    Ken Roche Plumbing Now Inc
He was very friendly, he was great at his job. The only thing that bothered us (this includes my husband), is he didnt wash his hands after bare hand work, so everything he touched had to be bleached, he put his nasty plunger on my brand new kitchen counter and he put nasty sewage water down our brand new sink. I have bleached everything several times but I am having a hard time getting these images out of my head. Please understand he is good at his job, but if these things bother you just make sure you say something to him beforehand. I am sure he would be very open to your requests.

Ray and Dan's Home Repair and Remodeling LLC
Ray & Dan's Home Repair and Remodeling was very professional from the start. Ray completed the first three projects quotes for a house renovation that went off tracks from a previous handy man within 5 days. I was very impress with Ray's quick response to my emails and phone calls. I am a out of state owner and couldn't be onsite every few days to check on progress. Ray would send pictures of completed work or status of ongoing long term project. He would email me summary reports to keep me updated without asking. Ray was dependable, keeping to his word and completing work on time and as quoted. When other contractors were needed like electrical and plumbing, Ray reached out with his extensive relationships with other local contacts and moved the project along. Ray responded immediately when the plumber contractor needed something that day. Due to his many decades of experience and skill, Ray was able to overcome multiple difficulties on this full house renovation. The workmanship and care taken to minor details revealed when the final walk through was performed. The house was transformed into a beautiful home. I am very thankful and fortunate that I found and choose Ray & Dan's Home Repair and Remodeling as the company to save me from financial & rehab disaster. You can take a chance on going with another handy man without a license or insurance or overpay for a company with expensive ads, but if you want high quality work, excellent value, and peace of mind then I recommend choosing Ray & Dan's as your trustworthy problem solver.

    Andrews Site Prep, Inc.
    Description
of damaged sewer line and consequences suffered because of same ?
    ·
On February 11, 2015 sewage began backing up
    into our home.
    ·
We called a plumber immediately who was able
to come and diagnose the problem and give us a temporary fix until they were
    able to complete the job.
    ·
We had to live for a week without normal
    access to water (extremely limited).
    ·
Repair was completed on February 18.
    ·
Pipes separated at joints (no glue used).
    ·
There was an approximate 5 ? 6 foot section
of pipe that was not supported by earth (trench was not leveled) thereby
    causing pipe to sag.
    ·
The tap that went into the main sewer line
(city sewer) was put together with a flex fitting which was not glued in.
    ·
It had a 45 degree elbow at end which did not
run parallel to the ground so it probably caused the pipe to separate farther
down the line  -- again because the pipes
    had not been glued.
    ·
Bart Andrews was given the opportunity to
view the open trench two days in a row (February 17 and 18) but he declined to
do so.  He stated that he had done
    nothing wrong.
We definitely would not recommend that Andrews Site Prep be hired to do
site prep jobs.  It has become quite obvious that the owner, Bart Andrews,
will not stand behind the quality of his work as he did not show up here to
inspect anything when given the opportunity and stated that it was probably due
    to someone driving over it
    We have photos and videos
of the less than perfect original sewer pipe installation and testimony from
the people making the repair as well as two neighbors who witnessed the failed
sewer line.  This kind of shoddy work is unacceptable.  A sewer line
installed two years and eight months ago should not have failed.  It has cost us over a thousand dollars
($1225.00) for the repair not to mention what it will cost to have our lawn
    repaired with new sod.
The following statements made on the Andrews Site Prep
Facebook page are FALSE.  The work performed on our property was definitely not done right the first time and
    we were ignored regarding
    the bumps in between.

I'm OK with the installation except for one thing - he forgot to connect the shower drain pipes and the water from my shower has been spilling into the crawl space under the house for 1.5 years instead of going into the septic system.

    DEPENDABLE PLUMBING CO
They couldn't get the lid back out. They took no responsibility for this. Now, I have to buy a new lid for my septic tank. He charged me for 2 hours because he spent an extra hour trying to get the lid out. It was his error and he charged me for an additional hour.

    Hometown Plumbing Services
I called after hours yesterday to report the problem and he was here first thing in the morning and got it fixed. This is the 3rd time I have used them, I also had a natural gas tankless water heater installed a couple years ago and in the future I am going to have them install a whirlpool tub. Very highly recommended.

    A Proud Plumber
George arrived in the morning and after a brief description of the problem he got his equipment and began working.  He was friendly and explained what he was doing and what I can do to help prevent excess blockage in the future.  He also help me with my slow fill toilet.   I will use him again in the future and will suggest him to others.

    Barrs Plumbing, Inc
We added approximately 1200 square feet to our home to include a wet bar, a new master bathroom, an additional water heater and a new powder room. We were thrilled to see Cody Barr was our general contractor's choice for the job as he had done some major plumbing work for us a couple of years ago. The job was a rather drawn out process (due to our general contractor), but Barrs Plumbing showed up promptly each time we were ready for plumbing work. He is a professional...and very personable. When we need plumbing services in the future, we'll be calling Barrs.

    DEPENDABLE PLUMBING CO
.All our plumbing issues have always been resolved the first tim with no call back each time we have needed a plumber. We do not have any complaints with this company. I don't remember the cost from the times we have called because we needed a plumber and as I said the cost of the plumbing work for the remodel was included in the all inclusive remodeling fees.
