    First they had the intention of selling me a used Nissan Sentra for over $3000 the value of the car. Then to close the deal they offered to bring me the car the following day witch never happened. I had to leave my new job to go get the car. Then a few days later I had to again leave my NEW job and travel to the dealer because they under charged me for $40 for something to do with there insurance. Then now they refuse after just 4MONTHS to replace the original battery that went dead. Also after calling them they refuse to acknowledge that the original battery that was sold with the car was not the right size recommended for my car. Terrible

    They take the time to explain things to you and give you the option. That's what I like. They were expensive but they can solve the problem. They give you options like A, B and C. They really bend over backwards to satisfy their customer and I am a satisfied customer. I've never been disappointed and I would recommend them.

    It went very well.  My experience there was wonderful. It looked like you wouldn't buy a car there and it turned out to be a really good experience. It is mostly on internet so they do not have a flashy showroom.

    They scheduled my appointment for an oil change. When I received the email confirmation I discovered that they scheduled it for the wrong day.  I immediately called and was told that I had scheduled it wrong and the date that I needed was now completely booked.

    Oil/filter service was through the and quot;quick lane,and quot; and was complete within 30 minutes. Bolt replacement was under extended warranty, part had to be ordered. Return was scheduled for a week later and accomplished in 30 minutes as well.

    I used them about every 2 or 3 months. My experience has been fine. They are professional. When you get in, you drive in, then less than 5 minutes they are out at your car and taking everything down. You can sit there and wait or whatever. They contact you in between to let you know how the progress is going or if there is something else that needs to be done or if they found something else that needs to be looked into and what the cost would be. Everything is great. They are qualified. They are a Toyota dealer so they know what your needs are.

    The vehicle looks, acts, and drives like a brand new one. The Product Specialist and Finance were awesome. Sales guy was a bit and quot;over the topand quot; personality wise (sickie sweet and patronizing) but overall the experience was first class all the way. I would recommend Lexus of Orlando for higher end new/used vehicles. They were up front on pricing and the service department is excellent.

    They are absolutely wonderful and we like them. We are very happy with them. We bought our car there and we really like them. The price was good considering it is a Lexus and it wasn’t  outrageous. If we need anything they are there to help us. There was a recall and they contacted us and did that when they did the brakes. We will absolutely continue using them.
