Did the maintenance on our AC, took pictures, cleaned up afterwards and emailed a report of everything done. Labeled filter to know when we are to change and made followup appointment.     Very well. They showed up early, the owner personally came out as he has more expertise on our system. They were through, did not charge for anything I did not want done, and took the time to help me understand my system better. While there is not an issue with the thermostat at this time, they made sure to check it and explain that if I saw certain issues or behaviors happen, when to call.

    Todd installed geothermal system and ducting in new home build 2011. Very knowledgeable, friendly, upfront and honest. System works great and saves a lot on electric. He configured our system to preheat our hot water before going to tankless water heaters which decreases their workload. Does our annual maintenance and only had one repair needed (10/2017, capacitor replacement) under warranty. Was prompt with the diagnosis and repair despite travel distance. Very knowledgeable with geothermal system.

    We had a service call for them to come out and check the AC as it was still blowing but now cooling. When the service man came out he informed us that there were some fired wires and that we needed a complete new unit inside and out and that we need the breaker replaced. After what he told us we asked him for a quote and he gave us a $6,200.00 price for the new AC and to replace the breaker at that time I spoke to Lisa in the Service Dept and asked that she send out at least three new ac filters that can be washed and reused and she told me that she would sent them out with the new unit. At that time we agreed that we would like for them to set up the new system. The new AC units arrived and were installed but no extra filters came. When we talked to the office we were told that no one new about the filter request. This was also followed up with an e-mail about the filters before they came out. Four days later the AC was not cooling the house again. We called back to let them know that the new AC that was installed a week earlier was not working. We spoke to Melissa the Owner of the company that informed us that if it was the breaker that tripped they would charge us for the call the breaker was checked and the unit still was not cooling. We could not be home the next day until after 4:00 pm and asked that they send out a someone after that time. Melissa did not like that we needed someone to come out after 4:00 but said someone would call in the AM. She asked if someone could leave work to meet with the tech and we told her no. One is a school teacher and the other works at Disney. There was no way someone could be there until after 4:00. Since we did not hear from anyone the next morning I called and was told that they would have someone out after 4:00. Around 7:00 pm we called the office back as no one showed up. We were told that a service guys did stop by during the day and found that the copper drain line from the inside of the home to the outside was clogged and they were going to send someone out on Saturday to clean. We were told at that time that we should be charged for this cleaning as this was not in their contract but they were going to take care of it. We were blown away needless to say. We just spent $6,200.00 on a new unit inside and out and the drain line was not covered under the work that was performed. I am not sure how you can come to do a service call first then replace everything new and be told this. This was one of the worst companies I have every worked with.

    Over priced and wanted to charge for a temporary fix for a problem they said they couldn't find. Called another AC repair company found it in 30 seconds. ARS is Incompetent worst service ever. I couldn't believe they showed up when I requested quotes for a plumbing issue.

    The Tech Jean was very nice and seem to know a lot about HVAC. He conducted his tests on my unit and found several things wrong which he wrote down but my copy wasn't clear. When he left my unit failed to work. I called the company and advised them as such. The company advised me the tech would respond back out. But of instead of calling me back the Tech called me and walked me through a process to re activate my HVAC. I am still not certain I did it correctly but my AC is working now but I am not sure for how long. Anyway Jean said someone from the company would call me in a few days to re schedule something but they never did. I sent them emails but no body has replied. I felt like I was taken advantage of.
