It's not as wonderful as it could be. The wait is too long. There's nothing special about the waiting room. It's a room that was converted into a waiting room and wasn't designed for comfort. The staff is only one person and I'd fire her. She seems to be competent but not great at renewing prescriptions. I like the doctor and his bedside manner. I use him regularly. I'm satisfied enough so I'll keep going.

My last experience with him was fine. I've been going to the same doctor for 25 years. I've known him for a long time. The people are friendly. I never like the wait. But that's the same with all the doctor's office. I had one problem with billing and administration in the past but those guys got it resolved once they knew there was a problem.

He is cool you really don’t see him. His staff sucks especially his front desk. His wife Maria is awesome. He is good when you get to see him. Gutleber and his Maria are good but you really do not get see Dr. Gutleber because he is in and out you have to wait. They will say they will call you in. They are very inaccurate but aside from that I never been to a more rude practice. To improve the service outpatient communication, may be common sense and common courtesy. They are inaccurate and incompetent because they did not record things right. My husband had open heart surgery and I am disabled with major nerve damage with arthritis in my back and my foot and multiple of other issues include a huge possibility of having MS. They do not know anything about what happens to people when they have MS. I do not expect them to not the lay person. I would expect them to understand some of the issues there is other may be indirect complications or signs and symptoms of MS and other nerve damaging issues when it comes for healthcare professionals I think they better get there out together. Front desk I could not tell you her name but I never seen anybody so rude in my life and I could not believe that Maria Gutleber allowed her to speak to me and anyone else in that fashion. They also did not know who did what. Very very poor and I am dealing with social security and some serious issues. When I first got in they took my husband's insurance, we weren’t married yet and I did not have insurance and I was really shocked, but I do not have money for it so they did see me. That was the first time I got to see Dr. Gutleber and we both like Dr. Gutleber and then we got to see his wife Maria and she is either a microbiologist or whatever. First I thought she was a nurse practitioner. They were awesome but then it got to the point where he wasn’t feeling well and they were having people in and out and their staff is inadequate. They do not communicate with each other to say oh did you just call me, who did what task and why did you want them. You call me up and then call me in and say your results are in. I go to get up oh no you have to see the doctor, I said I know you just called me and I see the doctor by the time she took care of that he was gone for the day. She didn’t attend to me because she does not want to see this women and I do not want to see this woman in this office again. Ooh she said that in front of the entire staff. Well then my insurance ran already. I was the one that wrote the letter all I needed them to do was find and at that point Maria Gutleber says to me well who wrote this letter, I said why, because it very well written. Well not only am I a healthcare professional my entire family is a medical family. I know how to write a letter and she is so impressed with it she said I can’t do this because John is not here that her husband, Dr. Gutleber and I brought this in last week and we are talking about my social security I am trying to get my benefit and this needs to be, so finally walking out to feel take care of it and that was it I got my letter I sent it in. I got a note of my disability and I do not need to see them anymore and if Bruce wants to go because they are close he is actually going to have prescription written out if he does. He is probably just going to go to his cardiologist. I always waited even if I had an appointment. Punctuality sucks. Their office environment would be pleasing to look at because it is a really cool building and then they have it decorated nice but nobody knows who is doing what. People are just walking in circles all the way round which you do not. They are a lot of room don't and there is a lot people. At one point, I even have to reinforce, people just walk in and wrong room or no never mind whatever and all they do the same thing and somebody else just checking my blood pressure you know who gave you the shot, did you get the shot who was that gave you, I don’t know.

There are no words that can express the way Dr Yahia is with me (her patient) She is the most thorough, compassionate Dr. I have had in all my life that i can remember. Her bedside manner is off the chart! She is a great listener and very meticulous in every thing she does. When I moved down to FL (2005) a co-worker recommended me to another Dr in the office. At the time that Dr was not accepting new pts. The receptionist recommended I see Dr. Yahia. Well i was glad I did!  I am very particular about the doctor i choose because of some bad experiences. Dr. Yahia has such a calming affect and you will never be rushed out of her office. She will let you address all your concerns and she will give a diagnosis and a follow up. Sometimes she will refer you to a specialist but she will always follow up with the results. I could write a book on my experiences in Dr Yahia office. Everyone is so nice, her staff is wonderful! (Amy and Seanequa). She has other staff members but i do not know their names off the top of my head. If you need bloodwork, Dr Yahia office is a one stop shop. VERY CONVENIENT!  The wait time is usually around 15 min. But I am here to tell you I would not mind waiting hours if i had to, that is how great a Dr she is! She also reminds me every year for my yearly checkups. Dr. Yahia has been there for me through my ups and downs dealing with death in the family, anxiety when I retired. It was a very trying time, But Dr. Yahia got me back on track. I even had fears of the Dentist. Dr Yahia would remind me that I had to go. And finally I made the move to the Dentist and it is all good now. My fears are gone! I could go on and on about Dr. Yahia. I just would like to say she is one Dr. who always goes above and beyond for everyone! You will not be disappointed with her. She is a 5 Star Doctor in my eyes!

