Jim, the owner answered the phone over the weekend and was kind enough to give me some advice before scheduling a service call. Although I haven't done what he suggested yet, he was willing to help me save some $$. Thanks! I'd definitely hire, if needed again!

First, I used them several times about 5 years ago and they were great. Times have changed. The original appointment, they were late and I had to leave. I thought they simply weren't coming. My husband (who didn't know exactly what needed to be done & was trying to help me) let them in when they arrived. They did work I didn't need done (and stained about 2 inches of new grout), didn't fix the leak (or even determine the problem - the leak was so bad my garage ceiling was falling down) and, $200 later, left. I called to give them a second chance (before I wrote a bad review) and spoke to Erica. She said she'd call me back after she talked to the plumber. I said I couldn't set the appointment at that second as I was walking into a meeting. I called back at 4:30, was told was the resolution was that they would waive the initial call fee. So I set the appointment. I stayed home from work for the 2nd appointment. They didn't show. I called back, spoke to Erica & she said that *I* never called her back! I explained that I called back that sameday at 4:30 & set the appointment. She puts me on hold and, instead of apologizing, asked me "When do you want to make the appointment?" No apology, no explanation...I reset the appointment...I should have known better... Third appointment... The plumber comes out. I explain to him the scope of what I want & assumed they understood (it's not rocket science). They installed my pedestal sink (which I had pulled out to check it wasn't broken as it was on the first appointment - not their fault), but didn't notice the large defect in the base (see photo). WHY did they not say, "Hey, do you still want us to install this, it had a large defect?" My answer would have been "NO"! They also installed the drain to the wall without changing out the pipe (which is what I wanted to make it look pretty behind the sink), then when I explained (I literally had to say, "Look at this new bathroom... I'm trying to make it look nice and *that* just looks dirty and unfinished (as you can see behind the sink)." The plumber said, "Well, you don't have the parts here to do that..." Really? After I explained what my intent was with the changing of the fixtures? I was amazed I had to ask "Well, do you have anything on the truck?" Sure enough, he did.) WHY did he not tell me this *before* he installed everything? So he then spent another 20-30 minutes correcting this error (and charged me for the time)... But he had to cut drywall out and left me do the repair! His response to the grout they stained with toilet was? "Well, I guess you're just going to have to cut it out & regrout it." Really?!? They couldn't try to clean it? So now, I'm $500 out of pocket to them and left with a defective sink installed, a new drywall repair & stained grout...oh and finding - after another conversation where I felt like I was pulling teeth - finding (but not repairing) a massive leak. I'm a pretty understanding person. I'm not expecting perfection, but this whole experience had me feeling frustrated & upset. Do I uninstall the sink myself? Wait for another to come in & pay someone else? They caulked the top to the base... And the drywall? And the grout? Thanks, guys...a house remodel is tough enough. Now I have even more problems...

    ST JOHNS PLUMBING
Robert was prompt, polite and worked quickly and accurately. He was able to come out the same day I called and replaced the cartridge and the handle which was old and salvageable. He made a special trip to purchase the needed handle at no additional charge for time.

Our tenant called saying that the hot water heater was leaking and the only shut off valve was for the entire house. I called Terry Vereen Plumbing and they came out within 2 hours. Once assessed and I agreed that a new heater was needed, they began to remove the old while a new one was being delivered. They were fast and thorough! They also installed a shut-off valve at the heater.

We have company coming tomorrow and we noticed the tub in the guest bath wasn't draining well. I called Robert this morning and he came by this afternoon - did a great job at a fair price. He also removed hair from the sink and replaced an outside spigot. I would definitely use him again.

I supplied the new shower faucet, handle and shower head. The bathroom was upstairs and had copper lines going to the old faucet. I wanted a transition from copper to the pvc and install new parts. The guy cut out about three feet of copper line and replaced it with pvc instead of just putting a small transition piece from the copper to the new pvc. There is a gap in between the handle and the piece that sits on the wall where the water is turned on. I had another plumber tell me that this will leak in a year or two and that they do that to assure a future job. He took the copper with him which sells for a big price. He did a good job on the toilet parts install. Then after all of that, he charged me almost $600.00. When I said something he said well, you know there is almost $300.00 in parts?????? The only parts they supplied was pvc, 8 connections and toilet parts. RIP OFF on the parts. I have used them in the past and they did great work and for a reasonable price but I will never use them again.

    Ogre Plumbing Contractors
No one looks forward to needing a plumber. But when you do need one, it is great to find a company that sends a team of polite professionals who know their job, communicate what they are doing, and accomplish the work in short order. Based on my experience with OGRE PLUMBING, I highly recommend them.

    All Florida Softwater Inc
No complaints. The water in our new neighborhood is incredibly hard and had a strong chlorine odor to it. Coming from a home with a softener and now being on city water, we made the decision to invest in a softener and RO system. We received three different quotes from companies in the area and this was the best. Several people in our neighborhood also used All Florida and recommended them. We didn't feel pressured during the sales pitch (no daily hounding phone calls) and got back in touch with the salesman several days later. Whole process went smooth. Drinking water and the softener system have made a big difference.

Thorough explanation of the type of softener needed was provided by Michael Moon(water treatment specialist), who took his time to explain the differences among what is currently available in the market and the benefits from All Florida Soft Water, after multiple quotes this was the first time the price paid was reasonable for the product, service and warranty, at no time did we feel we ere being hassled. . The system was installed by John who did a quick and clean installation. Both Michael and John were punctual, professional and had our best interest in mind.

Fearful of having no choice in water heater brands, I asked Mr. Wilson if I could obtain a brand of water heater of my choice -- he contacted his supplier and promptly returned my call. Within 6 hours of my initial contact (actual work time of 2 hours), I have a new water heater (of my selection) installed and working. Mr. Wilson also replaced a CPVC ball valve and galvanized pipes with brass and copper. He took care in soldering and making things not only per code and functional, but a clean-looking installation. He improved the builder-installed piping, checked for leaks (propane and water), cleaned the worksite, and hauled the old equipment away. I would use him in the future for other plumbing needs.
