ATorres Construction LLCTorres Construction LLC was referred by a neighbor here in Port St. Joe Beach, Fl. After contacting Mr. Torres a meeting time was set for the following day. Mr. Torres arrived promptly, he was courteous and he came prepared to discuss the outdoor patio shower. First, he listened to our ideas and answered our questions regarding the design and materials available. He then showed pictures of outside showers he had constructed in our area and guided us on the preferred materials for a beach area. After deciding the type shower we liked, he then prepared a quite reasonable and acceptable estimate. Surprisingly, he was prepared to begin the project the next day. The quality and craftsmanship in the finished shower were excellent. In fact, his company will now begin on our kitchen renovation and interior painting projects. I highly recommend Mr. Torres and his company for any construction projects in your future. It has been a pleasure working with Mr.Torres and the professional work his company provides. ASchnettler Construction, LLCEverything went very well. Our cabinetry was ordered through Deems and we were anticipating a mid-January start for the project with Schnettler Construction being our contractor over the project. Mr. Schnettler came to us and asked if it would work for us if he started in mid-December due to the extensive demo needed in the master bath and the amount of tiling that would be done. We were more than happy with starting early. He is very easy to talk over ideas with the home owners and work through any issues with the ideas to come to a result that is what the home owner wanted. Very neat and clean with the work areas as well as being very conscientious about protecting the non-work areas of the house. We found Mr. Schnettler to be an excellent contractor and a pleasure to work with for our remodeling. We would not hesitate to hire him again.- Kathy S.

AFine Design BuildersWe were worried working with a contractor long distance. We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo. Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric was able to not only keep us updated but provide us with choices of materials throughout the job. His advice was invaluable as we picked color combinations and various styles. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. Eric even obtained samples and put the samples into photo layouts so we could see how the colors went together. The end result was remarkable! We could not be happier with how our kitchen and baths were transformed. The rental agent who handles our property was so impressed with the results he plans to recommend Project Masters to other owners who are considering remodeling. The price was not the lowest of the estimates we obtained but was fair. I have always found that you get what you pay for - what we got was a remarkably well done job, unusual attention to detail, and the job was completed on schedule! The last point is especially important because it allowed us to return our unit to the rental pool as quickly as possible. We highly recommend Project Masters and are already planning some additional work with them for our condo.- James G.

AA lot of work was accomplished at my 1950’s house without a hitch. The work involved an acid bath of the pool tiles. Two bathroom fixes such as a new vanity and toilet installed. And a complete kitchen remodel. Demolition to final product accomplished in less than four weeks. The kitchen cabinetry. Installed by Precision Kitchen Concepts is just that precise. Everyone Roger does business with are top notch. All of the workers were professional, pleasant and respectful of our home and pet. Thank you again Roger!

ADwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him.

AI called several contractors before selecting Fine Design Builders for my project. Eric responded immediately and met with me shortly thereafter to start designing my kitchen and provide me a quote. He clearly had lots of experience and was able to make my vision a reality. We spent a day selecting cabinets, backsplash, countertop, tiles. I was given lots of options and colors to choose from. His team showed up ON TIME every day. Eric was always easily accessible by phone throughout the project and made sure that his team stayed on track. He removed the soffits and replaced cabinets, backsplash, countertop. New lighting and appliances. Flooring and crown molding extended into my family room. I love my new kitchen and would definitely call Eric and his team again for future projects.

AWe have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!
