    DO NOT TRUST THIS MOVER! Especially with your piano! READ ENTIRE REVIEW I had a beautiful baby grand piano that I needed stored and then moved. I met with Gale (the owner) who told me stories about any bad review she had trying to explain them away (like I���m sure she will do with this one). She told me the person was crazy or gave me some BS excuse why they were mad but it wasn���t the company���s fault. The piano belonged to my father who had passed away and is very important to me. My piano was picked up on late August 2017 and set to be stored then delivered to my new home which closed at the beginning of September. The hurricane caused some delays which is understandable but Gale was difficult to reach and would not commit to a date... I reached out regularly and was very patient and understanding (I have records of all communications). Finally, we set a delivery date for October. Well, they showed up on 10/20 with the WRONG PIANO! I was in tears. After waiting almost three months, they brought a completely different piano! Where was my piano?!?! She told me afterwards that this had never happened in the history of the company and that she fired the man who pulled the wrong piano. Then, a week later, she sets up a delivery date for the right piano with no notice (she texted me with ONE day of notice asking if they could deliver it the next day). I replied that I would be there even though I would have to move some things around to accommodate it. I get a call that day from the man she said she fired, telling me they can���t come and will come the next weekend instead (so I changed my schedule AGAIN to accommodate for it). Then I get a call the next weekend pushing it back again!!!! I text Gale about this and she suggests they bring it early in the morning one day before I head to work. She suggests that if I can���t do that, they will have to drive to PA With my piano on a truck and then drop it off on their way back. I was frustrated at this point. I did not want them taking my piano out of state and back risking damage. Finally, we worked out for them to drop it off on their way out of state in the afternoon when I was home from work. Gale was sure to let me know how much trouble this was and she kept reminding me of the cost and telling me I needed to pay cash on delivery. I was shocked. Piano was delivered 11/8/17. The man she ���fired��� brought it along with another guy I had never met before. They wouldn���t even open the van door to get it off the van until I have them cash. When they opened the door I noticed that one moving blanket was hastily draped over my piano. When it got inside the house and was set up, I noticed a large chip in the polished finish that was not there before. The mover that I had never met before felt terrible... I was in tears. They called Gale who basically told them to just get the **** out of there. I texted her before and after pictures. She claimed there as glare on the pictures and that the piano was well wrapped and must have been damaged before they ever picked it up from my previous home. She told the guy to offer me $100 back and leave. I could hear her on his phone. I did not accept the money. I don���t know what to do about this. I couldn���t even bring myself to write this review until now because it really hurt me deeply. I pray that no one else has this nightmare of an experience. I intend to contact the BBB about her and her company. Someone should stop this from happening to other people. I���m disgusted with Gale and her company. She is unprofessional and it was a NIGHTMARE.

    EXCELLENT!! We couldn't have asked for better service. Scott, Robert and Brian did an outstanding job and are true professionals. We feel very lucky to have had them with us during this move. Not one item lost, not one item broken. And all the boxes and furniture placed exactly where we wanted it. I would recommend this company to everyone needing moving assistance.

    We had a two part move. We used another moving company to move the entire contents of our house into storage. We didn't use them again. I carefully researched movers for the second half and chose Rock's Moving Company because of their extremely high ratings on Angie's List. They were excellent from the very first conversation with Donna to the actual move with Dustin and Javier. They showed up on time, took excellent care of our belongings and moved everything to a fourth-floor condo without a single complaint. In fact, they had the most positive attitudes I've ever seen in movers. They were extremely efficient, enough so that the move came in under estimate!   
    We kept a few things in storage on purpose and again, Dustin and Javier happily moved items around and tucked the pieces we were keeping to the side. They packed the truck beautifully, securing everything and taking the various sized boxes into consideration so that nothing shifted during the move. Thier packing was a work of art. I wish I'd taken a picture.
    It was the first time I felt that our movers cared as much about our belongings as we do. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

    Wonderful group of guys.  Careful, courteous and very professional.  Not 1 mark or ding.  They put covering on the floors so they did not scatch the wood floors.  Highly recommend their services!!!!

    Apparently there was a misunderstanding in re dates of service. I had informed them of the dates of our move. They responded that they had October 29th and 31st available. I said that would be OK, but we were moving to Kissimmee on the 31st. October 27th they notified me they could load on the 29th but the 31st was already booked, so I asked them to cancel the deal and credit our Master Card. They did not respond, no service was given, and we used another mover.

