    Run the other way. I've been in the design business for around 15 years and have never had such a terrible experience with a subcontractor. My company hired Mark to install cabinetry in a client's home in Jupiter, FL as well as build a custom home office/library. The process started off well but took a turn I could never have predicted. Mark started meeting with my clients behind our backs and making changes to our designs resulting in significant cost increases to the overall budget. I was not made immediately aware of this and was shocked when I received an updated invoice for almost twice the amount of money as originally quoted. This resulted in a dispute amongst the parties. Mark took it upon himself to continue working behind our backs with the client to cut out our design fees. I've never worked with a subcontractor who so intently worked against the company that contracted him in the first place. He was paid every dime that he ever requested from us in a timely manner only to then steal the project and thus stealing our income. He is ethically corrupt and I regret the decision to bring him in on our project. Mark also refused to return any of our phone calls, emails or any other correspondence that we made in attempt to get clarification on why he stole our clients. Additionally, he has pictures of our project on his website (listed as Admirals Cove Home Office) as if he designed this. I assure you he did not. His only design contributions were those that almost doubled the cost of the project.

    Fred Capitellis' methods in music theory and general lessons are like non I would expect from other Jupiter programs. I had taken lessons elsewhere before Fred and was surprised at the progress I had made in such a short time compared to other teachers I had worked with. His lesson prices are great and haven't changed in 15 years, $30 for a half hour lesson. As well as phenomenal lessons he sells equipment, strings, dance wear and guitars. After 10 years of being with Fred I've learned more than most would in any average program and I would recommend him to any aspiring artists.

    I my opinion, I cannot prove it, but I believe they are providing defective appliances as if they were new. Because, everything was coming in damaged and there is not one appliance that I did not have to have a service call on within months of having them installed. Sometimes within days. 

    To give you an example of what I had to go through, I am now on my fifth refrigerator. They could not provide me with a refrigerator that worked and didn?t leak out of the box. I had such a bad experience that I don?t see how they could improve. I think that they would have to start over. 

    I had three dishwashers, the first two, were tremendous dents in the sides of the dishwashers and they tried to install them. They installed things improperly. Their servicing, they damaged things when they came in to service items. 

    They refused to take back defective equipment. The refrigerator for example, they refused to take it back after seven service calls. Nothing positive what-so-ever to say about them. What can they do to improve, I think they need to cease conducting business, is what I would say.

    To improve, put it this way, I know it sounds a little cynical or sarcastic, but if they want to improve a customer?s experience, they need to cease doing business, because I can?t believe that the way they do business, they would satisfy any customer. 
    Every appliance, I?ve had to have them come back and do something with. Some things were minor, installation problems, but many things were major.

    The table is a very expensive, with 5 separate sections, and all of them had deep scratches and dents.  They picked up the table when they said they would and returned it when promised.  The table looked like new again.  I was very happy and impressed with the results.  I would use them again in a heartbeat!

    I initially emailed the owner of this company who responded back in a timely manner. Called on the number he provided and, was asked to contact him the following week to set up an appointment. I left a voice mail message and have not heard back through email correspondence or telephone. I have elected to go with another company.

    I am most pleased by the quality of the workmanship and the responsiveness of this provider.  I had difficulty in finding a competent source for my chair caning project and am most happy that I found Ms. Lori. Burris.

    The chairs are gorgeous.  The host and hostess chairs are perfectly matched.  Willy put double welting on the chairs were there was only single welting.  The seats of all the chairs are firm and comfortable so I don't sink into the seats.  The work is well done but the cost was the best surprise, $330..  We had 2 other quotes.   One quote was for $600, and we had to purchase the material from that company.  If we didn't purchase the material from that company, the upholstery cost would be more.  The other quote came from the workroom of a fabric store, $450.,  plus additional cost for the seat repairs.  They also told me that I would need 5 yards of material for the host and hostess chair.  Willy and the salesperson at the material store told us we would only need 3 yards.  We were told that the chairs would be done in 2 weeks and they were.  Both my husband and I are totally happy with Willy and  his work.  He did what he said and did it on time.  I will use Willy again and would recommend him to anyone.

    When I called them they were going to add a fee for how far away I was.  I also had an electric piano that I wanted moved.  They were going to charge an additional $100 for that.  Between those to things, I decided I no longer wanted to work with them.  Also, the person I was dealing with was not willing to work with me.  They would not even look at the piano to see if it's something they have to charge for.

    WOW!  An amazing experience from start to finish.  Bill is a great person and a professional.   He's an artist in his craft and he's true to his word. He is also a good communicator. For every appointment he was on time or early and the same was true of his turn around time on each project.  He quotes the job, takes the pieces with him and delivers them upon completion.
