ATorres Construction LLCTorres Construction LLC was referred by a neighbor here in Port St. Joe Beach, Fl. After contacting Mr. Torres a meeting time was set for the following day. Mr. Torres arrived promptly, he was courteous and he came prepared to discuss the outdoor patio shower. First, he listened to our ideas and answered our questions regarding the design and materials available. He then showed pictures of outside showers he had constructed in our area and guided us on the preferred materials for a beach area. After deciding the type shower we liked, he then prepared a quite reasonable and acceptable estimate. Surprisingly, he was prepared to begin the project the next day. The quality and craftsmanship in the finished shower were excellent. In fact, his company will now begin on our kitchen renovation and interior painting projects. I highly recommend Mr. Torres and his company for any construction projects in your future. It has been a pleasure working with Mr.Torres and the professional work his company provides. AA lot of work was accomplished at my 1950’s house without a hitch. The work involved an acid bath of the pool tiles. Two bathroom fixes such as a new vanity and toilet installed. And a complete kitchen remodel. Demolition to final product accomplished in less than four weeks. The kitchen cabinetry. Installed by Precision Kitchen Concepts is just that precise. Everyone Roger does business with are top notch. All of the workers were professional, pleasant and respectful of our home and pet. Thank you again Roger!

The Team left the house so clean you could eat off the floors, I was so impressed that they corrected things that were not on the punch list, they are true professional with outstanding skills, I highly recommend NVJ for any one that needs work done on their property. This company has exceptional customer service, integrity, highly reliable and fair/honest pricing for any home project you need done. Dthere was a little rust on the glider so we wanted it powder coated to protect it. Since they sandblast, chemically pretreat and then powder coat, we assumed the rust would be gone and the item would be protected. Well, they don't warrant any item with rust after treatment, so after 1 + years, the rust come through the powder coating like gangbusters. If I had paid more attention to the warranty (any metal items are not warranted for rust) I would have forgone this and saved a lot of money. So if you don't have any rust on your item, you probably will be OK, but if you have any sign of rust don't do it. Chances are it won't protect it rusting later on.

AMy carport roof had some serious water damage and since it was original to the house I decided to replace the roof along with a small front porch roof. Once we finally got the city permit and got back into the schedule, the work was completed in one day with some follow-up painting a few days later. Three sheets of sheathing, about 15ft of facia and the 2 X 8 backing the facia had to be replaced. I was impressed they used a pressure treated 2 X 8 when all the existing rafters were pine. In replacing the porch roof, some of the existing stucco had to be removed and replaced requiring repainting to match the existing yellow paint. Perfect match. Cleanup of the old roof trash was excellent. I found one small piece of tarpaper in the shrubs and none in the yard or driveway. Bottom line is I was very pleased with the great work Greg and his crew did. I would definitely recommend A Tite Seal roofing.

DFirst, I was over charged for additional footage that does not exist the additional of 276 Square Feet (not including the 10% additional for waste). I realized about the overcharged when the floor installation was completed because I ended up returning boxes to the store, I called his attention, and I was giving a refund (make sure you check your square footage). I was not satisfied how the work turned out, the issue on this floor installation was that the floor ended up having a bubble where it needed a transition. The owner claim that due to the rain, and floor water damage the floor had expanded. Once several of the floor planks were removed NO water damage was found (pics). The owner explained that to have the "bubble" repair, the entire room needed to be reinstalled. We agreed on a payment amount to get the work done, removed the 317+ sq ft (14x22) from this room that supposedly was going to eliminate the bubble by the door entrance. When workers arrived and access the situation, it was concluded that the floor for this room needed not to be removed, instead the suggestion was to remove only the floor planks where the "bubble" laid and few more planks around the door entrance (bubble - damaged area). There is no doubt that the floor needed a transition, and it was installed, and 90 sq ft of floor planks removed around the bubble and not 317 sq ft. that I paid for it. Once this repair was done the bubble immediately disappear. I requested the owner to adjust the estimate from 317 sq ft to 90 sq ft, I offered to pay $500 and he refused to accept. His comment was that he needed to pay the day to his workers. He requested his workers to pick up and leave, once I agreed to get the job done he demanded cash ahead for the work which is against his company policy (50% deposit). I had pay with a check previously for first installation. Total repair cost for 2 hours of work not done well because it needed a transition from the very beginning, and 90 sq ft of floor reinstalling $700. If you are looking for detail floor installation, this is not the company. This company will be reported to BBB for not complying with his company policy.