I discovered New Heights Rehab, LLC when I required therapy
for the continued healing of a badly broken ankle as the result of an auto
accident. Dr. Blerim Dibra, PT, DPT, LMT and his staff were kind, considerate
and highly professional during all of my appointments. Because of the insurance
situation of the at fault driver, I required reasonable rates since I was
responsible for my own bills. I found the charges for services to be extremely
Dr. Dibra is a very patient man and he listened to each of
my questions, concerns and fears and responded with illustrations and
explanations so that I could understand just how my body was reacting to the
healing process and the purpose of each of my exercises. Because of this
understanding, I was better able to actively participate in my recovery as well
as feel excitement as I passed each milestone in my healing.
I was also able to see Dr. Dibra and other therapists with
other patients and I noted their kindness and more importantly, their respect for
each of these patients. Dr. Dibras ability to listen and understand the
concerns of his patients is unique and very welcome based on my recent experience
with health care professionals. He also appeared to be honest in what their
expectations should be. Although he may be working with more than patient at a
time, no patient is slighted; they each get full, equal attention. He does not
appear to be watching the clock, yet he keeps his appointments on time and uses
each appointment time to the fullest.
I can whole heartedly recommend New Heights Rehab, LLC for
    anyone who requires outpatient therapy.

This review is for DR. VENDITTO.
The office is in a nice area of town, and the receptionist was very nice, and helpful on the phone giving me directions. The office is very cozy, relaxed atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful , I waited like 10 min. and a nurse took me to the examination room to hear all about my symptoms and complaints about my health, very attentive, and patient. I waited another 10 min. and Dr. Venditto came in , introduce himself, and told me to follow him into his office. I was impress because usually they talk to you right in the examination room, anyways he ask me the reason for coming to see him, and I explained my self once again to the good Dr. He was very patient listening to everything I had to say, I didn't feel like I was rushed in anyway, I was pleasantly surprised. He informed me that he would do blood test, urine, and a pap smear test, to check for any abnormalities. He took me back to the examination room, and he left the room so I could change into the gown. He came back with the nurse, very nice, and friendly to put me at ease. He then listened to my lungs, (I've never had a gynecologist do that) performed a breast exam and, palpated my stomach, abdomen ect, and preceded to do the pap smear. Afterwards I had the other tests done, he explained how long it would take for results, and what plan he had in mind to implement according to the results. Dr Venditto was very informative, extremely attentive, very professional. I loved this Dr. , I felt pampered, and taking cared of by a Dr. that cares. I am Respiratory therapist , and I work at a hospital, and let me tell you this is not the norm now days. Doctors are usually in a rush, and you deal more with the nurse or assistant than you do with them most of the time. I know a lot of women prefer women Gynecologist cause they feel more comfortable, but let me tell you Dr Venditto is GREAT!
Further more my test results came back, and he called me (not his nurse ,but the good Dr.) to informed me that my hormones are a little off , and that is why i've been feeling ill, but every thing else is normal . How Awesome is that. I hope this helped, sorry it was so long, but I wanted to fair , and recount every thing .

Excellent service, the doctor takes the time to talk to you about your health and explain details and recommendations. Many services like sonograms scans and blood work are done in the office. No appointment necessary.

I saw Dr. David Font-Rodriguez there, he's my orthopedic surgeon. I had surgery three months ago. My experience with him was very good. He's got very good bedside manner. He's very intelligent and his patient care is excellent. Surgery wise he's excellent too. I had a shoulder replacement and if I had to do anything else I would go back to him. We have to wait quite a while before he actually sees us in the office when we go in.

I highly like the service he gives.  He's professional and he follows up. His staff is also very professional and that means a lot to me. I've had staff in the past who turned me off from going to the doctor. The staff and general office has been very good. I'm comfortable talking to him about my issues.

Dr. Feldman, Practitioners and his Nurses (in the back) are goo , but the front desk receptionist makes patience not want to come to his office. Complaints have been made, but nothing has been done. The receptionist has such a BIAS aura towards cerntain people that it is noticable. Some patience wont say anything because they like doctor Feldman and the rest of his staff, but no one sick/ILL should put up with this....totally unexceptable.
