    Doctor is fine, but office billing procedures are nightmarish and the billing staff -- both at Jupiter and at the headquarters are intransigent and rude. If you are covered by Medicare, suggest you go elsewhere, unless you wish to pay $300+ out of pocket for the pre-colonoscopy office visit. This issue: this practice codes the pre-colonoscopy appointment as "new patient" rather than colonoscopy-related. Medicare will not cover a new patient visit. Even if you appeal, as I did, submitting the office visit paperwork that indicates the visit was for the purpose of colonoscopy preparation, Medicare will deny coverage unless the doctor's office changes the coding. In response to my request to adjust the coding appropriately, the office personnel --both in Jupiter and one level up at billing headquarters in Boca --raised their voice and lectured me how Medicare works. .. Rude and intransigent and definitely not patient-focused. Beware of this practice.

    I would give zero stars if possible. We made the mistake of allowing them to make our son's braces last year. We found out after a routine review of our medical expenses that we were overbilled by a factor of almost 5x. They have been making excuse after excuse for almost a year to avoid refunding our money. The matter has been widely documented on multiple emails, claims have been processed and resubmitted several times, multiple copies of explanations of benefits, etc and they still fail to deliver over and over again. We felt scammed since we are severely overpaying for a product and having our property (cash refund) withheld without our consent. Buyer beware!

    BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! I would give negative stars if possible I went here for my yearly health screening, while there I answered the nurse practitioner's (Emely Winchester) questions about my health, medication and general history which any reasonable person would do at a yearly physical with a new provider. Because during these questions the reasons I take medication were @not routine" IE ADHD and Acid Reflux in their opinion, and they billed be for a whole second appointment without my knowledge or consent that wasn't covered by my insurance. When I brought this to their attention they told me ALL doctors who discuss anything other than your blood work and height and weight will bill you for two appointments during a yearly physical and it's a widely accepted practice.. UM NO NOT EVEN REMOTELY ACCURATE!!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE ON SOCIETY IT IS! This is what's wrong with healthcare today in this country I'll never go back.

     Felt like a body who's only purpose was to reap the Insurance benefits for a colonoscopy and an endoscopy.

    No empathy for the pain and suffering I endured had to wait weeks to get in the back of the line for these tests. I can understand a wait but I was in so much pain that I was forced to go to the emergency room 4 times in the interim and he made no effort to help me in any way. He was detached and rude upon my sharing my symptoms.  Never helped me with at least a print out on trigger foods that I should have been given to avoided, to help stop the inflammation which persisted because of that fact in my blind spot, which could have calmed dow the violent symptoms that caused me to repeatedly go to the emergency room?of which they said go see your doctor after many repeated tests with no answers.  All that was quite terrifying and expensive!
    When I finally could get into see him he never prescribed anything at ALL for relief.  Was terrified, and he just flashed a fake smile and said I would just have to wait it out the 3 weeks (in the dark).
     He was arrogant, made small talk.  Asked me if I traveled anywhere lately??? Just had that fake smile plastered on his face, seemed board and annoyed with any of my questions and concerns.
    In shear panic of the aggressive pain, could not eat or sleep, thought I was dying, seriously never had stabbing pain like this for so long.  When I called his office to try to reach him the answering machine referred a cell phone number which I called and left a message.  When I asked the office if I could please get in to see him again for help, direction, relief! They scheduled out yet another extended appointment, of which he again was late and had to wait long periods in his waiting room. His manorism got worst.  He drilled me and was more concerned with how I got his emergency number (which was on the office answering machine) on the way to multiple trips to the emergency room. Actually called me on it clearly anoyed when I went for a follow up visit,  regardless of the terror I was in. Seemed detached and bored by my legitimate questions of concern. One of the worst medical experiences I ever had.  I never had this kind of thing happen. I felt put out to pasture. No empathy, no guidance, no concern. Cold and indifferent.  I would fear having to see him again.

    I've been going to her for four years. She always makes time for me, if I have an issue she always gets me in. She doesn't overbook and her staff is really friendly, professional and responsive. The office is clean and modern.

    I would like to say about one doctor, Dr. Christopher Chappell. I don't even use this guy anymore, he was horrible. He was never personable. You could rarely ever get a hold of the doctor himself. Usually, whenever you made an appointment to see the doctor, you get a physician's assistant or nurse. He was always off on these things because he does, swimming, running and bicycling. He was more interested in that than he was his patients. That is exactly not good. I called him one day because my eye doctor saw something in my eye and she thought it was cholesterol. They had broken loose and she said that I maybe having a stroke. I called him up and he said that well, we can see you in 6 weeks. I said I could be dead in 6 weeks. I called her back again and she referred another doctor. Dr. Chappell is nobody that I would recommend. The office environment, it was like they are cattle, they get 40 or 50 people sitting in the waiting room. They keep you waiting and waiting and waiting. I absolutely will not consider using him again in the future, not unless I wanted to die.

    My doctor, I have had him for years. His name is Dr. John Littell. I have been using him for probably about 8 years. I trust him. He is right upfront. He will sit down and talk with you and let you know what is wrong. He is just right upfront. They are all very good and efficient, as far as the staff or the nurses goes, I have no problems with any of them when I go there. I absolutely will use them again in the future.

    He seems very caring and very thorough. He is not real rigid at staying with strict primary care. If you have an ear problem or something like that, he'll give you a treatment but then he will say that if it doesn't work, he will refer you somebody else.

    THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DOCTORS OFFICE! 
    MY WIFE IS (WAS... NO LONGER AFTER THE WAY I WAS TREATED) A PATIENT OF DR. CARR, MY WIFE AND I ARE ON THE SAME INSURANCE PLAN!
    I INJURED MY ELBOW AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE DOCTOR. WAS TOLD AFTER FILLING OUT PAPERWORK THAT THEY DID NOT TAKE MY INSURANCE. I LEFT, TOLD MY WIFE THEY DIDNT TAKE OUR INSURANCE SHE CALLED AND SPOKE TO MELISSA THE OFFICE MANAGER, MELISSA SAID SHE WAS VERY SORRY AND THAT THEY DO TAKE OUR INSURANCE TO COME IN AT 10AM THE NEXT MORNING AND IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS TO ASK FOR HER. I WENT IN FOR THE SECOND TIME, FILLED OUT PAPER WORK AGAIN AND WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES. TERESA CALLED ME TO THE WINDOW AND SAID WE DONT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE. I EXPLAINED THIS HAPPENED YESTERDAY AND I WAS TOLD TO TALK WITH MELISSA IF THERE WERE ANY QUESTIONS. I ASKED FOR MELISSA, TERESA SAID SHE WAS NOT THERE. I ASKED IF SHE COULD PLEASE CALL HER, TERESA SAID NO SHE IS WRONG "WE HAVE TOO MANY PROBLEMS GETTING PAID WITH THIS INSURANCE." I SAID CAN YOU PLEASE CALL HER, SHE SAID REFUSED! SUZY AT THE FRONT DESK THEN SAID RUDLEY "I TOLD YOU YESTERDAY WE DONT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE".  I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE DOCTOR THEY REFUSED.
