AGeorges Plumbing of the Keys IncAs an out-of-state property owner, getting any sort of services done is often challenging and frustrating. The relaxed island-style demeanor of many service providers in the Florida Keys can create additional challenges. The quick response and timely arrival I got from George's Plumbing was most appreciated! The plumber (Paul) arrived when he said he would, got to work, and fixed the problem very quickly! Also checked and cleared the drain from all other angles (including checking the venting from the roof). He did a very reasonable job of cleaning up the "mess" (read "sewer line", I don't think cleaning up that sort of thing should be considered their responsibility, and I won't go into the nasty details...), leaving only the job of sanitizing the area to someone else. The price was very reasonable. He worked well with my property manager on-site, was courteous to the tenant, and explained to me exactly what he did. Friendly, efficient, and professional. He's on my list to call if I ever have another plumbing problem! I would definitely use them again!- pamela s.

DWe hire Ellington AC repair man which has cancer in 2016. He came and give us service order for $2400 to change motor and clean condenser and he told me it is cheaper than buying new AC. So, he forgot to remove muffler from AC and when you turn heater on, it was making noise. So, Ellington send rude and impolite skinny and tall guy (Jeff) to fix his mistake. Every questions that I asked him, he was yelling at me rudely. So, when it was time to replace my AC, I went to another company and pay $6400. I wrote this to let people know what can happen.

AI called several contractors before selecting Fine Design Builders for my project. Eric responded immediately and met with me shortly thereafter to start designing my kitchen and provide me a quote. He clearly had lots of experience and was able to make my vision a reality. We spent a day selecting cabinets, backsplash, countertop, tiles. I was given lots of options and colors to choose from. His team showed up ON TIME every day. Eric was always easily accessible by phone throughout the project and made sure that his team stayed on track. He removed the soffits and replaced cabinets, backsplash, countertop. New lighting and appliances. Flooring and crown molding extended into my family room. I love my new kitchen and would definitely call Eric and his team again for future projects.

AA lot of work was accomplished at my 1950’s house without a hitch. The work involved an acid bath of the pool tiles. Two bathroom fixes such as a new vanity and toilet installed. And a complete kitchen remodel. Demolition to final product accomplished in less than four weeks. The kitchen cabinetry. Installed by Precision Kitchen Concepts is just that precise. Everyone Roger does business with are top notch. All of the workers were professional, pleasant and respectful of our home and pet. Thank you again Roger!

DFirst and foremost, we love our pool. However, expectations fell very short after high recommendations. Waiting 14 months for modling issue, that appeared immediately after completion, to be addressed. Designer Pools did not have an issue requesting and receiving on-time payments. This seemed to be the only time the owner, Jorge, had time to stop by. We are still waiting for any sort of respectful & ethical hands-on action from Designer pools. We have 1 year of emails promising an acid wash to correct the distorted blotches on the surface of our Diamond Brite (that is actually peeling off in tiny granules and has absolutely nothing to do with the pool chemical maintenance) This is the action of a poorly applied Diamond Brite process. We have had to request quotes from other pool resurfacing companies to correct Designer Pools error. We clearly understand that we signed a contract, however, it doesn't allow Designer Pools to walk away without making a decent, ethical effort to make things right. Anyaliza has been our point of contact and has tried her best to be on par with communicating with us. I am sure she would agree that we have been very patient throughout this year. Who knew this would happen after being HIGHLY recommended.

The Team left the house so clean you could eat off the floors, I was so impressed that they corrected things that were not on the punch list, they are true professional with outstanding skills, I highly recommend NVJ for any one that needs work done on their property. This company has exceptional customer service, integrity, highly reliable and fair/honest pricing for any home project you need done.
