    Terrell's Mobile Detailing Service
Terrell was friendly, polite, professional, punctual and did a great job overall. We were very happy with the quality of his work. He took his time and was very thorough. We would definitely recommend him ... also, his price was very reasonable! Excellent Job :-) *NOTE: ( I'm not going to enter the cost on this review---As I stated, his fee was extremely reasonable. Obviously, the cost will vary depending on the specific services you request for your particular vehicle).

    Tops of Tallahassee, Inc.
A bought a Honda Ridgeline that had a stained and odorous interior (smoker). The body and mechanical condition of the vehicle was excellent, and a I got a great deal due to it didn't show well at all because of the interior. I saved about $7K on the used vehicle, and then priced around town the cost to re-upholster in black leather.  TOPS was competitively priced and provided the most detailed information about what they could do, how much, how long it would take and the options.  After asking around, my mechanic recommended them, I learned that the local dealer (who was twice as high) subcontracted TOPS their work and a co-worker recommended them.  It was a rainy day when they did the work so they advised that they needed an extra day for the carpet to dry before it was put back - TOPS was more concerned with a job well done than a quick finish. It is awesome - looks like new, possible better than my wife's Pilot which has original stock.  A great investment and way to bring life and value to your car.

Wanted a custom front plate for my '69 Impala, we sat down, i told them what was in my mind, and they ran off several samples. We came up with a fine finished product. Nota gripe in the world

We wanted to sell out 12 year old automobile. The interior was nasty, having been used by our daughter while in college. She also visited the horse barn daily.  Ben at Splash & Dash made it like new. He even got the visors, and headliner. When we  sold the car, we received comments how clean it was.

Great service, could do without the only salesman there walking around in a baseball cap and jeans and a fresh dip on his breath. Other than that, we will be back for more vehicles and more service.

Make sure you look over the car fully when they are done.  they don't get the details on the car like I would like.

HORRIBLE job on the outside. Dirt was found all over the outside of the car. It didn't even look as though it had been washed. The inside looked great but the hood, roof and rear window were really bad. If I had not been in a rush to return to work and had been able to really look at the car, I would have never paid.

Super Clean Auto Detailing & Mobile Services
Our ancient Jeep Grand Cherokee was now old enough to vote and she needed a good cleaning. I could have gotten out the hose and a bucket, but thought it was time to treat her to a professional wash. Where, tho? Angie's List wasn't much help, so I went to another review site and found Super Clean. Reviews for the quality of the work were stellar, but it sounded like a thorough wash and wax could take some time. It also seemed that the waiting area wasn't really someplace one would want to spend even a couple minutes much less a couple hours. Fortunately, it seemed that Super Clean would come to us even though no one who had given a review seems to have used the mobile service. Sounded like the option we needed provided it wasn't too much extra. Quick! To the phone. The published number was dialed, but it was late in the day and no one answered. A message was left, but over the course of the next few days, no one called us back. We called again. Yay! Someone answered, but was rather distracted as it seemed they were washing a car with one hand and holding the phone with the other. Still, we got a price quote of $60 for a wash and wax package. Super reasonable. How much for the mobile service? $10 extra. Incredible. Sign us up. With what seemed a big of reluctance, the voice on the phone suggested 2:00 the following afternoon (Thursday) and asked us to text our address. We texted the address and eventually got a terse response indicating that the address had been received. Hurray! Our poor jeep was soon to be shiny (more or less) once again! Or maybe not. The next day, 2:00 PM approached, arrived, and faded into the past. A text to Super Clean asking if they were still planning on coming went unanswered. Eventually, we gave up and called. We were assured they were coming. After another couple hours as the sun set slowly into the west, it became obvious no one was coming. About that time, the cell phone rang. Not recognizing the number, we let it go to voice mail. Lo and behold! It was the Super Clean guy! We called back and the phone was answered by the guy's wife or girlfriend, or maybe his mother.  Once on the line, he explained that he had just been too darn busy to keep the appointment, but did sound sorry. He was even willing to come out Sunday after church. What a guy. Fast forward a few days. I guess no one reading this will be surprised to hear that once again Mr Super Clean didn't show up on Sunday and didn't call. Our poor Jeep wasn't getting any cleaner. Was it time to give up on Super Clean? As fate would have it, Super Clean just happened to be on our route between our favorite restaurant for breakfast and Publix. So as we neared it, my wife decided we should stop in, so I pulled in. Honestly, I'm not good at this type of things, so I acted as backup, staying in the Jeep while my wife spoke with the owner, a young guy in a funny hat. No punches were thrown and no throats were throttled. That was a good sign. When she was back in the car, she said that "he was such a nice guy, I couldn't yell at him."  We now had a new appointment for 9:00 AM the following day. All I had to do was to text him our address. When we got home, I texted our address. I was excited. Was our long automotive nightmare coming to an end? Zip ahead to the next morning at 9:19 AM. Uh oh. Our Jeep looked lonely in the driveway when it should have had company in the form of one mobile car wash truck and an eager young man with a mission to make the Jeep sparkle. To the phone! Look! A text from Super Clean a few minutes earlier requesting our address. The text is from a completely different phone number than the published number that I had sent our address to the previous day. It is also completely different than the number we called Thursday evening to set up the ill-fated Sunday appointment. I take a deep, calming breath and text the address. Wait an hour. Text again asking for an update. Is someone still coming? Polite and affirmative response via text 30 minutes later.  Fast forward three hours. No Super Clean. No response to the next two texts. Never heard from them again. I've never, ever had so much trouble trying to give someone our business. We'll find someone to give the old Jeep a good washing eventually. We tried really hard for that someone to be Super Clean, but really, after three strikes, they're out. It seems that actual mobile service is not in their repertoire. Maybe, tho, if you go and sit in their uncomfortable waiting area, you can get your car washed.
