Even changed a light bulb I could not get to. They answer the phone,set the appointment and are on time. Fair price for my gutters attached to my steep tile roof. Did a great job. AIt went extremely well. Leo was very meticulous in cleaning my gutters. He had a huge job to do based on faulty leaf guards. I had him remove them also. He cleared clogged down spouts and also replaced a leaky one. Looks great. Leo is thorough in his approach, takes pride in his work and stands behind it. FI wrote a positive "B" report about the duct cleaning work of Devon and Ricardo performed in my home on 14 October. Since then I have concluded that my stainless-steel espresso tamper was pocketed by one of them. I was alone at home and could not follow their every footstep throughout my home. No one else besides Devon and Ricardo had access to the part of my home were the tamper stood on the tamping pad. The stolen tamper was worth $80. If you use this company insist they do more thorough cleanup work, and have an individual to follow their every step in your home. I spoke with the manager / owner a New Yorker by accent who listened poorly to my complaint and was highly defensive of his employees. DON'T USE THEM WITHOUT TRAILING THEIR EVERY STEP!

He did a thorough inspection; explained what was needed to eliminate the problem; then did the work efficiently and timely. He took pictures so I could see what he did on the roof and around the eaves. I would highly recommend this company if you have a critter problem in or around your house.
