    Affordable Lock & Key
He came out very promptly when he said he would. He said I needed a new lock and would order it. A week later I called and asked if he had the lock yet. He said no that it was on back order. I waited another week and still heard nothing from him, so I went on Amazon and was able to get same day delivery on it. I ended up installing it myself. By the way, I still hadn't heard from him after a month, so I left a message and told him to forget about the job.

Champions Gate Pressure Washing And Roof Cleaning
I was moving to Celebration into a vacant condo that desperately needed to be painted. I had heard good things about Raymond & his professionalism and decided to take a chance and hire him to paint. Then I met Raymond & his dad at the Home Depot where he helped me select the paint colors. He gave me a quote that was VERY similar to a painting service that was known for hiring day workers. Being a single woman who was going to give a key to her home to the painter I really wanted to know WHO was going to be in my home, knowing that Raymond would be present during the entire process reassured me 100% - he's a respectful family man who truly cares & understood my need for safety (his dad even talked me into putting brackets on my shelves to protect children that might visit my home). I will show pics of the condo before and after Raymond's work. Also when he arrived he noticed a sound from the toilet and said he could fix it & he did. I was so impressed i asked him if he could install two light fixtures and Raymond installed them both work perfectly. He also helped build a very bulky IKEA shelf, helped me move a few pieces of heavy furniture from my garage to the third floor & build a bed frame. ALL the work he did was done well. If i could give an A+ i would because to top it off his dad noticed my air filter was dirty and he then took the time to teach me how to replace it. He also fixed a lock on a door that was loose and not working properly, now it does:):)

    COUNTYWIDE LOCKSMITH CO
Steve came to our house on a Saturday, programmed a new OEM car key with all the functionality of the original lost key. He verified everything worked and even put in a new battery on our old key all for $60 less than Ford wanted. Being a mobile locksmith and coming to the house was very helpful because I didn't have to go the dealer and wait around while they tried to sell me a new car! I highly recommend him for prompt courteous service at an excellent price.

    A RELIABLE LOCKSMITH CO
The gentleman that came out was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. He showed up in a Company Vehicle clearly marked and with his shirt identifying his company. Work was done to my satisfaction received an invoice and paid the bill.

    Local Locksmith

I called the service and they promised to have a locksmith contact me and come to my house to repair a door lock, He called and after I told him what I needed he said he would be over. I waited and waited. Around an hour later his shop called me and they repeated what I had described. His answer!!!! IT MUST BE BROKEN??? You think! What the heck do they think I called a locksmith for, a perfectly good lock? He promised to have the locksmith come to my house.... I waited and waited and an hour later I told them I wanted nothing to do with them and stop bothering to come to my home. I got no service, no customer service nor was I ever given the feeling I mattered to them at all as a customer. I would never use these people again and given my dealings with them as far as professionalism and accountability, I would never even let them in past the front door to enter my house given the gut feeling they gave me.

If you want to sit around all day just to be given NO SERVICE them feel free to call them. If you want actual service, I'd go somewhere else.

    Local Garage Door

It went terrible. When I called for an appointment, the person at Local Garage Door told me the service call would be $25.00. The service person would tell me how much it would cost for the repair BEFORE he did anything. The service person was from S.V. Service. He came into the garage, said I can fix that in 5 seconds, which he did, and then told me it would be $120.00. I explained to him that I had been told he would tell me the cost before he did any work. I said I was going to call Local Garage Door. The girl was argumentative and asked if he fixed the door. I said yes he did, but he was supposed to tell me the cost before he did anything. She argued that fact with me and asked me if he should undo what he did and charge me $25.00. I said yes that is fine with me, and she hung up on me. The service person from S.V. Service then argued with me saying he was losing money. I told him he really needed to take up that issue with Local Garage Door. He still argued and said he was losing money to use his gas to come out for a service call. In the end, I paid him the $25.00 and he left. I felt very deceived because he did not tell me upfront how much the repair was going to cost. He merely tightened a nut and it took him 5 seconds. That is not the issue. The issue is not telling me how much this was going to cost.

    Armstrong Locksmith & Security Products

The deadbolt in my house stopped working.  The Key would go in, but the lock would not turn; and that is when my wife made me call Armstrong.  It was great!  When I called, the guy asked me to describe the issue. When I did, he said that if I sprayed

WD-40 in the lock that might help.  Well it didn't,  but it got me to open the lock itself and fix the issue.  All it needed was debris cleaned out of it.  That guy save me time and money.  With that experience I will deffinately call them again!

    Liberty Locksmiths
Will showed up early after calling ahead. He was very friendly and professional. He confirmed with me the type of knob and deadbolt he was installing. He informed me that 2 keys came with the set and asked me how many keys I wanted. After installing the knob and deadbolt he informed me that the dead bolt hole was not deep enough for a firm lock. He first asked if I wanted to do it myself and after I defered to him, offered to do it himself.  He informed me at the time that it would be an extra charge for the service to which I agreed. After this was done he pointed out that the dead bolt face plate was not flush with the door jam and once again said that it was something I could do myself or he could do it himself. When he was finished he had me try the new keys out and let me know that the knob and deadbolt locked in opposite ways. He informed me that he tightened the hinges on the door. He oiled the key holes and cleaned up the saw dust from the drilling. After this was all done we went over the bill item by item. He asked me if he covered everything. The price of the door knob installed was more than what I was quoted originally. He honored the original quoted price. All and all I was very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend Liberty Locksmiths to anyone who might ask.

    Liberty Locksmiths
I called Liberty Locksmith to have them come change the locks on our new house and needed an appointment the next day.  They were able to make an appointment without hesitation. The locksmith arrived early to the address and worked quickly and efficiently to get all the doors re-keyed.  When I realized, halfway into his installation, that I had forgotten two doors upstairs, he was cordial and explained the extra expense (not much at all, in my opinion) for the four extra locks. He finished the job quickly, efficiently, and professionally.  I was truly impressed and would use and recommend them to anyone.

    Liberty Locksmiths
Liberty came out and assessed all the doors and needs.  He then made recommendations based on if this were his own home making sure that the price remained low.  He also gave me recommendations for some other services I was going to have done to the house prior to moving in.  Over all he was very professional and trustworthy.  I would use this company again and be recommending him to friends!