    Moves are never pleasant, but this move was as close as it comes.  Excellent response and clear, professional communications prior to and during the move.  They arrived on time and went right to work.  I had carefully planned what needed to be moved, and where each thing was going in the new place.  The movers were very comfortable following my plans, and efficient in their work. The standard procedures they used were impressively professional, from protecting doorways and floors to pointing out small flaws in objects to be moved so that there would be no questions later.  Nice people, nice job.  I highly recommend Greenlite.

    I recently bought some new furniture from a local retailer.  My dilemma was that I purchased the items on sale 2 weeks before I was ready to bring them to the new locations.  Thankfully this company was able to pick up the furniture and store it at their facility until I was able to receive them.  They made 3 separate stops for me.  They picked up items at my house, the store, and another location.  They were very professional and prompt.  It was not a big move, but they were very helpful with the logistics.  I would certainly use them again.

    It could not have gone better.  They were right on time, worked together as a team, quick and efficient. Very polite and professional. Also very accommodating. For example,  when I asked to have the china closet light plugged in behind it, after the monstrosity was already assembled and in place against the wall, it was done in an instant with a pleasant "yes, ma'am".  Everything was placed exactly as I wanted it. They placed  coverings on walkways outside to prevent tracking in dirt. They were done in the estimated time and I would use them again and recommend them highly to anyone.

    Mike Todisco arrived as planned late afternoon, Friday May 3. The late hour was not a problem because two teams, in separate vans came to perform the packing and stowing. With four men working, the job was completed quickly and utilized one van. The split delivery, on May 5, between West Melbourne and Cocoa Beach went smoothly. We're still unpacking and all items are in excellent condition. We had three separate contracts in the space of five weeks and Mike T, Mike L, Mike, Dan, Gino, Clifford and Patty are a few of the folks we can remember who helped with our moves.

    They were great at communication trying to get my business but afterward it was like pulling teeth to get a phone call back on the status of our stuff. They were suppose to arrive at 8am on Friday, so I set my alarm for 7:15 so I could nurse my baby and do one last walk through to make sure I had everything set aside that we were going to be taking with us. I wasn't up 5 mins before there was a knock at my door. It was the movers. Now I don't mind them showing up early but a phone call telling me they were going to be early would have been nice. I could have at least changed out of my pajamas. But they were very friendly and effective. They were done by noon but when I asked about a possible delivery date the head guy didn't know and said I'd have to call the office. I was leaving town the same day so I was going to call on Monday.
    I called Monday just after lunch and spoke to Matt, he said he'd have to call Bob and have him call me with a date. I waiting until almost 4pm before calling again wondering why I hadn't received a call back yet. Matt apologized and again said he'd call Bob to get back to me. He did within 30 mins but said he'd been out of the office all day and would have to call back Tues with a date. Now why Matt who is apparently in the office all day couldn't do this is a mystery. So again it's getting late in the evening on Tues and I'm just about to call them when Matt calls and says my stuff will be delivered that Thurs. GREAT, couldn't be happier, that was the estimate delivery date I was given when I first hired them. Wed rolls around and I get a call from Bob saying that he says that should be getting my stuff next week between Tues and Thurs. Confused I told him I was told I'd be getting it the tomorrow and wanted clarification. Now this was around 4pm on Wed. He said again that he would have to call me back after speaking to the driver. He never called me back that day but at this point I was pretty sure I wasn't getting my stuff the next day. On Thurs I called the office again wanting to know for sure when I could expect my stuff, it was Easter weekend and we were going to drive to my husbands family because they had furniture and a washing machine, but first I wanted to make sure the driver wasn't going to show up on my door step on Friday. AGAIN I was told by Matt that he would have to contact Bob and he would call me back. He actually did call me back this time confirming a Tues-Thurs delivery of next week.
    And one thing they kept saying was a delivery of the first Thurs would have been a really quick turn around and gave me the impression that it was unrealistic, which annoyed me because if it was so unrealistic why was that the estimate date I was given when they were trying to get my business? I get that to keep their pricing low that they have to ship multiple moves at once to make it cost effective, but I would have appreciated if they had been up front with a how long it was going to take. I would have packed differently, I have a 1 year old son and I was only expecting to wait a 1 week. If I had been told it would take 2, then I could have prepared better and probably taken a trip to Wal-Mart when I first got here to make our lives a little more comfortable.
    Now obviously I'm hoping for a Tues delivery but the driver didn't contact me until Wed telling me he couldn't deliver until FRIDAY morning! We finally got our things, undamaged. Everything was packed well. My only complaint was the long wait and the lack of communication. I had to wait 6 days before I got a not-so-accurate delivery date. If I was moving in town I would use them in a heartbeat but for a long distance I would probably go with someone else. If you do use them for long distance I'd have them put a "delivery no later than" date in the contract, or just make sure you pack enough stuff for 2-3 weeks
