    Villa's Construction & Remodeling Inc
I took a long time to find and choose my contractor for a complete house remodel. It is not easy. There are lots of pitfalls and land mines in this industry that you must navigate around. Let me save you that time and trouble. Villa's Construction is the real deal. John, the owner is an absolute gem of a find. Whatever negative connotations you have about General Contractors will be wiped away by John Villa. My project started out one way and kept growing and changing thru out. None of that was a problem for Villa's Construction. From the first meeting to the last walk thru, I always felt comfortable and taken care of. All the work is in-house. He has his own employees and does not sub contract out. Because of this the quality of work is amazing and consistent. They truly mean it when they say satisfaction is guaranteed. John will take care of whatever issues that may arise no matter how big or small. The best part is they really do it all. From a brand new kitchen to a brand new bathroom and everything in between. It is truly appreciated to know that you don't have to worry or fight with your GC over the finishes. If its not right, he will make it right. Obviously because of that you should know John won't be the cheapest option. However if you care about finishing on time, finishing on agreed price and have it come out as PERFECT as you want then there is no other choice. Thank you so much John for changing my home from a 1980s horror show to the "House of Tomorrow."

    R C Windows & Doors
After one day of phone tag, my husband got hold of someone at R C Windows to repair our sliding glass doors. He was told that they had a service man right in our neighborhood who could be there in a couple of hours. He arrived right on time and in 30 minutes had changed the rollers on both of our sliding glass doors. Our doors went from feeling like they weighed a million pounds to now opening & sliding with just two fingers. Wow! Happy dance. We recommend R C and appreciate their fast response and good work.

    Villa's Construction & Remodeling Inc
I am more than satisfied. The demolition and construction of the bathrooms went extremely well. John Villa's construction and remodeling team was truly professional in their approach to the project and they were attentive to all of the details that potentially could have irritated the neighbors. The team kept the noise down to a minimum and they also did a fine job cleaning up after each workday. No complaints were heard from the entire building. Unforeseen problems occurred which were not the fault of the construction team but due to the 50 year old age of the building. The team handled the unexpected surprises with efficient expertise and kept me apprised of how they would handle the extra work. It should be noted, John did not charge me any extra costs due to the surprises and fixed the problems free of charge. All in all, John's team completed the entirety of the work in an admirable way and I have no complaints. For this reason, I will hire John Villa and Villa's Construction and Remodeling, Inc., again for any and all future construction projects in my home. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a genuine professional to remodel, upgrade and update their condominiums or single family homes.

    Villa's Construction & Remodeling Inc
John always keeps his word, which is probably the one of the most important things that you can ask for in a contractor. He is punctual, and his crews are self directed and professional. Let me break that down further for you; they are craftsman who do only the very best work. Tile work where miter edges are so precisely cut, you can barely see a seem. Precision placement and cuts, perfection in drywall and perfect joints on every single piece of trim. Mason work on counter tops that is exceptional. Flawless attention to details, and I am exceptionally picky about details. but the crew... the heroes. You can trust them. They don't take your stuff, borrow your tools or disrespect your home. Every day they come on time, and every day they clean up after themselves. They take all the debris away daily and sweep up as they are leaving. They are careful, considerate and polite. John said "you'll see, you going to leave the house and feel comfortable leaving them there alone in no time", and he was right. Reviews are often faked, but this isn't one of those and I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is. I am an attorney in the State of Florida, and I have an ethical obligation to be truthful in what I say. It's something very important to me, so if you want to know if I'm being honest, look me up. Bar number 119926, call me and I will tell you how it is. I can't say your experience will be what mine was (and will be in the future) with John, but if history is a predictor of how your project will turn out, I suggest you call him today, right now, don't wait and don't bother calling around unless you're interested in wasting time.

    Assured Storm Protection LLC
As a native and lifelong resident of Southeast Florida I have weathered every landfall hurricane since 1949. In high school and junior college, I worked in the family lumber yard and sold materials just as the hurricanes approached and then went home after dark to install our own shutters in the horizontal, eye stinging rain. Last year my dear wife decided to relieve me of the task of putting up storm shutters. We ordered hurricane proof windows & sliding shutters and replaced our dog-scratched, sliding glass door out back. The new windows took a while to make but Assured came and installed them expertly. The installers stayed to show us the ins-and-outs of the windows and doors. It has been almost nine months since installation and we could not be happier. The sliders do not show our dog scratchings and we no longer have strange worms roaming our house. Our electric bill is a bit less than before. A surprise bonus is that the party music from our neighbor across the street can no longer be heard through these windows or sliding doors.

    SIW Windows and Doors
Worst company follow-through, interaction and customer relations ever experienced. This is not something I like to take my time to do. As I wont wish what transpired to happen to anyone else, its an obligation to help someone else from a having a bad experience, wasting time & energy. So this is just factual: We engaged with SIW in February for a new front entry door via online form and received a general quote via email. We were going to have our house painted and wanted to coordinate the installation of the new door, so timing was important. This is where things turned sower. I went to office to get further insight about the quote and what options were available. For the type of door wanted, we were advised we could basically design anything and have it replicated. I put many hours in research and design to get the transom and door that would truly fit our house. Calls for appointments or follow-up were met often with unavailable or out of office. At mid-March, our Sales Agent recommended to go to office to flush our details of design but person at the office could not provide detail and recommended writing up all details in email and sending to Sales Agent. We received the quote the next day for door cost but nothing about what could or could not be done from a design point or transom option(s). After a few back & forths about the design mockup status, we were advised that the photos and email with design details were sent over to the Designer. 5 weeks later . . no follow-up to us from SIW. Contacting the office, find the Sales Agent is on vacation. We make the Owner, Abe, aware of the situation and he advises us to send the door details directly to him and hed address it. Into 2nd week post delivery of details (at mid-May now), no follow-up to us. We reach out again and do get a reply from Abe with images of two doors he states that have been done with similar designs to what weve proposed. 1 is a door theyve already made and the other is 1 of my design drawings. We become confused as weve been waiting for mockup from their Designer from designs weve proposed, that weve been told could be done, not selecting from pre-made doors. After several more attempts at communication we finally got an office visit scheduled, walked through door design directly with Abe, and got confirmation, again, that all was possible. He told us to contact him directly with any future issues. Two days later, SIW did come to measure our door. We waited patiently for the design mockup to review. Two weeks had passed, again without any update. Calling directly on Friday, first time, we find it was forgotten to give to the Designer. We are now end of May. After a couple of conversations to get things back on track, we contacted Abe one more time next day, just for ETA on mockup delivery which we requested the day before but did not receive. At that point in time he states abruptly before even hearing our request that he doesnt want to work with us, hell refund our deposit, and hangs up. This came to as a surprise and resulted in the abrupt end of our working relationship. Its now the beginning of June. We did get our deposit back. Two weeks later, we also receive a call from SIW asking for information, so they can refund our deposit. Being honest I advise we already have it, nothing more to be done, but confirmation of office disorganization. This all took 4 months, the time we should have had a door installed. We didnt even get one started. We put in allot of effort and trusted it would be worth it. We have the details of many emails, the visits to the office and inappropriate business responses. Any spin or angle will be an attempt cover the inappropriate actions taken. though any response is of no interest. We did get our deposit back; however, we did not get a door nor back our time back and energy involved, which was significant. And the lack of professionalism and follow through of this organization forces us to warn anyone looking to use SIW for work.
