He started working hard to complete the job and it started to rain that didn’t slow him up one bit. I stayed out there with him whole time talking about my time in the construction business and how common sense plays a major role in life. Then looked up and realized he was finishing up the job. My yard had bee left for some time and looked pretty scruffy, but when he finished I would say that the grounds looked "manicured". Also, he is easy to talk to, takes directions well, asks questions for clarification, and is time efficient. I have retained Mr. Vazquez for ongoing services.

FCame out within the week but was not prepared for the job requested. I shopped around prior and advised of the supply rang i found. Wasnt informed that this handyman does not shop for kits needed so I overpaid for individual pieces and still didnt have all the hinges for the job so half are hanging on by twist ties. Basically, order your supplies for what you need done prior to hiring this handyman.
