He was prepared with everything on his truck to do whatever kind of system I decided to do. He installed the system in a short period of time and was very careful about what he needed to do. After everything was done he spent time with me to show me how everything worked . He did a great job, I was really impressed with him. BProtect America Home SecurityWe are currently using them now. We have a contract with them. They sent the equipment and we installed it ourselves. We had to pay extra for the smoke alarm and motion detector. They are good.- camille l.

DFrontpointThey did a credit check as I knew they would and said my score was lower than they require. This is not true, I more than qualify according to equifax. I even pulled up my new credit report from Equifax while on the phone with Frontpoint. I know what my credit report score is, I monitor it monthly. The fact that Frontpoint score (they use Equifax) is a lot less than what the Equifax says for me is bad business. There is obviously an issue in the system between Frontpoint and Equifax. I am not sure if anyone else has run into this issue with this company, to fix the situation they offer to cancel the Angie's List purchase so that I may purchase a higher priced package from them.- Amy S.

FADTTechnician only installed part of system, said he would return. Never did. ADT says a 3-day cancel period began the day tech showed up, not when work completed. My view is the clock should not have started until work completed. ADT forced me to pay the entire amount though the system never worked to our satisfaction. Would never recommend they be hired, but if you do, read the small print on contract and get everything in writing. Not to be trusted.- Cal T.

FShortly after we ordered the system we changed our mind. The company said they would refund the money but never did. We disputed the charge but was denied from the credit card company even though SimpliSafe could not produce an invoice or any price they sent the system to us. This company is untrustworthy and does not deserve your business. Please save your time and money and use someone else. Just an update. They did return the money they originally refused to refund when we went through the credit card company. I can’t change the grade I have them because the only reason they issued the refund was to protect their standing on Angie’s list.
