The repair fixed the problem but problems with the installation were slowly discovered and DBMW did not want to acknowledge the potential fault or cause to their work. As a result of the repair, the dash vinyl covering started to buckle because the dash was not re-installed properly. A wiring harness was damaged and we later discovered the top would not retract on the convertible due to this damage.

Best experience with getting my car washed. By far best bang for buck. Derrick takes great pride in his work and won't stop until your car is looking perfect. Has great work ethic and was so great to work with. Only had to give him 1 day advance in scheduling.

They signed an inspection report saying that they looked at 125 or 150 different items, in preparation for me to sell the vehicle to a potential buyer. Upon talking to them about it, after they presented me with a $4000 bill for a perfectly working vehicle, they said they did not even open and inspect a number of the large ticket items which they recommended to be replaced, one of which was actually done at the facility. In other words, they said the timing belt needed to be replaced, for the tune of $800 and the timing belt was actually done at their facility, which means they never even looked up the car. I have the inspection report. They said since I was satisfied with it, they wouldn't charge me for it, but it was going to cost $105. They ended up waiving the fee.

I had a remanufactured transmission installed in a 2011 GMC Yukon for $3000 in 2011 with a 3 yr 100k warranty.  After only 22k miles the transmission has completely failed. It is past the warranty period but anyone would agree that a new transmission should last much longer than that if done properly. I went to the Tuffy store and they offered to fix it for $3500! Next I filled out a form on the Tuffy franchise site and immediately got a response that the franchise owner would call me. Bob never called; instead he emailed to state that a vehicle not driven often would have this issue. This vehicle is driven every day, but within a 5 mile block from home. No towing or hard or long miles. So not only is he making excuses for obviously sub-par work, he is making assumptions rather than having a conversation with me. In the email he apologized that there was nothing he could do, that the price of parts and labor had gone up so he could not give me more than the $200 break reflected in the $3500 price. I have been taking my vehicles there since they opened in 2011- every religious oil change, every regular maintenance that most people don't do, you name it. He acknowledged all this in his email but still nothing. Obviously i will not be giving them any more business and I hope anyone reading this will consider trusting this place to give good customer service, or even proper repairs.

Went in expecting the worse case scenario on my Chevy's air conditioning issues.  They did a quick review of the situation and providing with the costs for the worse case.  1/2 later the job was done and I was only out the cost for labor.  Very pleased with all aspects of their service.  Waiting area was clean, manager was polite and well spoken.  The work area was well kept and even the mechanics were polite.  Very positive experience.

Opted to replace the windshield and that's where all the problems started, with about 5 windshields ordered before they got the right one. Don't know if it's their mistake or the product being mislabeled,  but it was probably August before my car was finally repaired.

Excellent internet pricing, good sales response. Expected two rebates ($1400) which were applied. Told an additional $1000 if car financed. Instead of paying cash, financed. After 90 days told that $1000 had already been applied. (Sales & online personnel excellent!)

Excellent service and I saved hundreds of dollars! I had been taking the car to the dealer while it was under warranty, but shortly after that, they gave me a report for repairs they said were needed and it would cost a lot. So I checked Angie's List for alternatives and called JJ's. JJ's said they would check to be sure the work was necessary and gave me an estimate that was considerably less than the dealer. I found the staff to be very professional and sincerely interested in making sure I was satisfied. Since then, I have been taking my cars to JJ's for other regular service and minor repairs and continue to be impressed with every aspect of their business.

I can't say much about the quality of work because it wasn't visible, but it was very obvious that the shop is poorly managed. I made an appointment for the airbag and oil change and was told to come at 11am and see Jim who will be my service advisor and everything schools take 1-1.5 Hours. Upon arrival there was no Jim and no one else wanted to be responsible for my case it appeared. I had one person walk in the door and gave me a friendly smile saying"we'll be right with you" and walking out the other door. They were 3 other employees in the room and no other customers , but still no one acknowledged. After several minutes a lady felt bad and unwillingly helped me out. Upon telling her my name she voiced her dismay that no one had printed my paperwork and that she had to do that. Than she informed me that the car would be ready in 4-5 hours depending what airbag it was and she couldn't tell from her computer and that no one else would know either. Asking why i was told 1 hour on the phone, I was informed that"the phone appointment people have no clue and always throw out incorrect times". Since I was on my lunch break and had planned to wait they offered me a shuttle back to work. However the shuttle driver was an hour away. After an hour the shuttle driver came and was nice, but also complained about how he had no time for lunch and that it will be tight afternoon for him since "the company acted like it was the end of the world" if they had to pay him OT. After that it worked like promised. Car was done at 3:30 and oil change was $40 for regular oil. Positively, they did not try to sell me any useless extra maintenance items. Overall, I would not go back and try the other ford dealer in town if I had to go back to a dealer for whatever reason

I went to the shop right before closing the day before New Years Eve to get a quote on four new tires.  The owner called around to get the best price, had them shipped over the next morning and installed on my car within one hour of me dropping it off. Very courteous, great service.
