    Callaway Concrete Pumping LLC
The work went great - great communication from start to finish from Mike which was important considering the work restricted entry into home. The crew was great and the quality of the work is excellent. The work was done over several days with different phases and weather had to be worked around. The communication from Mike was helpful because of my schedule with business, pet and holiday travel.

Came out to quote patio demo, tree removal and pour. Came back with an email quote the following day - I had another contractor who was already on-site doing other renovation work and he complete demo, removal of thin set and tree removal so Jim would have a clean slate to work off - just do pour and design - emailed back to let him know + question on additional design work and cost and he never returned emails. I can only assume the job got too small for him but am only guessing because he never responded.

    Precision Contracting LLC
Precision did a complete remodel of our circa 1979 master bathroom. The construction started with full demolition, part of that right down to the studs. The construction manager for our job was very responsive, experienced, and a joy to work with. All of the sub-contractors did very nice work. The project remained on schedule. We are very happy with the outcome. I gave Precision a B for pricing, but I note that their bid was consistent with other bids I obtained. I just think the cost of projects such as this is higher than one would expect. The price noted in this review includes all plumbing fixtures, tile and other things purchased directly by us, and not included in the contract price with Precision. Direct purchase items cost about $11,000 and the Precision contract was $24,000. We would definitely hire Precision again.

    Custom Concrete Resurfacing Solutions
As a retired Civil Engineer I have inspected many concrete jobs over the years and must say that James and his crew did a great job, from removal of the old drive, layout and completion of the job, the finish came out great. Custom Concrete was also professional and responsive, I would highly recommend them for any of your concrete needs. R.F.Davidson, P.E. Tequesta, FL

What a horrible experience dealing with Mike with J Campbell. First of all his responsiveness is terrible. I had to call and text numerous times. Seemed like a good guy once I got him out and he provided a decent quote. Scheduled the work and didn't hear from him again. Had to follow up a month later to see what the status was. His excuse was the permit had not been issued. I contacted the county and it had been issued 14 days prior. When I contacted Mike about his he literally lost his temper and made a bunch of excuses about being too busy and that he doesn't want people dictating his schedule (which I didn't). This company will not stick to a rough schedule provided, they will not provide you updates on the schedule, and Mike will absolutely get ****** off when you ask for any sort of update as if he takes it as a personal offense. Good luck dealing with them if you do choose this company. I now get to go back through the whole process from the start of finding a contractor after a month and a half of being strung along. I gave him every chance to do the project, you can see his responses in the photos. Seems like an alright company for large jobs but if you're a smaller residential project don't waste your time.

    Hendry's Concrete & GENERAL CONTRACTING
A waste of my time. Vendor was unwilling to discuss alternative solutions. Withdrawing was an indication that he was no longer comfortable with his original plans even though he said repeated times he knew the area well and has lived here with his family for many years. Many contractors carry insurance and licenses, not all have the expertise. Adding additional or lager drain holes is an everyday task for a contractor that does concrete work. I can't imagine having to work thru unexpected challenges or a difficult project with someone that behaves in this manner. UNPROFESSIONAL.

At first glance Jess is humble in his abilities. He is young but experienced in what he does. In my opinion his pricing is an overwhelming bargain for what you get. He goes the extra mile! His employees are curtious and clean up at the end of the day which if you have ever had a project going on at one end of your house it's amazing how it can effect the rest of the place, but I didn't have that problem with him. He checked in to see if I was happy and to give updates on progress which was very helpful. I have three uncles in another state in construction and they don't do any of this. His employees seem to have a vested interest in what they are doing and do not waste time or money. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Pete was very knowledgable about resurfacing, types of coatings, time it would take and repair options for cracks. It was a big job. He was prompt , dependable and did what he promised. I am very happy with the job he did.

    Patios Pools Driveways Inc
We couldn't be happier. The crew was awesome! i signed the contract on August 7, and made final payment after the work was completed on August 17. This was a lot of work. Pool area: we had an area close to the house where a cracked deco drain had caused a void over the years. They took out a piece of slab, filled with compacted dirt and concrete and replaced with new deco drain. Most of our deck was surfaced with Sundek. That was all hand ground down before they resurfaced. The deck is gorgeous! Driveway: 10 years ago we added a third car garage, the seam to that section went all the way from the house to the road. At some point over the years we had to replace out septic tank. The tractor doing this work cracked my driveway. This past summer our neighborhood went from septic to sewer. The bottom section of my driveway had to be taken out for access then replaced. Needless to say, my driveway was awful with all of the seams and cracks. Patios pools and driveways filled in a planting area close to the house to make my walkway wider then resurfaced and stained my driveway. The results are beautiful! LOVE IT! The crew was awesome. They worked so hard. They cleaned up everyday before leaving. They were friendly. All couldn't speak English but the foreman could and he was ALWAYS on the job site. It was obviously each member of the crew knew what they were doing. They were NOT day laborers. We couldn't be happier with the results.

    Riverside Construction
Riverside did everything.. Craig was very professional and personable. He was easy to deal with and when we had unexpected costs come up he did a very good job of explaining our options and working with us to keep close to our budget amount. Every detail was attended to with a professional manner from the tile in our bathrooms to the kitchen cabinet installation.  We love our newly remodeled home and highly recommend Riverside Construction!
