  • I was disappointed to find my appointment was not with the doctor (Koretsky) but with a PA. She used a computer to diagnose and determine what steps to take next. She barely looked at me. She did not examine me, except to look at my throat and then tell me she did not know what the trouble was from. When I asked about seeing the Dr. she told me that he only does office hours one day a week and that he only does that for the patients that demand to see a doctor. So the wait to see him is a very long. Dr. Koretsky mainly just does surgeries, colonoscopies and endoscopies. I can say that he is very good at the stuff he does do. I had no complications from my endoscopy and my throat was not sore like the time before when another doctor performed it. I do wish he would wait until patients have a chance to fully wake up before coming to talk to them. Apparently I had a full conversation with him and I don't remember ever seeing him afterwards, much less talking to him. I'm told by another doctor that Koretsky does not believe that acid reflux can cause a cough. So, if you have LPR (acid in the throat) you might want to consider someone else. My follow up appt with the PA was non-productive.

  • I have been going to Dr. Fran for about 1 1/2 years, first for pinched nerves. I felt better after the first session and completly corrected in about 3-4 sessions. I go every month for total maintenance and haven't had any further episodes with pinched nerves.
Dr. Fran takes time to examine, explain and provides an excellent service.
She is easily accesible between scheduled visits when needed. Always on time and communicates routinely with her patients.
I refer as many as possible for chiropractic care to Dr. Fran.

  • They made such a different and even my parents agree. The entire clinic from therapy to the doctors were just great. I would give them 100% and then some. They also have an organization that I am able go to Colorado to snowboard and then to California for kayaking, swimming and a whole list of other sports.

  • I like Dr. Hershberger, but I don't like the crowdedness of the office. The administration has a tendancy to overbook appointments and it's like a cattle barn. The quality of the care is excellent. I had to go on an emergency basis and they were able to get me right in.

  • What stands out is professionalism. He works with you, he understand the situation, financially they work with you. The staff is very professional, and very good. You won't be sitting around in the office. They claim you won't be sitting around for more than 30 minutes and they stand by that. They are prompt.

  • They are the best doctors in the world.  They are world renowned for transplants.  They are always in the top three ranks of best hospitals in the country.  Now the government is looking into what they call a ‘Mayo Model’ and to try to switch all medical care in the country into a ‘Mayo Model’ instead of a pay free service model because they are constantly on time, courteous and considerate of the customer.  It has always been a comparatively peasant experience to deal with Mayo Clinic.

  • The physical examination was thorough and she takes time to listen to all your physical problems. She will then address each medical problem and explain her plan of care. She is highly trained, skilled and knowledgeable in the field of Internal Medicine/GYN Care. Cynthia displays a genuine concern for her patients health and well being.

  • Dr. Dickinson has strong opinions and shares them freely. I have suffered with sinus infections for 20 plus years and have had three sinus operations (FESS). My sinus passages have been drilled open but I still get sinus infections very frequently. I provided a copy of a cat scan that was a couple of years old and the results of blood tests for allergies. Dr. Dickinson did not think that a blood test for allergies was worth much and preferred a skin test. Although the skin tests have never showed that I am allergic to anything and I was skeptical in view of the results of the blood test which was negative. Eventually I agreed to have the skin test done and to visit a surgeon for a possible sinus operation.

  • The appointment went well. He was friendly and professional. He examined me and said he thought it probably was acid reflux. He recommended me for an endoscopy which he performed two weeks later. I was pleased with everything about Dr. Fitzgerald, except when it came to delivering test results. The actual endoscopy went very well; I had no complications. He told me he'd seen some red areas and taken biopsies. He prescibed me medicine and said there "were definite signs of acid reflux." That was the last I heard from him. About 10 days later and nurse called to tell me my test results were beneign. I took this to mean there was no cancer. It wasn't until two months later when I was done with the meds and the pain came back that I found out the truth. I had gastritis that was brought on by the medicine I suspected all along. He did prescibe the right medicine, but he never told me what was wrong with me so I got off the meds when I thought I had to. And becuase I was still on the medicine that was doing all the damage, it didn't make a difference that I was taking a PPI anyway. It couldn't possibly heal. On top of that, Dr. Fitzgerald moved right after the endoscopy and I didn't even know. Maybe that's why he never told me what was wrong. Maybe he was already gone. What a shame for me and many other patients who needed to get answers. I think it was careless.

  • It went wonderful. She is very thorough when it comes to the diagnoses and she listens to all my needs and concerns. She is very knowledgeable in her line of work. Before I start a new medication she makes sure that it will not have any negative interactions with me.
