    Appointment was confirmed 2 days prior and they never showed or called. When I called their voice mail box message said it was full and I wasn't able to even leave a message. Two weeks earlier I experienced the same message in making arrangements for this service. I texted 15 minutes after the scheduled meeting time (8:00 am) and did not get a reply until the following day at noon. The text message was a family emergency came up and asked to re-schedule. No mention of an apology. I for sure understand and truly sympathize with the family emergency (if there really was one) but to not follow up and at least offer some customer service dialog says to me they are not a company I want to be doing business with. The deciding factor was the full VM both times I called, 2 weeks apart.

    The work went great. Anthony and his team knew exactly what they were doing and fixed all the problems. Anthony leaves no stone unturned and he cleans everything back up and even fixes the wall. Many electricians will leave a hole in the wall and not fix it, leaving it for you to do or hire out again. I could not have asked for better service.

    The work was done well and for a reasonable price. The only problem was that in the inspection, the county inspector pointed out that additional work would be needed to ground my electric panel and water heater. These were outside of the initial job to install a new main disconnect outside the house, so I don't blame Excel much for that. But it would have been better if the electrician pointed out that the grounding might be an issue for the inspector, but that's hard to know what inspectors will require or not. That's my reason for a B grade overall, but I was very satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the electricians.

    I hired him to fix a fountain that I have in front of my home and he was to replace pump with one that would roll a heavy granite ball with water pressure .  He guessed at the pressure and size pump it would require and now I have to pay another electrician to remove the pump he installed and put the correct one in.  So aggravating he did fix the electrical to the pump but he was paid to fix the whole thing not just the electrical!!   Basically the way he left it, it was if it wasn't fixed at all. No apologies just oh gee I guess it doesn't work .  I really trusted that he could do the job.  If not why would he wouldn't have taken it  and that's what disappoints me the most. Be careful what you hire him for .

    They came out within a day and gave me a quote. Then they scheduled the work. They did the work on time and finished it within the estimated time. They cleaned up and everything was great. They did like 4 hours work.

    It started off with a deposit of $7000.00 to order cabinets. another $5500.00 when the cabinets were delivered. when the cabinets came 4 of the 10 were the wrong size. one had to be modified and 3 reordered. the installation of the 6 remaining cabinets was installed by a person who had no experience. two days after he put them up they had to come down and moved. since holes were already made for sink pipes and electrical outlets they had to be repaired. the second person who came was able to fix most of the mistakes but could not fix the altered cabinet that was rubbing against the light fixture. Next came the plumber to install .the sink faucet and garbage disposal that were purchased by me as stated in the contract. the plumber thru out the warranty brochure and receipts for both faucet and garbage disposal. Next up was the glass backsplash tile and the mounting of the Microwave oven. three people came installed about half of the backsplash and ran out of tile. not wanting to leave they proceeded to reinstall the microwave. they drilled two holes thru the overhead cabinet that had to be patched by another fellow. the backsplash that was installed by these three people also had to be removed and the wall repaired. electrical outlets were done by someone of dubious abilities. 2 of the 4 outlets he installed dont work. sending emails to Meltini and not having phone calls returned Ive decided enough is enough. I did due diligence in hiring this company and looked at all there ratings on the BBB and Angies list. the only thing i can conclude is i Caught them on the way out. the part that bothers me the most is i had a shop in NYC that did architectural wood work and cabinet installations. the only thing i can advise the next customer of Meltini Kitchen and Bath is to keep this site and BBB on your computer cause this will be the only satisfaction you get because the repairs you have to make to your project will outweigh the monies for the final payment of the contract. I made the final payment,less $300.00 for scratching my stainless refrigerator. The kitchen does look ok but the aggravation it caused took any satisfaction away.

    Louis did a very nice job. He was prompt with the estimate, it was fair for the work involved.  Louis was timely and did a nice job. To help with costs he used some of my on hand material, that was appreciated. We now have outside power for our gazebo,driveway and soon to be workshop.  As our renovations progress we will call ESG again. Thank you.

    I could not be more pleased with my experience with Bryan's Electric.  I believe in customer service.  My initial contact was with Bryan's wife.  She was personable, professional and seemed very knowledgeable of the problem I described.  I felt very comfortable that I had selected a good company.  I am on vacation in this area so I did not have a base of experienced contractors I knew to call upon.  I relied on Angie's list.  It was a solid decision.  Bryan called shortly after I spoke with his wife.  He was friendly and had me describe the problem I was having.  Fortunately he had work in the area the following morning so he indicated he would stop by after he completed his initial job.  Bryan called before arriving to let me know he was on his way.  Once Bryan arrived he greeted my wife and I as old friends would greet one another and immediately put us at ease.  He wasted no time.  In less than five minutes Bryan identified the cause of the power loss to the main room circuit.  He corrected the issue and moved to the second problem I identified.  I was so glad he checked because he indicated the receptacle in question was wired incorrectly.   He took a box of wires that looked like spaghetti and quickly consolidated the wires into a neat bundle.  He connected the circuit and what previously read as reverse polarity now showed no faults on the circuit.  It turned out there were two circuits running through the circuit.  There are a host of "high rollers" in the Palm Beach area so the prices I believe are higher per hour than what I find at my residence in Georgia.  However, the quality of work, the quick response and the congenial personality made the visit worth every penny.  I highly recommend Bryan to individuals who are visiting the area and most certainly to any one that makes the Palm Beach area their permanent residence.  I honestly don't think you'll find a better company.

    Jess was easy to get a hold of initially and provided a detailed written estimate.  His worker, Helbert, was very professional, punctual, and courteous.  Helbert is a perfectionist and he was not done with his work until it was 100% correct.  We were so happy with their work that we had them come back at a later date to remove and replace several fans and to rehang closet doors after the tile in the home was replaced.
    We will definitely be using them in the future.
