcher was told by my wife not to send him. the 2nd time he was here he was so careless he cut my power cable on my security camera. company took responsibility he was supposed to splice it and couldn't get it to work (what a surprise) I get here the 3rd service call and my mother is already here and upset because this disrespectful tech who doesn't know how to speak to women. I check my camera and it doesn't work he says call the office. He started to take the shelves out and i start to question him and he is trying to be short with me. I ask why it takes so many times to fix the issue, his response is i do what whirlpool says to do. I come and fix stuff, i say apparently not because you have been here 3 times. He gets instantly sensitive and says i will not stand here as you degrade my skills i will put this back. I say i expected you to not fix it as before so get out. Tell him 4 times to get out and as he is leaving he says i was leaving 1st. i said good get out, he says don't be a little "*****" as he was walking out so i said oh OK YOUR MOTHER which struck a nerve. he turned around like he was going to do something and i told him he better get off my property. finally he had some common sense and started to leave but was still cursing behind his truck. told him to shut up and get out. Will never work with this company again will let all know of the unprofessional behavior. they are working the system for warranty work

    Arce's Appliance Repair
Javier drove all the way from Kissimmee to check on my fridge. He was late because a couple of other jobs took longer than expected, but he did keep me up to date with the situation. I have never met someone more knowledge in appliances as Javier Arce. He checked my fridge and found the problem to be the heating element of it was malfunctioning. The problem was that to change the heating element, one had to also change the condenser in my unit. The job would cost more than a new fridge. Javier tawer the unit, and checked the heating element. He unplugged and plugged back again. He told me to keep and eye on it , and showed me how to thawed if it ever happens again. Luckily, his repair worked and the unit has not frozen back in the past month. I am so grateful of Javier making the drive all the way from Kissimmee, and also that he was honest and didn't make me spend $400-500 to fix a 10 year old fridge. If I have any other appliance concerns, I will definitely hire him again!

    Mr Rogers Appliances of Tampa
They did an awesome job. I have no complaints about them. We had a home warranty so it was only $75. They just told us everything so it was good. They actually texted us when they were on their way I believe. I think it was a two-time thing because they had to order a part. They left the area very clean, the way we left it, if not better.

    Ed's Appliance Service
The nice man told me the fridge was over 25 years old and it had had a good life. LOL. The part I needed was out of production for 15 years so I doubt it could have been found. He told me what his diagnosis was and that to verify it would cost money because of the labor involved in the job. I opted to get a new fridge that will probably only last 3 or 4 years if I'm lucky. They don't make em like the used to. (25 years, I'm still amazed.)

    A & S Appliance Repair
I had a leaky upright washer which via text back and forth A&S said was probably the bellows. When A&S arrived the tech determined the bellows to be ok but the glass on the door had an build up on it which was preventing the door from sealing. He charged me an $80 service fee which seems slightly high but he said in the event cleaning the glass did not fix the leak and he had to come back he would apply today's service fee to the cost of the repair. A less reputable tech could easily have replaced the bellows anyway and stuck me with a $200+ bill. Tech was prompt, professional, and best of all honest! I will call A&S for my future appliance repair needs.
