    Floor Depot
This was a great experience. First impression as you walk into the showroom is a small Mom and Pop business. The sales guys at the showroom are casual and down to earth. They were very patient with all our questions and selections. They ordered us a sample from the mill of what we thought we wanted. Even though Floor Depot was less expensive than another place we priced it, we all agreed that the carpet we thought we wanted was overpriced for what it was. They suggested another carpet that was a good alternative and a better price. The installation was on time and extremely professional. This place has a well experienced staff, most of which have been with them for many years. Even their installers are employees and not hired out. They seem very relaxed and proficient at what they do. My wife and I would certainly recommend Floor Depot in Clearwater for any flooring needs.

    Yeager & Company Inc
We had a bad rain storm which caused a slip and fall down our stairs, we asked when we could move this up in the schedule which led to Jim's (retired Marine) team coming out the next day to start that project. His crew lead by Chris (retired Army) had the project done in two days. They came back and did the wall, floors, molding and all the other work on schedule and on time. Even Beth the lady who answers the phone took a personal interested and saw the pictures of what were doing and commented on it. It felt like family was helping us, retired service men/women with great skills and Jim even provided us with ideas on work that could do that wouldn't even get paid for. The design, the work and the people, we are and will use them again.

AAA Services of Central Florida Inc
AAA Services of Central Florida, Inc(AAASCF) was excellent. We were not experts and did not have the time needed in planning renovations or hiring subcontractors and needed a company that was not only a good construction contractor but would act as a project manager. From the planning stages by bringing the plumber, electrician, and tile/floor man in from the start, exchange of ideas helped with formalizing our remodeling ideas. All contractors were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Every day wasn't complete until they finished cleanup. When the contractors were not sure on a particular plan idea, they would contact me directly for additional information on what we were attempting to accomplish. Then it was up to them to make it happen. Our timeline was met and we were able to move back into our unit by 5/31 with only a small punchlist to resolve. We would highly recommend Joe Logar(owner) and AAASCF for renovations in the Tampa Bay area.

    Swaine Carpet Service Inc
Rex and Rex provide the best service at the best price. They are very professional, on time, thorough, very nice and neat. I went to work with old blue carpet on my outdoor patio and returned to new green carpet. They removed all my patio furniture, removed the old carpet, secured the boards, installed the new carpet and replaced my patio furniture exactly as it was.. I recommend Swaine highly.

    Floor Coverings International

I thought the product choices were very good and the price slightly on the high side of all researched. Concern was the length of time it took to get the work done once the product was ordered arrived.

    Seer Flooring, Inc
It was very organized and everything was kept clean and the job was completed in 2 full days. Sean's  workers were quick and with no breaks. I never saw anything like it. Also very easy to communicate with and all I asked for was done.
The owner Sean is a blessing in disguise. He understood what I wanted and explained everything in detail as to why laminate has to be installed in a certain way. Just so happy it all turned out beautifully and done so quickly and painless. Thanks again Sean.

    In a word, awesome.....
New to the area and needed to replace an old, builders grade carpet throughout our condo. Shied away from the big box guys because I wanted someone local and in the "floor business". Met Patrick at the showroom, he was patient and walked us through all the options and gave us a lot of insight into carpet. Would not get that from a big box guy. We picked the sample, he came out and measured and the carpet was ordered. It came in on time and was scheduled and installed when we needed it. The 3 man install crew was amazing, professional, helpful, clean, and did I say professional....They worked fast and very precise and obviously did this for a living, not some sub guy who is learning on the fly. Very pleased and glad we went with Patrick and crew. I will recommend them to all my friends and family and those in our building. Pricing was very competitive and service was outstanding (have owned 3 properties in the past 2 years so I have lots of experience with carpet and floor guys and a pretty good understanding of costs).

    Yeager & Company Inc

The owner of this company came to our house for an estimate. We intend on removing all carpet from stairs and installing wood treads with new railings. Removing all carpet from main floor and upper hallway to install tile. Once here, he tried to push us towards some composite cardboard product.  Never did he attempt to take any measurements, just said he would send an estimate. For what I ask? It was very clear the work we required was way beyond his capability, why not just state that!

After further checking, Yearger is simply a carpet company, trying to push a product that's within their capability to install, to be honest I would not try to sell this to my worst enemy. Angie's list is not perfect, be careful reading all reviews as all are not true. Yearger should of just been honest, and stated our work was beyond his capabilities!!!!!

Just so you know....This review was written by my husband and not me. He is a general contractor and knows more than most in any construction field. I was on the phone during your presentation, however, I did see the material you were trying to push and my husband did not want that. Your are not a true gentleman as your comments show that.

    Upright Remodeling
Our first contact was with Art.  Art, a true professional, came out to our house and took the time to understand the changes that we wanted. Art made a few visits before we started the work to ensure that we all agreed on the scope of the remodel. Bill accompanied Art on various occasions. Art and Bill had the expertise and vision to make suggestions to finalize our plans and begin construction. Nate was the supervisor of the crew that worked on the project. Nate was extremely easy to work with.  During the project, Nate had several good ideas that we incorporated into our remodel.  Nate and his entire crew took pride in their work. Communication was excellent from beginning to end.  Although we were not present for most of the remodeling, we were consistently kept informed of the progress. We were satisfied with the time it took to complete the job.  It is clear that customer service is of utmost importance to Upright.  We would certainly use them again.

    Authentic Hardwood Flooring
The experience with them was absolutely horrible. I had to have the floors completely removed and redone by another company. I didn't make the last payment. He didn't have a full crew, he just had one man, the man was a horrible person. He tore up the old flooring and put down the base flooring in a very bad manner. It was wavy, and you could see dips in it. It was discolored, it had a film on it. The thresh hold that he used were not correct, and they were dangerous, you could stand on one side of my townhouse, and see the floor going in waves. It never shined up, and it looked horrible. I gave them an opportunity to come back and fix it because my lawyer told me to, and they made it worse. Some of the repairs that they did was worse then when they had fixed it. Finally I kicked him out of my house. They were not apologetic at all. They were like I was being picky. I had two other companies come in, and see if they could repair it, and they said that they could not. They said it looked like a DIY job. I had lost my sister at the same time, and so I just could not deal with it. Then a couple of months later, I got another company to come and redo it. The owner of the company was out of town when it was being done, and when I tried to call him, he was in North Carolina, and he was there most of summer.
