    Supreme Relocation
I truly recommend Supreme Relocations Moving Company! for all your moving needs. We wanted to move from one house to another one in one day, while having a 2 bedroom 2 bath sized home goods and furniture in a storage unit. Supreme Relocation Company not only met us at the storage unit location they also assembled furniture once delivered to our new house! No additional charges. They delivered an excellent service. The truck showed up on time, the movers worked fast and were very careful with handling our things. They placed and assembled all the furniture in place and they even came back for more things. The owner of the company was the one who quoted our move at our home and he worked in a very professional manner with us by listening to our needs and giving us a fair price. Supreme Relocations, is a family owned long time service company for residential and commercial moving. They are located in Delray Beach, FL. For all of your local and long distance moving needs call Supreme Relocations. Their physical address is 1130 Delray Lakes Drive, Delray Beach, FL 33444. We called Jamie at 561-441-4205 like the website recommended, he answered us right away, quoted us in seconds and was here the same day. I highly recommend this company. These guys were the best! Thank You Supreme Relocations! Picasso Expert Renovations
I bought a small single-family home in Williamsburg near Humboldt and Jackson, shelled out $60,000 for a contractor that put me off over and over and then kept my money and vanished. I was as jaded as one could be with the contractor/GC profession in NY. But, I had to renovate the 110-year-old, rotted out house. I bid contractors and did site visits for over 6 months. Big firms and small. All estimated the job time at 6 to 10 months and at a huge cost that was always double my budget. I found Picasso on this website and due to his reviews, called. He actually answered the phone, listened to my story, my concerns, my requirements and didnt blink. He walked through my project and then required that I visit his past projects before he would offer a price as he wanted me to be sure he was for real. I visited a couple of his projects. He let me visit his past clients homes without him being with me. I spoke at length with the home owners, in their homes and it appeared as though his reviews were real. Being still a skeptic, I hired George/Picasso. George told me he could finish the entire house in 10 weeks. That again had me in disbelief but daring to hope. That included a complete backyard, finished basement, new roof structure/roofing, and gut remodel of both stories of the house. My house was to be a 2.5 bath, 2 bed with skylights in the vaulted master ceiling and full paver back yard with brick flower boxes. It was a 1 bath home that had not been renovated since the 60s. It had sag issues, water damage and 100 years of rot. After literally a few of days the house was gutted and materials were starting to arrive. Picasso brings a crew of 10 to the house ever day and always the same personnel. George was at the house most every day as well. As they encountered issues in the house, the crew tackled and repaired/replaced all the problems that could not be seen from the initial walk-through. Believe it or not, George never asked me for an additional dollar. His price is his price. His crew handles issues. As a person on a very tight budget, it was a God-send. Picasso was happy to do a labor-only bid and I opened a direct account with a supply store. I received a detailed bill from the supplier for every piece of material. Every nail, screw and board. I have pictures of the before and the after. I also welcome any future client of Picasso who wishes it to visit my home, see the pictures and hear the story of how Picasso built me a home, managed the sub-contractors, finished the project on time and helped to keep me sane in the process.

    ALL QUALITY ALUMINUM & SCREEN
It didn't go good. The first time we installed the shutters was for Hurricane Mathew in 2016. Every thing seemed to be going fine except for the two front large windows. The panels were too short and as a result we had to stagger them and only fasten them on one end to cover the windows. When I contacted the company to explain the problem they came out and measured the windows again and told me it would cost me $300 to get new panels that would fit. Are you kidding me?? I already paid for the panels. It's not my fault that they didn't fit. I asked them why they didn't check the fit by installing them when they made them and the answer was: " It wasn't required at the time." I asked why I have to pay again for panels that I already paid for and the answer was: "It was a long time ago and I'm not going to argue with you and waste my breath!" Needless to say I'm done talking to him and will probably look towards Small Claims Court to get satisfaction.

    RJS BUILDERS INC
Early in the build we noticed the home was not being built to plan or specs. We informed rob, he became very abusive and blamed us and his subs .from the wrong plumbing lines, not completing the insulation. Building the entry wrong to installing the kitchen island and top in the wrong location and size, installed the wrong plumbing fixtures and refuses to change, just to name a few items. Build is 5 months late, threatens us with his lawyer in almost every e-mail. Suggest pulling palm beach county court records as it appears to be a trend.

Mike was very helpful with ideas and worked with us extensively to convert our ideas into floor plan changes, kitchen cabinet layouts, etc. He has top quality and responsive subcontractors that did fine work and on time.

If you are looking to remodel and want a contractor that is willing to work with you to convert your ideas into  home changes, then execute them as advertised, mike is the one to have.

Great guy and been around a long time.

