I recently started seeing Dr. Capraro and could not be more pleased! She is professional, intellitgent, knowledgable and gives me her undivided attention each time I see her. I could not ask for a better primary doctor and feel very blessed to have found her!

The company operates very well designed website that facilitates contacts between care givers those who need them. The site is easy to use, and we found people we needed. The caregivers are independent, but CareFamily does back ground checks, and can provide payroll services to insure taxes are paid as required by Federal law. Rachel was very responsive to my initial questions.

Dave taught me about the Mckenzie method of controlling my back pain. Although my pain will never go away, he showed me a way to at least make it more tolerable. I highly recommend Dave. Some of the other therapists are very nice and well meaning, however I don't feel they are as effective.

I saw David Smith  2/3/16-3/10/16. I needed rehabilitation for my replaced knee. David is a very competent therapist with great intrapersonal skills. He communicated each step of my care explaining why we were doing each exercise, His teaching skills were excellent not only with me but I noticed he did this with each client. I actually learned a lot about some issues I had when he was teaching someone else about it.
I actually had fun there. The staff seemed to work well together and seemed to enjoy working together.
I now have full range of motion thanks to David

They made such a different and even my parents agree. The entire clinic from therapy to the doctors were just great. I would give them 100% and then some. They also have an organization that I am able go to Colorado to snowboard and then to California for kayaking, swimming and a whole list of other sports.

When calling to make an appointment with our primary care doctor, we were informed he was no longer with the practice. We received no notifications that our doctor was leaving. Myself, my husband and my son all see this doctor. Not one notice was received. The one doctor remaining in the practice is so busy, we could barely get in. The staff is not rude, but they are not very personable either. Trying to make appointments is exhausting, and trying to get a copy of records can be near impossible (was told it would take 7-10 days to get them to me). When calling, I am typically on hold at least 3 - 4 minutes. It's just a very unorganized, overworked practice. I'm glad we have located our doctor at the other practice. It doesn't bother me at all to be somewhere else.

X-rays taken, EKG suggestions to go to my back center doctor after reviewing my X-rays. He has been my primary doctor for several years. He always explains the current problems and gives me a yearly check up. He is a wonderful caring doctor. The office staff is great too.

It went well to begin with. They were able to meet our needs. Then they wanted to implement things that I did not feel was necessary. They employ people from other countries. At times their English was very hard to understand which made it difficult for my father.

I visited oneil several times over a one year period. Several
mistakes were made by him and his staff.
Here are the mistakes That occurred in my case:
    1) nurse sticks band aid on ungloved hand that is supposed to go on my open wound after she adminsters the shot. Needless to say i correctd her and made her put gloves on and get a new band aid.
    2) Miss communication or lack of understanding from head nurse to
administrator of shots as to what shots i'm getting and how many I'm
supposed to get. Makes me wonder if I really have immunity now or if
they screwed the important sequence of shots that is necessary to make
    me immune.
    3) Mis diagnosis of problem i had. I wont go into what the
problem was but the test performed is very primitive. So He recommends me
to a surgeon at health first who confirmed the problem with the same primitive test.
The end result would have been 10K of surgery.
I was unimpressed with the testing technique and wanted to know more about my problem so i requested a MRI.
The surgeon was willing to give me a cat scan but said it was unnecessary. I decided to go to a completely another doctor outside of health first and got the same primitve test abd the resulk was negatvie and then i got a cat scan and found the diagnosis by oneil was not correct. No surgery for me!
    4) Later on out of the blue I get phone call saying i have an appointment. I ignore it but it bothers me becasue now I want ot know if i missed some shots. So I call them back up about two months after the appointment and they cant tell me what the appointment was for explaining they just changed to a new system and they lost a lot of appointments so i ask if they can verify if i got all my shots and the staff forwards me to answering machine. I leave a message and never get a reutrned call.
    5) Somewhere in the middle of this I asked oneil to give me an MRI since the sergueon would only give me a cat scan. HE tried to convince me that insurance wouldnt pay for it so i offered to pay it out of my pocket. he said he would contaact the surgeon and get back to me and he never got back to me.
All in all i would say they probably help a lot people there and do some good work. But I would say ask as many questions as possible and get as many tests as possible to gather as much information about the problem you have so informed decisions can be made by you and your doctor.

Different forms of therapy available including traditional physical therapy requiring a doctors script, also pilates or yoga based therapy not requiring a script.  Very intense and focused workout/therapy based on your condition and needs.
