  Lawn was horrific by the time they finished after 7 months of service, brown spots, weeds- a complete mess. When I called to cancel she asked why- I explained. She ask if I would like to speak to manager. I explained the service should never have to have me to elevate to repair a lawn this poorly maintained. No further response from office. Very disappointed based on the Angie List rating.

  I would highly recommend Zenpura Pest Control. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. They were also less expensive than our old service. We are definitely going to be repeat customers!

  Southern Fumigation and Pest Control, Inc

  Summary: Shady billing practices, thoroughly negative customer experience and zero communication, poor work quality, HUGE surprise charges after the fact ��� in short, why would you give them your business when there are so many other options? My experience with Southern Fumigation was totally negative at every point of contact. We scheduled a WDO with them because my closing timeline was tight and they were the only ones available at that notice. The inspector, Ashley, was perfectly pleasant but inattentive to her work. She used a PVC prod instead of a metal one like my real home inspector used, and totally missed one area of wood rot. Because she only marked two in her report, the seller would not pay to correct the one she missed (even though my home inspector easily caught it). This was frustrating, since she failed at literally her only job, but since wood rot is fairly cheap to fix and it was done and I had already paid my $125 invoice in full at time of service, I figured it was done and dusted and moved on. I might add that the house I was purchasing is a simple 950 sq ft box with a single gable roof. There could not be a simpler house style to inspect, and she still missed things. Imagine if your home had any level of complexity, how much would be overlooked! Then the real fun begins. Weeks after I���ve closed and moved in and am settled in my new house, I���m notified of ANOTHER invoice from Southern Fumigation and Pest Control. They decided to bill me an additional $75 for the WDO re-inspect as a separate fee, with no notice. Ashley did not mention this additional fee when I met with her for the initial inspection, and the other pest control services I had tried to work with ALL included this fee as part of the inspection - since there is no inspection without the reinspect to confirm the repairs had been made. The two are not separate services. One cannot exist without the other - unless somehow a house had absolutely nothing on their original report (which literally never happens. Never.) Obviously I was ******. This was bait and switch pricing! ���Hey we���re only $125, $25 less than the other guys!��� But they���re not. The true cost was $200, significantly more than their competitors. They���re deceptive about this to take advantage of stressed homebuyers juggling a million fees and surprise bills, and it���s despicable. When I tried to get in contact with literally ANYONE of management or decision-making capability in the office, I got nowhere. My emails were IGNORED. My calls went to the receptionist with a horrid attitude, Robbin, who immediately jumps to a defensive catty attitude when asked basic questions (���Why have I not heard back from a manager yet? Why has no one responded to my emails about my billing questions?��� etc). I���m not sure if this is because it was her fault my messages weren���t getting to the right people and she was covering her ***, but it was a really dreadful experience. I tried emailing Randall directly too, the only other contact address I had, but heard nothing from him either. Don���t work with these crooks. Give your money to someone who stands by their work and bills you with honesty. Or just returns your calls/emails. And for the record, I warned them that I would be writing an honest review of my experience with them��� in one of my emails��� that they ignored. So they were given every opportunity to fix their horrid customer treatment, and ignored it. It's not just the surprise extra $75 fee. It's the disgusting feeling in your gut of being taken advantage of by a shady business and being powerless to defend yourself against their billing.

  Jax Pest Control

  I have lived i Jacksonville, FL for 50 years and this is the Best Deal I have found.
  Kelly provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He thoroughly answered all my questions.We bought there entire "Bundled Package" which included Pest Control, Lawn & Ornamentals, Mosquito control and Termite Elimination and Prevention which included Formosan Termites with a $1,000,000 Termite Warranty.  Other companies wanted $1,500 and $1,999.The whole package retails for $$1,160. Good News is I got 6% off for paying a year in advance and another 10% off for being a Veteran.

  Perschel & Meyer Pest Management

  I was hesitant to contact Perschel & Meyer due to the reviews.  I noticed however that the most recent review was in 2014 and  I was referred by my lawn maintenance guy and trust his judgement.  So I decided to give them a chance and I'm so glad I did.  We've been using Perschel & Meyer since November and haven't looked back.  Justin was our initial contact and he has checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything is still going well.  I highly recommend this company!

  Terminix - Jacksonville -Termite & Pest Control

  I used the first 800 number found here on this site. It is a phone line for Angie's List members. The call was answered promptly and spoke with a live person immediatley. Her customer service was great. I explained the issue with the dead bugs located inside our house, and she scheduled a technician based on my availability. For that scheduled day, the estimated time would be 1-3PM. The technician, Mike, arrived a few minutes after 1PM which was great. He was courteous and was very knowledgable in his trade of work. Mike checked the issue and determined they were carpenter ants, and since they were dead no course of action was needed. He checked the interior and exterior of home to insure there was no water damage or others issues that would attract these bugs. The ants were using our property as a path between two other neighbors. Also, We recently purchased this home and the previous owners have had the termite bond for almost 20 years with Terminix. They transferred the bond to us and we will continue to keep the bond with this company as long as we own this house.

  Absolute Animal Removal

  We have had several companies look at our house and advise on how to treat attic rats that made their way in our attic.  I am confident that Jeff Econom of Absolute Animal Control has solved our problem for good. 
  I sought services to remove a rat from our attic when we smelled a dead one over our bathroom.  Jeff responded to my initial phone call almost immediately,  He even visited our house the same day.  He graciously worked with us and our schedule of leaving town to resolve our rat problem.  He inspected the exterior of our house and the attic and found the evidence of where the rats  were nesting and their entry points.  He created a plan to rid the attic of any nesting rats and then seal up their entry holes to protect our house from them for good.  
   I felt a tremendous sense of relief that Jeff solved our problems.  However, about a month later, I smelled a horrible odor in our bathroom again and called Jeff to see if he could determine if  the rats found a new way in our house.  Once again,  Jeff promptly returned my call and promptly came to our house to inspect it.  When Jeff went to our bathroom to inspect the odor, he advised that it smelled more like a gas than an animal.  It turns out that our camping heater buddy was in the bathroom and its almost full propane tank had leaked and was empty.   While we can look back on this and laugh a little about it, it is a testament to the consistency of Jeff's high quality of his professionalism and integrity of his services.  He did not hesitate to follow up on his work whatsoever. 
   Overall,Jeff was promptly responsive to my calls and prompt in meeting appointment times.  He is professional, highly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.  He offered us a very fair price for his work which in hindsight, was a tremendous value to us.  Above all of his professional strengths, we respect Jeff for his integrity most of all.  I highly recommend him.

  Bug Out Service - Beaches

  I haven't always loved the reports they gave, but I knew it needed to be done. I've used Bug-Out for 3 years now and have been very satisfied. I was having alot of problems with sugar ants in the 2nd year and they came in and really fixed the problem. If you dont stay on top of ants they can get really bad in this area. Every time I call they give a prompt response and are polite and professional.

  Nader's Pest Raiders - Ponte Vedra Beach

  Nader's completed the termite treatment services as contracted but they trashed my job-site in the process. When I contacted management they suggested that sometimes they need to throw things around to do their work and as long as they don't break things it is "to be expected".

  NATURES WAY NATURAL PEST CNTRL

  Great.We set up the appt by email and she called to let me know she was running a little late, but was almost on time and just took a minute. I use them for my yard,home interior,and termite protection. They are so knowledgeable and responsive. They probably aren't the cheapest, but their price seems competitive, and the excellent service and non-toxic products are worth every penny.