    ANTOL RESTORATION
hired Antol Construction in May 2015 to complete a mold remediation and a kitchen and bathrooms remodel. They did not complete the job. I hired Antol Construction May 2015 to complete a mold remediation and remodel of my kitchen. We signed the contract for $26,953.95. I gave Don Antol 1/3 for deposit. He received a check for $2500.00 for a deposit, another $2500.00 a few weeks later and then a check for $6484.65 Unfortunately, I spend four months during the summer in NC. I was in weekly contact via phone, text and emails with Don and his project manger David Lawrence for updates and scheduling. In August 2015, the design of all cabinets, granite and tile was selected. I decided to redo my two bathrooms. I signed another contract with Antol Construction to remodel my two bathrooms. The contact was for $18,000.00 . I sent them a check for $8,000.00 on September 1,2015. The contract stated bathrooms will be completed in 90 days. Don Antol and I initial additional requirement on contract. They started demolishing Sept 4,2015. They put the entire demolition debris behind my fence for five weeks. I have pictures to prove it. That was the start of the main issue. Don and David lied continually about removal of debris and start of installation of tile and floor. I arrived home October 24,2015 to house that had 60%of tile installed not grouted or sealed. Ceiling and drywall exposed. No kitchen or bathroom completed. I met Don Antol at my home on October 29,2015. He had guys there doing drywall. He reassure me that by the next week I would have floor completed and cabinets in kitchen installed. The room that I had the mold in wasn't even close to being finished. The ceiling and wall was exposed all summer in that room. The next week came and gone and there was nothing. I was constantly texting and calling him to find out what was going on. He did not return my texts or calls. I finally told him I needed him to please bring the tile and cabinets to my house and I would hire someone else to finish the job. I received a phone call from Don on November 6,2015 that I had a flood in my master bedroom. One of his workers were using the only water source in my master bathroom and did not shut off the valve. It leaked all night and ruined two year old wood floors. Don would not take any responsibility on the incident. On November 9,2015 he wrote me in a text that he had the cabinets and he wanted to finish the job. He could not give me a date for delivery of cabinets or tile. I gave him several opportunities to get the job done. His lack of respect for me and my family is disgusting. On November 25,2015 I had my locks changed and terminated Antol Construction. His own designer told me throughout the summer that he most likely spent my money and could not finish my job. I finally received the itemized bill of his services after several requests. He has a over $19,000.00 of my money. He wants me to pay for cabinets that I don't have in my possession. I wrote him yesterday December 9,2015 to please deliver my cabinets and we can work out the rest. He wrote me and said he was willing to give me $4,000.00 back. However, I found out today that the room that had the mold, has a wall completely full of mold that he did not take care of. Because of his neglect the floor that is newly installed has to be removed due to moisture. I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional and disrespectful. I'm a single woman and I do believe he totally took advantage of me. His designer said to me early on that I was too nice. He has cause me stress and aggravation. I have all photos, texts, emails, to prove my claim.

    FRED'S CONTRACTOR SVC

The windows were installed incorrectly, they all leaked, the rain was pouring in drywall all got damaged, he did not take the blame he blamed it on Pella window company and the company blamed it on him. You could not open the windows because he used the wrong screws they were too long. He did not ever look at the product approval he would have known at that time how to install them but he knew everything. He tried leveling our upstairs floor and when I questioned anything he said everything was good but  when it was all said and done not one job he did was done correctly. We have since this experience have had to hire a real GC that knows how to do things he was one of a few people who brought this inferior work to our attention. We had a roofer even tell us the windows were wrongly installed. But his answer to us was I have been installing windows for 22 years and it was not his fault. The best thing this so called contractor said or kept telling us that everything was up to code. License and insured does not mean you know anything.

Before this we had him do door jams, floor leveling. None of his work was plum or level. When he did the door jams his workers even cut into the main beam and he said that this was okay and added a filler piece in. The door jams were not square or plum and never even came close to reaching the floor. Leveling the floor was another issue he never jacked the floor and when we question he said the floor was being done correctly also. They never had any jacks to lift the floor up withafter about a month or two the beams started to sag because he never used any steel beams to do leveling. Our new GC used jacks and steel beams to level the floor.

In closing the so called contractor does not know anything when it comes to renovation or building and it is sad that he is out there working on other peoples homes and doing nothing up to code. He is very very expensive considering that all his work was far from good. He charges approximately 600 -1000 per day depending on the amount of workers that are present this is far too much money for a glorified handy man not a contractor.

Called Thursday - they came out Friday am & were here Friday am to fix leak.  Leak fixed by the time I got home in the afternoon.  They have to come back to put roof tiles back on.  So lucky to get them as they had a 4 week waiting period but they were doing work on neighbor across street & squeezed us in!
