steve handles everything with maximum efficiency without sacrificing any sensitivity toward people in difficult or distressing situations. i'm grateful to have found him. i recommend him. pricing in these situations was never outrageous for the distance covered or the amount of stuff to be shifted. in fact in one or two of these moves we priced a more local mover and steve never charged nearly as much as the other quotes.

We recently decided to renovate our inground pool, which had been built in 1999. We had used the pool heavily while our kids were young, but had not used it years and, in fact, had left it empty for the past 3-4 years. We looked for a company to restore the crumbling marcite and replace the old pool equipment at a reasonable price. We came across Gainesville Pool Renovators, a true family business, during our online search for companies serving our rural area. Sarah Singleton came out to the house, and immediately set us at ease about the possibility of restoring our cement pond back to its prior glory without breaking the bank. She helped us select the exposed aggregate marcite, pool equipment, and waterline tile. Her husband (Paul Czapiga) also came out to the house and helped us with some of the more technical aspects stapling of multiple cracks, and choice of a variable speed/variable flow pump, a salt water chlorine generator system, etc. Once the scope of work to be done and cost was agreed upon, we picked an approximate date to start the project. The job started on the date selected, and Paul and his crew (John, Kyle) arrived and started work despite the blazing heat of mid-July north central Florida. All of his crew were friendly and professional. The work proceeded quickly and we were extremely pleased with the craftmanship and attention to detail. Paul and Sarah remained totally involved and available to answer our relentless questions, as the project progressed. In the end, we were left with a beautifully restored pool with whisper quiet equipment which saves greatly on electricity. Pool maintenance is also greatly reduced uestions, as the project progressed. In the end, we were left with a beautifully restored pool with whisper quiet equipment which saves greatly on electricity. Pool maintenance was also greatly reduced from the prior misery of the late 90s. We highly recommend Gainesville Pool Renovators without reservation if you are looking to restore your pool.

It was a very good experience. The first time I spoke with Kellie she was very knowledgeable and told me the approximate date they would be at my home, explained the whole process to me. It was around 2-3 days before they were to come she called and reminded me of the date and the time they would arrive. The new roof was on in one day and I am so grateful that Best Roof Jax were the ones I choose to do the job. Several neighbors were watching the crew work and told me the excellent job they did step by step and were amazed that it was done so fast and the workmanship was done perfectly as well. It looks so good and has changed the "home look"! I will definitely tell people where to get their next roof from....and by the way, one of my friends told me to be on the look out for nails but the men did an awesome job at the clean up...no nails so far! Thank you Best Roof!

I brought in a 18" Homelite Chainsaw which ran. I was requesting they check why the chain didn't move freely on the bar. I assumed it was the clutch. I also wanted the primer bulb replaced and the pull rope repaired. I was called two weeks later stating it would be $150 to repair due to the carburetor needing replaced. I payed the $37.45 for them to look at the saw and picked up. The diagnosed carburetor didn't sit well with me so I went home repaired the pull cord. Which since they didn't repair proves they didn't even try to start. The saw cranked on second pull. I returned with saw and owner argued with me and wouldn't return the fee for them looking at it. I guess the charge for looking at your equipment should be taken literally. The get $37.45 for looking at equipment not actually touching it. Moral of this instance is this business tries to sell parts and services that are not required for the repair. Hopefully they change their ways or it catches up and they are forced to close the doors.

I hired Atlantic Roofing to install a metal roof on my home. In the beginning, everything went fine. They were understanding during probate and quoted me the lowest price out of the many roofers I had come out. Once the project finally started it quickly turned into a nightmare. The men that showed up to install the roof were asking me what work needed to be done and barely spoke English. Because of the language barrier it became frustrating fast. The men were unable to finish because of weather and did not properly cover my roof. That night multiple leaks appeared in my living room and bathroom. I called the owner who was quick to apologize and came out to assess the damage the very next day. He only wanted to paint over the damage, not replace the ceiling in my home. He asked me to let his men finish the roof to prevent further leaks. I did and low and behold, a few weeks later, my bathroom was leaking again. He sent out a repair guy who only slathered this roofing caulk around vents and said it was fixed. The same day I had an inspector come out and he said the repair job was unprofessional and would not hold up. Shane said the repair job was done fine even though it did not look the prettiest. Here we are, 9/19/2017, and my bathroom is leaking again. So that's 3 leaks in 4 months. A new roof should bring peace of mind. Mine however has done nothing, but caused me distress. Every time it rains I wait for a new stain on my ceiling. I haven't heard from the owner yet (concerning the third leak), but I honestly have lost my patience with this company and don't expect much. After the second leak Shane did have someone come out to paint my living room ceiling and redo the drywall in my bathroom. However, the guy quit showing up and after 4 days of hearing nothing I wrote the owner and said I would finish it myself. They should be ashamed. This home is all I have left of my mother and it hurts that it keeps repeatedly getting damaged.

Keystone Plumbing was prompt, extremely professional, and very reasonable in price. They completed the job quickly and completely except for drywall that I had to get another vendor for. The plumbing repair went quickly, they were mindful about keeping the floors clean, and the area was clen and vacuumed when they left. I give them the highest rating possible.

The job went very well... even when they found some wood rot issues. The team of 5 guys that came knew what they were doing and worked together smoothly. Will definitely use again if needed and will definitely recommend to others. Thank you

At first it went well then toilet started to rock just a little. After a while I noticed a leak at the bottom. I called and they replaced a seal. The old toilet did not rock or leak it was replaced because the stuff inside the tank was old 200 dollars to fix the stuff inside or 430 for a new toilet. Bottom line is I made 5 calls to them and was told someone would call back. Last call was on 3/31/17. Still waiting!

They never could get control of the weeds in the grass, which actually got worse. Lost three shrubs. Technician was only spending 10-15 min per visit. We still utilize Florida Pest for termite policies.
