Everything went very well. Our cabinetry was ordered through Deems and we were anticipating a mid-January start for the project with Schnettler Construction being our contractor over the project. Mr. Schnettler came to us and asked if it would work for us if he started in mid-December due to the extensive demo needed in the master bath and the amount of tiling that would be done. We were more than happy with starting early. He is very easy to talk over ideas with the home owners and work through any issues with the ideas to come to a result that is what the home owner wanted. Very neat and clean with the work areas as well as being very conscientious about protecting the non-work areas of the house. We found Mr. Schnettler to be an excellent contractor and a pleasure to work with for our remodeling. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

Mr. Chandler is very professional and pleasant. He did a beautiful job replacing our tile around fireplace. He cleaned up after the job, no dust or mess left behind. I would recommend Mr.Chandler to my family and friends anytime.

Richard and his crew did a great job! The estimate was fair, they were punctual and had the job finished faster than expected. I would definitely hire Stone and Wood Renovations again and would recommend them highly if you are looking for a professional company that does outstanding work!

This company is excellent.  We had a very bad experience with another provider so were really tight on time to do the job we wanted done before our family arrived for Easter.  We went to Micael's store and as they did not carry the tile we wanted they sent us to Proline Tile in Crystal River, with whom they have an account.  We found our tile and contacted Michael's to do the job.  They scheduled for Jimmie to come out quickly and measure up and he said he could do the work in a week and a half's time which was great for our time schedule.  The tiler (Sam who works with Jeff Stearns team) arrived on the Monday morning and began installing the tile and completed both the bedroom and lanai by the Friday evening.  He worked very hard all week and was meticulous with the finish.  He is awesome with his work and the job he did is so professional.  The following Monday we had the carpet fitted and the guys who came to do that also did a fantastic job.  They were neat and even though we had a seam in the carpet you cannot see it.  The whole job is finished to a wonderful standard and looks amazing so whenever we need carpet or tile again, we will go straight to Michael's.

They started in bedroom and ran out of materials and he (owner Randy) claimed it was not his fault, even though he did the measuring.  He actually looked at me like I was going to pick up the $500 or $600 difference in the measuring mistake.  He then quoted me a price to do the Dining Room and Den which I had not fully decided to do up to that point.  The price he gave me was the same price he had quoted me in the beginning (before the measuring mistake) when we were considering doing all 3-rooms?   We decided to add the dining room and den at that point once I saw the actual floor down in the bedroom.  Then, we had to wait weeks with the bedroom and closets half emptied out and scattered in different places while waiting for balance of the floor for the bedroom to come in.  Once the floor came in Randy and his crew finished the bedroom, dining room and den.  They were going to leave and I said that I wanted the floor done that day.  He said 'Oh, we were going to give you a break'   I knew if they left it would be a mess I would have to deal with again - whenever he would get around to coming back - and I just wanted it finished.  When they finished that day, I asked Randy about the trim being too high in the dining room where the floor around the dining room touched up against the tile leading into the kitchen, foyer areas and he said it needed to settle.  Waited couple weeks for it to settle and called him telling him that it was still too high and need to be adjusted.  He personally called me and made an appointment that he later denied making.  He missed the appt.  Total no show.  Devon, from his office, called me prior to the appt to schedule an appt and I told Devon that Randy already called me and made an appt.  Never heard back from anyone and Randy never showed up.  He did, however, show up the Sat before the scheduled appt, unannounced, and said he would be back, he spoke with my husband who was surprised to see him.  Finally, weeks later, he sent two men out to finish the job on 4/22/15.  They had to remove the entire trim, then glue and trim with a saw to make it fit the way it should have been done the first time.  Funny, it seemed to need no settling this time.  Seems to me he wanted to leave early the day of the install and did a hurry-up job on the trim with the 'settling' excuse..  Again, we had to wait weeks for the job to be finished.  Very unprofessional in my opinion, and when I brought up the missed appt, he (Randy) had an attitude and did not want to talk about it and even denied making it!  He flat out made the appt and lied about it - PERIOD!  I will admit, the actual floor does look great and they did a good job installing it, except for the time it took and the trim situation.  I found him on Angie's List and used him because of that reason but will never use him again or recommend him.

    FLOOR WAS ORDERED 1/20/15

INSTALL STARTED 2/20/15 (ran out of materials)

INSTALL COMPLETED (except for trim situation referenced above) 3/18/15

    TRIM FINISHED 4/22/25

Trim finishing was not right once I notice a hole in the baseboard that was not there before and two edges are not lined up.  Called him around 4/23rd and he said he would be out when he is in the area... to date (5/6/15) he has not been here.

Would never use this company again.

The entire crew at West Coast Floors was professional, timely and thorough.  Once we accepted the bid they showed up on site and completed the job in 1 day.  They moved the machines and put them back into place even though they had requested that to be done in house.  I was very pleased with their work and the floor came out absolutely amazing.  Thanks Guys.  You will continue to get business from us.

He was on time and worked constantly, very neat and left the condo very clean.  The tiles were very large and they were set tightly as we requested.  There was a need for lots of leveling between the rooms and that was done to perfection.  We are very happy with the results and would do it again.  The price was rather high, but the quality more than made up for the price.

Much better than Home Depot! (HD wanted us to buy extra flooring to match pattern, which West Coast showed us was not necessary!)
The only problem was the first pattern we picked was being discontinued, so we needed to pick a different one.

They were on time, neat and clean in the work; thorough; had an excellent customer service attitude; took the time to do the finishing touches that distinguishes a good contractor from a mediocre one.
