The education the kids receive exceeds expectations. This is a family, they take you in and treat you like your at home. You will always be aware of each weeks lesson plans to work with your kids at home. School meetings and functions are always happening. If your looking for a school to advance your child this is it.

Dayspring was SUCH a positive experience for our family. It is a drop-in day camp for school-aged children. The cost is $18.00/child/day. We did not use Dayspring for the whole 2008 summer; just for about three weeks. The kids are constantly on the move at Dayspring. The staff ratio per child is low - less than 10 or 15 kids per group leader. Kids are separated into groups by grade. There are multiple groups per grade level. Groups rotate through activities during the day such as a board game room, outdoor play time, organized games in the gymnasium, a Wii room, and field trips. Field trips happened at least three days a week and were to roller skating, bowling, and an outdoor pool. All kids go on the field trips in rotating groups (i.e., they spend about an hour and a half or two at the activity before being bused back to Dayspring Church). These field trips are included in the price of camp. Once during the summer, there is a special trip over to Waterville. This trip costs $35.00. Lunch is not included in the camp; you can send a brown bag lunch or send money for a lunch that comes from a fast food restaurant (Chik-Fil-A, Burger King, etc.). The money is collected in the morning each day, and the food is brought from the restaurant to Dayspring and distributed from there. Morning check-in and afternoon check-out are easy and efficient. Staff is warm, friendly, and interact with the kids respectfully. Schedules with the week's activities are provided for parents to take with them so that you can dress your child accordingly (i.e., wearing shoes with socks on rollerskating day instead of sending your child in flip-flops). For the cost of this day camp, it is WELL worth it. We were so happy with Dayspring and so excited for registration for summer 2009. We are not members of this church, nor are we Baptist, so I was a little hesitant at first about using this daycamp, but I don't feel anything but positive about them after our experience last summer. There is no overt religion present at the camp (per the kids' report), and while the kids knew they were at a church, they said it wasn't a religious camp. What is nice about it being through the church is that you know they don't tolerate swearing, violence, or expose the kids to video games or movies that contain those things. I know the kids hear some crazy things on the school bus, and you can't keep them small and innocent forever, but I still prefer that their exposure to all that be as limited as possible, and I feel confident that Dayspring helps to keep the daycamp clean, safe and fun for the kids. The kids were excited about going to camp every morning on our way to drop them off and positive at the end of the day when we picked them up. When we asked in spring of 2009 if they want to go back for this summer, the answer was a resounding YES!

We used them for after school care. I have three small children. Two and a half years ago my wife got sick and began having seizures. It turned out she had a Stage 4 brain tumor. So we went to these people about a year in to that illness to sign the children up for that program because we knew she wouldn't be around for that long, and I'm a Marine and we work long hours. They signed our children up and guaranteed our children a spot would be available. My wife passed away in November and the children started there in December. Those people were wonderful. Not only did they take care of my children after school, they loved my kids and talked to them about it and just got them through the whole process. I have nothing but fabulous things to say about them. It gave her great peace of mind that they were going somewhere so good.

The folks at Hughes were top notch and caring. Their prices were low but their service was excellent. They has an option whereby you could witness the body entering the crematory space. This provided a much needed finality akin to placing a body in the ground. I would highly recommend this for any one using crematory services but this not be done by the average funeral home as they do not have their own crematories.

He was at least $1500.00 to $2000.00 less than anyone else.  Phil was tremendous for our family.  He came out to meet with my family at 11:30 P.M. the night before my mother died and we called him back the next day at 9:30 A.M., he arrived 30 minutes later with breakfast for the whole family.   He was caring, considerate, and compassionate!  Phil and his staff were all tremendous and I can’t say enough nice things about this gentlemen.
