They gave me the price and told me they would provide the service to that area at with no additional "travel charges" which other companies wanted to charge me. ADiscount Garage Doors, IncI first called another company I had used in the past. They refused to work on this one, stating they do not finish other peoples installs,under any circumstances! Hard to believe ,if you ask me. I had a scheduled inspection just days away, by the county for a rental assistance program for the new tenant. So I went to my Angie's List account, and found Discount Garage Doors. I called an explained the situation, time frame ,and condition of the door. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She scheduled for the next day, but they had to cancel, I was called and informed well in advance,by the same lady. Next day the had to change the time from AM to PM,again I was called well in advance, and assured the work would be done days before my county inspection. The technician, Grant, called in advance and arrived as scheduled. He looked it over, called to find the correct springs based on the weight of the door to be used and gave me a price to get it working properly. Turned out there was a little more wrong with it then he thought, but he did not raise the price. I know it took much longer then he projected. He was there until after 5 PM ,cleaned up,and the door works just fine. Grant was a real pleasure to work with, very personable,hard working,and honest man. I hope that the company recognizes him for his great work!! He could easily be a manager for the company , when the opportunity arises.- David H.

ADiscount Garage Doors, IncThe process was very easy. The first vist was from an estimator. He placed the order for the door. It took a while to get the door in because it was a special order. They pulled all of the permits prior to the door arriving. When they came to install the doors they were on time. They did a good job and cleaned everything up before leaving. They made the arrangements for the inspector to come and sign off on the installation.- Ignacio D.

ADwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him.

AA lot of work was accomplished at my 1950’s house without a hitch. The work involved an acid bath of the pool tiles. Two bathroom fixes such as a new vanity and toilet installed. And a complete kitchen remodel. Demolition to final product accomplished in less than four weeks. The kitchen cabinetry. Installed by Precision Kitchen Concepts is just that precise. Everyone Roger does business with are top notch. All of the workers were professional, pleasant and respectful of our home and pet. Thank you again Roger!

AOscar from Agramontes Painting was very amicable, punctual and accomodating. He had already packed everything into his truck to leave when my wife pointed out a small detail he missed. Without hesitation, he unloaded everything and touched up the spot. He did not leave a mess, which was most important for me. He left paint only where it was supposed to be! He did a considerable amount of repair work. Three other Angie's List top rated painters came out for an estimate. Only one of these three painters emailed an estimate for almost four times ($5,500) what Agramontes Painting charged. The other two gave me verbal estimates after they inspected my property, but never emailed me the estimate. Both wanted more than Agramontes Painting. None of them ever provided proof of insurance or contractor's license. I called two other painters, not on Angie's List, who did work for me before. One never called back. The other asked me to send photos of the house, which I did, but I never heard back from him. Doesn't seem like anybody needs the work! Times must be good! When Oscar came to see the house he gave me a written estimate on the spot and gave me copies of his insurance and license. I'm not an expert, but I cannot imagine the $5,500 job would look any better or last any longer than what I got for $1,500. Also, the other painters wanted me to move all kinds stuff out of the way, including a gazebo. Since they all asked me to move these, I asked Oscar if he wanted me to move these items. He said he would work around them and he did.

FBuyer Beware! Owner came to house and sold us. We explained we need HOA approval before we can move forward, So don’t do anything. His short term memory doesn’t remember that conversation. We even have a witness. He deposits our check. HOA does not approve the screen and we want our deposit back. He says too late, he already made the screen, which we told him don’t do. Too bad he says , I already made the screen and put you in the line for installation. We gave him $1000 deposit. (nowhere does it say nonrefundable) He says I’ll give you half back when he clearly is at fault DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH LONNIE AT COOL BREEZE.

DOnce Mr Lionel Thomas is the home inspector your in great hands !!! He’s a straight shooter 1000% !!!! If Lionel recommend checking for termites and basil send you someone get the report insist on seeing it before your closing!!! Any other recommendations from basil will be unprofessional don’t make the same mistake I did please !!!! Just to name a few $17,500 Cash complimentary food ,my payed Materials all gone and ..... if your looking for all your brand new items in your home painted up ,cement and full of dust not to forget on finish paint job in EVERY ROOM, new Windows with paint all over the outside, I was told by him and him team everything is finish ,after driving 14 hours clean and mop my dad room to give your 80 year old dad a bath to find out there’s very little water coming out his bath by then where coughing from the bleach , there’s not enough water to wash out the shower, went to second bathroom same problem but a little more on the bottom . Theses are brand new showers ! water leaking under the sink and they put a T-shirt under after 3 months 3 weeks don’t take any advice from basil. His intention I think is good buy at the end of the day I’m paying for a service not empty words and unprofessional work ! He’s a smooth talker that will cost you stress and more money in the end !
